    We loved having our wedding reception at Hilton Springfield! Meghan, the event coordinator, is absolutely astounding and we were incredibly grateful for her compassion, thoroughness, and enthusiasm. She worked with us every step of the way, answered all of our questions promptly, and made the planning process easy and enjoyable.

    Hilton provided many features to enhance our special day, including decor and a spacious prep room. We enjoyed our catered food and appreciated their wine and beer selection. Hilton put a romantic treat in our room, which was a nice touch after such a busy day!

    We booked many rooms through the hotel and thank Jason for his help. There is a Houlihan’s on the main floor, which was great and convenient for our rehearsal dinner, after-party, and brunch! The manager, Richard, was always available to help with information and planning.

    Hilton Springfield is an incredible value in Northern Virginia, and I highly recommend considering them!

    Meghan is wonderful to work with; She made sure all our needs were taken care of. From the chairs, linens, cocktail hour and reception she was so involved. Even our customized signature drink sign she was so nice to create one to add a personalized touch. She made sure our guest were happy and taken care of. The hotel staff were courteous and made sure everything went smoothly. Our wedding day was the best day ever, huge part of it is because of the Reception Party.     YES, THEY ARE AS GOOD AS ALL THE REVIEWS STATE!

    It was easy making the decision to have our wedding & ceremony at the Hilton. Why? In one simple word the "STAFF", Pat, Lisa Caitlin, and specially Renata, event and catering manager. She is such a joy to work with! They've mastered the art of great customer service. Renata even found a way to accommodate the 20-30 extra guests that showed up at our wedding.

    I call them the venue of "Yes". Most venues have list of don't. For instance, we wanted our reception to end around 1-2 in the morning. I was surprised at the number of venues who told us we had to end anywhere between 11:00 pm & midnight. They sighted things like noise restrictions, company policy, one person even told us that her manager believed "nothing good ever happens after midnight" so we could't go beyond that. We brought in lounge furniture & asked to come in early to set up. No problem Renata was able to move things around and gave us 8-10 hrs to set up. We wanted a certain type of alcohol served, she made it happen. We wanted to turn the ballroom into night club with food stations, again "no problem". I can't recall her ever saying no to anything we asked for.

    The Hotel was recently remodeled. The ballroom and hotel rooms look beautiful and well kept. The food is excellent and we got a ton of compliments about its quality and presentation. The staff was present, but not intrusive. They kept on top of things, if someone set a plate down, they were there to pick it up. As a 20+ year sales professional, I've travelled quite a bit and been to a wide range of hotel events. The service we received rivals what you would expect at 5 star hotel luxury hotel in a big city like New York, Chicago, or Washington, DC

    Our guest were so impressed, that at least 3 of them have contacted or expressed and interest the Hilton for their future events.

    Overall a fabulous venue, with a professional staff, that delivers tremendous value!

    I gotta say. I was happy with virtually every aspect with the way the Hilton handled my daughter's wedding reception on 7/25/2015. They made it easy on us, were very fair on pricing and made us feel special. I have no problem complaining when it is warranted; however, I have nothing to complain about. Weddings should be a happy moment and the Hilton made sure that it was for us. Caitlin, Renata and Pat made sure of that. My guests raved about the food, my daughter and the out of town guests said that their hotel rooms were great and my wife hasn't stopped telling me how happy she was about the venue. We are so happy with the way things wen,t so we have decided to hold our 40 year high school reunion at the Hilton in October.

