Fantastic experience
Hillbrook Inn was the perfect wedding venue! We did the lunch minimony (28 guests total) and the planning process was seamless, communication with Michelle the event coordinator was great and we were able to customize each element to match our style and preferences. The day of the wedding there was a problem with the original venue an hour before the ceremony and Michelle and the rest of the staff were able to move the entire wedding to a new location in less than an hour. Everything ran smoothly, the guests said they would never have known there was a problem at all, the staff were friendly and professional, the food was delicious, and we all had an amazing time. Can't recommend Hillbrook Inn enough, specially if you're looking to do a small, intimate wedding where everything is taken care of.Hillbrook Inn was the perfect wedding venue! Perfect Elopement
My husband and I rescheduled our wedding here when our destination wedding got canceled due to covid. We absolutely loved our wedding at Hillbrook and could not have been happier with it. We had a simple elopement ceremony and they went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes for our special day. The Spring cottage was gorgeous and comfortable and the food was AMAZING! The grounds are simply beautiful and we have some fantastic wedding photos. Fairy-tale September Wedding
Words cannot describe how perfect my wedding at the Hillbrook Inn was! Marcy was my wedding coordinator and took care of all the details so I didn’t have to stress about a single thing besides my dress. She guided me seamlessly through the entire planning process. It was truly a fairytale wedding. Every detail was beyond perfect – the flowers, the cake, the violinist, the scenery, the service, the suites, and the food. All the guests were raving about the meal. Hillbrook Inn certainly has 5-star chefs.
We had a small morning wedding in late September, 2018 and the grounds at Hillbrook Inn were lush, green, and full of life. Every picture we took had the most gorgeous backdrop. This place is truly a hidden gem. I highly recommend choosing Hillbrook Inn if you are looking for a stress-free, fairytale-like wedding.

We got married at Hillbrook this past weekend with a very small group at the Hawthorn House, and it could not have been more perfect. Marcy, the event planner, was absolutely wonderful in every way. She made the whole experience so perfect and stress free. Her thoughtful details and kind attention made our day so smooth and easy. I never had to worry about a thing, because I knew that Marcy would take care of it! The house itself and the grounds were breathtaking, and the food was delicious. All of our guests were continually commenting on the beauty of the area and what a perfect choice Hillbrook was. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We couldn't have had a better day and the Hillbrook took all the stress off. They served great food, had great service and welcomed the entire family. We loved our wedding at the Hillbrook Inn. Marci took great care of us from start to finish and made sure our day was special. We booked the brunch wedding package and held our ceremony outdoors on the bridge. The venue was peaceful and beautiful, the meal was fantastic, and the flowers were perfect. It was no nice to have an easy, low stress wedding at such a gorgeous venue. Absolutely worth the money and exactly what we were hoping for.We loved our wedding at the Hillbrook Inn. It is perfect for intimate weddings of less than 30, and the staff go all out to make every detail of your dream event come about. The venue is beautiful and cozy, the food is delicious, and the professionalism and attentiveness of the Hillbrook staff can't be beat. We were thrilled with our recent wedding there. I hosted my wedding reception at the Hillbrook Inn, and I could not have asked for a more beautiful location, more helpful staff, or a better experience overall. During the planning process, the owners were detail-oriented, prompt in answering questions, and always honest about things they could or could not accommodate with helpful suggestions for working around any issues that came up (seating arrangements were tricky for me, but everything turned out just great!). It's a small, family owned and operated inn, and they are very busy, but they also work very hard to make sure no details slip through the cracks and that everything goes smoothly.
On the big day, the Hillbrook staff kept track of everything (and kept everything on time!), so I could just relax and enjoy the day. And the food was amazing. They have a fantastic chef, and the guests were all raving about how delicious their meals were. The inn itself is also a beautiful and charming structure with eclectic antique furnishings--the perfect atmosphere for my small, vintage-inspired wedding. And it's surrounded by natural beauty: flowers, trees, ponds with turtles swimming in them--the location is idyllic. Hillbrook Inn was a magical place to have a wedding. Carissa and Bobby always tried to make everything as perfect and lovely as possible. Having our bridal party with us the nights surrounding our wedding was fantastic and everyone seemed blown away by the rooms and the small details that were taken into considerations in them...like the plates of delicious cookies. In fact, one of the groomsmen and hie fiancee were so enraptured by the Bamford Suite that they didn't not want to return to their home, and look forward to vacationing up there some time in the future.
The food was amazing. Chef Christine Hale made really good pizza without a specialized pizza oven for our rehearsal. The food at our reception, from the sliders and veggies and humus as hors d'oeuvres to the filet, cranberry chicken, and curry stuffed summer squash were just perfect. In accordance with their being a bed and breakfast, their breakfasts were wonderful (I particularly liked their parfait with granola).
The grounds were beautiful and we were able to enjoy playing their large chess set and a badminton set that we had brought and they kindly set up. It was nice to have so much space to play with during our reception. We enjoyed having the length of the whole inn for our reception, and were able to have dancing at one end, while the other could remain quieter for enjoying some peace and chocolate fountain.
The staff were extremely accommodating. Our first breakfast there, the wait staff who had met neither my husband nor myself, somehow knew that we were the ones who didn't want pork with their meal. At the end of our reception, Carissa and Bobby had gone to the trouble of packing all of our things up for us, to make the morning easier, which I really appreciated. Carissa and Bobby were always trying to do whatever we wanted to have done, so it is best to know what you want, so they can implement your plans...which will be done to a tee. Carissa even stood in their brook to make sure the music ran correctly during our ceremony.
