We had the wedding of our dreams at Hotel Indigo. Everyone raved about the food and venue. Stephanie was fabulous to work with, so easy and communicative. Very helpful. It was also reasonable for venue rental cost, food and bar packages. I would absolutely recommend having your wedding or event here. So gorgeous and an absolute blast.

Hotel Indigo exceeded all expectations! Stephanie was amazing and did whatever she could to make sure our wedding went exactly as planned. Not only is she very involved on our wedding day but also very present during the whole planning process. Thank you to everyone at hotel indigo for such an awesome experience!!!! I would gladly recommend this hotel for a small party or to say “I do”!

Everything and more. Hotel Indigo Nashville and Headlines exceeded our expectations in every way.
Being in the event planning business and from Southern California, we selected Headlines, the event venue at The Hotel Indigo Nashville because of its unique and elegant space. We just loved the appeal of the architecture and décor. Stephanie Harmon, Director of Catering was simply amazing in every way. Her expertise was evident upon our first meeting. From booking our block of rooms, setting up the tasting menu to even being there the night of our event. Not a detail was missed and everything was done with experience and professionalism.
Chef Ryan Solien, Executive Chef, was there every step of the way, preparing his fun and creative appetizers to the plated salad and scrumptious main courses. Everything served that night was unforgettable, delicious and beautifully plated and presented. Everyone is still raving about the Braised Short Ribs and for our Southern influence, the Fried Green Tomatoes with Pimento Cream were twist on the classic. Stephanie and her team, along with Food and Beverage, really made it the most memorable and joyous occasion for all of us.



So grateful for Chef Ryan Solien, the Executive Chef, he was there in the kitchen, every step of the way. Everything served that night was unforgettable, delicious and beautifully plated and presented. Everyone is still raving about the Braised Short Ribs, for our Southern influence, the Fried Green Tomatoes. Headlines and Hotel Indigo, Nashville will forever be an impressive part of this unforgettable weekend.

Hotel Indigo made our event! The decorations of the space where spectacular. The staff was welcoming and made you feel like you where at home. The food was great. They made the whole process as easy for us the organizers as it was for the guests. Thank you so much!

Excellent venue for ceremony and reception. Stephanie Harmon, the catering sales manager, is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The Hotel Indigo is wonderful, immaculate and has well appointed rooms. The chef was a master at his job. The fantastic food was prepared and presented to perfection. The bartender, Jeremy (and his staff) had the bar flowing....mixing and serving and delivering non-stop. I cannot say enough about Andrea, the front desk/reservation manager. She handled our influx of numerous out of town guests with a grace and helpfulness that went above and beyond. She was always a smiling presence at the front desk. We had family and friends coming from 13 states and the District of Columbia. Bill, the general manager, made sure everything, that was asked for, was delivered. Any glitches, and believe it or no there were few, were handled immediately. If you want a wedding, that is as stress free as an event such as can be, then the Hotel Indigo is the perfect venue. Stephanie Harmon is very good at her job. The staff, in all areas, work together really well..........from the valet to housekeeping to servers to management you will get excellent service. We had an awesome experience with Stephanie and Kasey for a 30th birthday party. They were accommodating and knowledgeable about the product.

Hotel Indigo and Stephanie H were fantastic hosts for our Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party for out of town guests. We were booked in the Headlines room for a Rehearsal dinner of 17 guests, then transitioned to a Happy Hour style party for 50 guests. The food, apps, drinks and the space were terrific! Stephanie was there to ensure we were happy with how the venue was presented, the staff later on in the evening was exception. Excellent staff all around, they took care of each of our guests with the utmost professionalism. Stephanie was very responsive and that was much appreciated.

It was a beautiful venue! The food was great, and things went very well. The responsiveness and communication with the vendor could have been better. Overall a great experience!