    Thanks to the great staff at the Hilton Inn in Springfield, VA, we and our guests enjoyed a great wedding event. We had our ceremony, reception, dinner and dancing all at that location and arranged for rooms there for many of our out of town guests. We were thoroughly pleased and impressed with every aspect - from the time we visited the Hilton to inquire about having our wedding there until we checked out the day after. Caitlin Garlington, the wedding specialist, was an absolute gem to work with - always pleasant, personable and professional. She ensured that any question or concern we had was addressed. We never worried about the myriad of detailed actions being taken care of, because Caitlin took care of them all! Other key staff members who contributed significantly to the overall successful and memorable experience we and our guests had were Renata Gjorgjievska, the Director of Catering, and Pat Burch, Sales Administrator. Overall, we cannot provide enough accolades for a job extremely well done by these three professionals and the many other staff members at the Hilton Inn who were involved in our wedding celebration.

    Our guest stayed here and loved the hotel rooms and the pricing as great for them too. My husband and I received a complimentary room for our wedding night and we loved it!!! The chocolate strawberries were great and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast at Holuihans was amazing too, great selection.

    Caitlin and Renata were extremely helpful from start to finish. Caitlin handled a majority of the planning and prep work; I cannot thank her enough for the service she provided. Everything was taken care of. All requests were handled timely. She was there the day of to help set up and make sure the event started smoothly. She handled all communication with vendors. We modified the centerpieces that were included in the price and Caitlin was helpful in getting those set up as well. Almost all of the stress of planning this event was removed thanks to Caitlin and her team at the Hilton. I do not have a single complaint.

    After searching many hotels and banquet halls we decided to go with the Hilton in Springfield because. They offered us what a great service and went above and beyond to take care of everything and have a happy client! We were so happy with everything and with the help of Renata and Caitlin, my engagement party was better than I could have ever imagined! I will definitely refer more people and tell all my clients as well! My father-in-law loved it so much he even suggested having the wedding there too! We heard a lot of feedback from all our guests and it was nothing but positive things. Some said it was one of the best engagements that they have been to and it beats all others!

    Words cannot express how thankful we are for everything that Renata and Caitlin from the Hilton in Springfield did for us! My family and I searched many hotels and banquet halls and nobody offered us what they did at the Hilton.     Our wedding coordinator, Caitlin was phenomenal! She not only was very helpful before our wedding, but during our wedding everything became so crazy with last minute showups, vendors making mistakes but Caitlin was able to take everything on her own and run with it. Honestly, we've spoken to many of our other married friends and they have never heard of someone who was not only this flexible but also this accomodating with the stressful situation we were in. She made the wedding perfect for us in an imperfect situation!

    Also, the venue was great especially since they just recently renovated the hotel (less than 1 year) and it's located right at the intersection of 95 and 495 making it easy for guests to find. Honestly, I don't know how this hotel is still available at the price we negotiated for but we would recommend this place to anyone looking for great value, excellent service and a clean and friendly hotel to have their wedding at!

    Last July we had our wedding reception here in Hilton. All i can say is positive remarks to this hotel. Very professsional. Renata made my special day a very memorable one. Most of our relatives from other state stayed in the hotel and they gave us a huge discount. All our guests had fun and all they can say is how the place is beautiful and how good the food was. I'll recommend this hotel for any event venues. They're definitely the best! And always look for Renata, she'sthe best of the best!

    I can't say enough about this venue! Venue was great for the price we got, we had a large wedding so this was most affordable! We spent on a great decorator and the place looked fab! Renata was a pleasure to work with,very responsive to emails and calls! The entire team was always available from little things to reservations for my out of town guests! Caitlin in the wedding coordinator and she is beyond amazing, it felt like working with a friend! She's an absolute pleasure!!! She did a great Job and catered to my every little need. Absolutely loved the service couldn't have asked for better people to work with for my wedding day! Thank you all

    I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and the quality of service that I was given throughout the entire planning process for my wedding reception. I contacted the Hilton Springfield approximately a month and half prior to my wedding date and they were able to accomdate my request with such short notice. I just can't say enough great things about the staff; I appreciate the fact that even though my guest list was small, they still made me feel as if I was an important customer. I have to give a special shout out to Caitlin Garlington my event coordinator. She was amazing during this process. Also, I forgot to mention that the food was really good. I would highly recommend this venue.

