  October 7, 2017 will always be a day we will remember as being perfect and one that we would hope to do again many times over. The staff at Hudson Valley Steakhouse are exceptional people to work with. From the first meeting we knew these were people that would work with us and make our event the best it could be. The food was impeccable and the menu was made to fit our needs. From helping with making decisions as to how to set the room up and working with our vendors, the planning process was easy and seamless. Thank you for making Rachel’s Bat Mitzvah Celebration the Best Day Ever!
