  Beautiful Space, professional staff, and overall wonderful experience!

  The event staff at Habitat was very responsive to my emails, as well as patient with all of the questions I had. I was planning an event for International Women's Day and they made themselves readily available to assist. Andrew and Mimi made sure all of the details were set and kept the event running smoothly! They made recommendations for me for things I hadn't thought of or needed help with as far as food, furniture, set-up, and photography. This space not only offers a beautiful event floor, but there is also a space on the first floor available for smaller events that is just as beautiful! There is even a balcony where you can see the city skyline. When planning this event, I looked at many places in the city but once I saw Habitat, I was sold. This is a very unique space that is tailored to meet all of your event needs. Whether you are having a wedding, social event, or a party- this is your place! Thank you Habitat team!

  Beautiful Lush Industrial Space

  Habitat is like a diamond in the rough. We came across this venue after we had reached a breaking point because we couldn't find any venue that would work with our budget and needs. The staff are so nice and are willing to work with your needs. I can't wait for us to have our beautiful wedding at this spot next year (2020). Everytime I pass by the venue, I scream a little to myself saying OMG, our venue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  Beautiful space! Great staff!

  We had such an amazing event at HABITAT! Andrew and Mimi were incredibly accommodating and flexible - they met our every need! The space is beautiful with a ton of light and gorgeous plants lining the walls creating almost a greenhouse effect. Our guests raved about the space all night long. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly on the night of the event, allowing us to be at ease and enjoy the night. I highly recommend Habitat!

  My perfect venue

  I fell in love with this venue when I saw the pictures online. My family and I scheduled a tour and it was even more beautiful in person. This was the first and only venue that I looked at, because I knew instantly it was the one. Andrew was so helpful and enthusiastic. He explained the space well and Gave me a vision of what my special day would look like in this space. I love the exposed brick, you can do anything with this space less is more!!

  Beautiful venue close to downtown Baltimore!

  We loved the Habitat and both Andrew and Mimi were responsive and great to work with. They will make sure everything is clear for you and direct you/ recommend you to vendors that have worked at the Habitat before. I highly recommend you check out this place!

  Excellent!

  This venue is stunning, especially for a bride looking for a modern venue. Andrew (the events coordinator) is so friendly and helpful. The value for the venue is great. The only downside is the parking situation at the venue but I think this can be overlooked by the amazing space and value!

  Great potential but do not recommend. Wait a few years.

  Our initial experience with the venue was wonderful. Unfortunately, about a month before the wedding the venue director moved and his replacement did not show the same interest or dedication to our wedding day. We were asked to change dates and times of walk through and rehearsal. As the new director was unable to accommodate with their own schedule, we were in the hands of a kind but very inexperienced backup. The walk through was a disaster and thankfully our caterer, Eleven Courses, came through or I don’t want to know what the day would have looked like. We waited outside for 30 minutes with our entire wedding party for the rehearsal because they were late to arrive and open it. The venue essentially offered no support with the exception of unlocking the doors and opening the garage doors for the day of. It is such a shame as the venue is so beautiful and has such potential.