    My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Hilton in late may. The ballroom is absolutely beautiful! The staff at the Hilton are absoultely wonderful. I have severe food allergies, which can make dining out a head ache. The director of catering and the event cooridinator were very understanding and accommodating. On top of that the food was fantastic! I am very glad I chose the hilton for my wedding reception.

    I generally do not leave reviews on any product but we are exceptionally grateful for this staff at the Hilton. Renata is first class and she understands customer service 100%. At some point when we had to work with Felicia, their process was very seamless and they ask the right questions all the time. We live in Texas but Renata was in touch so often and gave regular updates that it felt like they were next door. Very hands-on staff. They made the planning process very straightforward and even were there on the morning of the event to ensure everything was on track.
    The banquet rooms are very nice, the lighting is stylish so there was no need for cheesy LED lights, classy even for upscale weddings, the lobby is renovated so the entire environment has a warm and very contemporary style. All our guests are talking about the food as well, it definitely didn't taste like the typical "hotel food" so we do not have anything but appreciation for the way Renata and Felicia coordinated our process. Our guests also stayed at the hotel and they all had a pleasant experience, the front desk staff were very helpful, especially Elaine and Codi.
    My suggestion: do you homework upfront, because they can offer options and help you more if you have some idea of what you want for your wedding. Renata has a lot of experience so she can come up with great suggestions.
    The Hilton price is unbeatable especially for the peace of mind that came with it, and you can tell they genuinely care about what they what they did. We checked many venues and country clubs in the area before we found the Hilton, and are very glad we chose them. . I know people take reviews with some skepticism, I was the same way, but with this experience, I was very impressed with the Hilton.

    My husband and I had our traditional Pakistani wedding here at the Springfield Hilton. We had close to 350 guests and the staff managed them all gracefully. They had superb service and were very flexible to our needs. I worked closely with Renata the Catering Manager, and she made everything so seamless with little effort. The staff was very attentive and payed close attention to detail. The venue was beautiful and set up exactly how I wanted it.

    Before I decided to go with the Springfield Hilton, I was venturing out to hotels in the Tysons area, and found them to be not so accommodating and exceptionally far for my guests -- I didn't even realize it, but Springfield Hilton was right under my nose, especially since I am a Springfield native.

    I was impressed with what the Hilton had to offer and decided immediately that I wanted to go with them. My decorator, my caterer, and bakery all had previous positive experiences with the Hotel as well, so it made for a smooth event. The guests felt they were treated personally with cake served to them at their seats and hot drinks poured per guest request. We even had a staff member assigned to us (bride and groom) that came to check up on us personally.

    I am very thankful to Renata and her team - they made what is usually a stressful day, an exceptionally well executed event. I would def. recommend without any doubt any kind of event at the Hilton, and even more so an International/cultural event because of the experience they have in dealing with our traditions and cultural requests. All in all, they took care of everything -- I didn't have to do anything but show up!

    Our reception at the Hilton Springfield was AMAZING! We couldn't have asked for a better experience! We had the pleasure of working with Renata as our hotel liaison and Felicia as our wedding coordinator. They were both very friendly, organized, responsive, reliable and VERY accommodating. We were also blown away by the banquet team at the Hilton Springfield. On the day of the wedding, they were a big help with setting up the reception room decorations and they were set up exactly the way we had envisioned. When it came time to serve our guests they were very organized, professional and friendly. The food was excellent and we got lots of compliments! Overall, I would highly recommend the Hilton Springfield to anyone; the hotel and ballroom are beautiful and the staff is RELIABLE and professional and the food is delicious! A special thank you to Felicia for all of your hard work! She was available to meet with us several times, was on time and prepared with the items we had discussed from the previous meeting, and was very timely in emailing us updates of the seating arrangement plans not to mention being there on the day of the wedding to make sure everything goes smoothly. THANK YOU!!!
