I never write reviews, but I felt it necessary with this event. I hired Have Party Will Travel for a corporate event in Park City at the Olympic Park and the food was exceptional! The service was extraordinary!! My meeting was perfect and I couldn’t have done it without Have Party Will Travel!

We can't recommend Have Party Will Travel enough. They had all the food, chinaware, and linens ready to go perfectly on time, even though we had a morning wedding at Red Butte Garden and the university traffic was especially bad. The staff was so friendly and professional, they seemed to celebrate the day with us, even though I know they do hundreds of weddings. The staff even gave us cute marriage advice as we were leaving and they were cleaning up after the luncheon. :) The food was amazing and beautifully displayed. Our event specialist Mindy was so easy to get ahold of in the months and weeks prior to the big day and even did a site visit with us ahead of time to make sure she knew the exact layout we wanted. I could go on and on... Basically, they will do an amazingly professional job and help you with all the details you forget or don't even realize you need. (For example, she caught a food allergy item last minute that I hadn't even thought about which allowed all our guests to eat all the food.) 5+ stars from us.Have Party Will Travel's reply:

Tiylynn at HPWT was amazing! She was immediately responsive and continued to be during the three months we worked together. She was flexible and calm which is a great quality when working on a high-stress event. Great food, and service and all-around experience. -

Stephanie Sent on 05/11/2018Wow! Selecting Have Party Will Travel for our reception was the BEST decision! Mindy and her staff were FANTASTIC to work with every step of the way! They thought of every detail for our event! Everything was handled professionally and created amazing results! Every aspect of the relationship was fabulous - the initial consult; the bid; the food tasting and color decisions; the ability to get us an ice sculpture; the coordination with the venue; the map of the venue; the coordination - set up, and take down of all the tables and rentals; the quick timing to get everything ready as the reception couldn't start until the public library (our venue) closed; the staff who ensured everything flowed smoothly for the evening; the coordination with the venue; the coordination with the cake; Mindy even pinned a hole in my dress before the reception began! The food was fantastic at the event (we received so many compliments)! The set up of the event was amazing! I had full confidence in everything they were doing due to the communication in the process! I was able to enjoy the event as the mother of the bride as they truly handled all of the details for the evening. If you are looking for a caterer who truly allows you to enjoy the event - you absolutely need to call HPWT! -

User1262346 Sent on 07/29/2013Just wanted to end this 'super great' evening by sending y'all an email with our thanks and appreciation for a "most wonderful" event. We totally enjoyed all the food and how beautiful the presentation was.
HPWT had great ideas of what to serve: the smores bar was very well received (many good comments!); the pasta salad was delicious;, the fruit bowl was yummy; the vegetables looked so attractive; the chicken is was a hit; the braised beef was really tasty. We all felt that it was a well rounded and delightful variety of food. Please express our thanks to all those who prepared the food.
HPWT has marvelous people working for the company: they are always so
thoughtful, happy and attentive...they take care of everything; they are
always right on top of the events and are watchful over all the details.
Our family feels so blessed to work with HPWT and to have the continued
personal excellent treatment at all the many events we've had over the past few years. We look forward to more great times with you in the future. -

1. They always looking out for the customers interest
2. I never have to worry about anything – I just know it will get done as I want it
3. They take the time to learn about what our vision is about the event
4. They exceed expectations on the decorations – great job
5. They have great food: flavorful – plenty – great portions - customizable

HPWT is great and managing all the tiny details for a wedding. We got decor, linens, and food and everything was wonderful. Clear communication and minimal stress! Can’t recommend them enough
