Highfields is a hidden gem and a perfect spot for a country wedding. The family owned and run business is charming and sophisticated. From the moment I called to inquire, I was very impressed by Norma and Lisa's (mother-daughter) helpful and kind nature. They suggested a fantastic wedding planner, Deborah Breckels, and caterer, Charmaine of Purple Onion Cuisine as a packaged wedding deal. Within hours of reaching out to Deborah I received a personal call back to discuss all details of my wedding. Deborah is experienced, professional and an absolute joy to work with. She really takes the stress out of planning a wedding acting as a great liaison with other vendors and paying excellent attention the details so that I wouldn't have to. Charmaine's catering was superb! The presentation was beautiful and guests are still raving about the flavour and quality of the food. We rented all 6 rooms at the inn and felt very much at home thanks to Norma and Lisa who were very gracious and hospitable. Norma prepared an unforgettable breakfast pizza with freshly squeezed juices and Lisa offers her expertise in the spa. It was an absolute pleasure and honour to work with such fabulous women and I couldn't be more thrilled with the way our wedding worked out. Thank you for a truly magical day!
