  Incredible Wedding Venue

  We are SO happy we had our wedding here! Not only was it stunning (inside and outside!) but the staff was INCREDIBLE! Our day of bridal attendant was so incredibly helpful, I truly felt like the day went off without a hitch because of the care and attention to detail the staff had. Any problem that arose, they had multiple solutions already laid out before I even knew something had gone awry. Friends and family kept going on about how beautiful the venue was and I can’t agree more. It was the first and only venue my now husband and I looked at because once you look around and speak to Allison, it’s hard not to picture it as your wedding venue. I would chose this venue a hundred times over and absolutely can’t say enough good things about everyone who helped us that day!

  Fantastic Venue!

  HVCC was an amazing place to have our wedding! From the moment we took our tour we knew we wanted their picturesque views and architecture to be our backdrop for our special day. The staff were extremely professional and the food was outstanding. We were so proud to bring our family and friends to this venue and we couldn't have been happier with our choice!

  A perfect place for your wedding & reception that will impress your guests

  We had our daughter's wedding this past weekend. Allison and her staff did a fantastic job. The venue is beautiful. The food is excellent and the staff is very attentive. It was everything that we envisioned. Allison made sure that every detail was handled. She made sure we stayed on schedule. We can't wait to see all of the pictures.

  Perfection

  Huntingdon Valley Country Club was everything we could have wished for our wedding. We had the pleasure of working with Maggie who is simply the most amazing person for this experience. As a Bride, there were so many things I had going on in my head and being the control freak that I am, was very particular about every detail. Maggie handled EVERYTHING to PERFECTION. She was so patient with me and was always available via email, phone call, and text. She made me feel like we were the only couple getting married in her book (which is not the case) and paid attention to every detail. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at HVCC and my guests are still talking about the beauty of this place. It is not your average country club, it has so much character and views for the most amazing pictures to make this experience unforgettable. It is an absolute must to check out this place. Last but not least...the food. It was AMAZING. We wanted to pick a venue with not only amazing views and experience but also great food. We have been to weddings were the place was great but the food quality did not deliver. This is not the case with HVCC, from the cocktail hour to the dinner, the food was delicious with gorgeous presentations. I would want to go back just to eat there again because it was that good. All the staff and waiters were a pleasure to work with and were attentive to the needs of the guests at all times. Thank you HVCC for giving us the wedding of our dreams. This was an unforgettable experience thanks to Maggie and the team.

  I got married last weekend on September 29, 2018 and HVCC was the absolute best venue I could have ever dreamt of getting married at! It was so beautiful and scenic -- from the ceremony in the front of the country club to the cocktail hour on the terrace in the back and the ballroom... So spacious and it even has a gorgeous bridal suite to get ready in. Last but not least, Maggie was the best wedding coordinator ever!!! Shes an incredible problem solver and she is so accomodating. She was constantly running around to make sure everything was going smooth and that everyone was happy! She's a very hard worker and takes a lot of pride in her job and it shows! I highly recommend HVCC for a beautiful, stress-free wedding!

  Loved everything about it

  We worked with Maggie throughout the whole process at HVCC. They worked with us on adding things and subtracting others to our contract to make it exactly what we wanted. Food was awesome!!!! Give detailed instructions on the decor you bring in and they get everything setup. They have good packages that include catering, alcohol, setup, cake, taxes, etc that are affordable. Gorgeous views and pictures as well.

  I've always a vision of my dream wedding since I was a little girl. But honestly, Maggie, Chris and the entire staff blew my dreams out of the water! Our HVCC wedding was absolutely perfect in every way! From planning to full execution, there was zero issues or complications. People are still talking about how great the cocktail hour and food was!
  I wish I could give more than 5 stars! It was the best day of our lives! Thank you to everyone at HVCC for surpassing my wedding dreams and making our special day the most memorable!

  Chris was amazing! I had so many questions and he answered each and every one of them with ease and he was always so prompt! He did an amazing job making my wedding dreams become a reality! The staff was awesome. I couldn’t have wished for a better wedding experience!!

  Our wedding manager, Chris was extremely pleasant, responsive, and helpful when planning our wedding. He was hands on to ensure quality of service during the reception. I was there earlier the day of the wedding for photos. We requested revisions in the floor plan when I saw the room. They were made with ease. Filet was sooo good!   I cannot recommend HVCC enough! Planning a wedding is overwhelming. It's hard to know where to even begin. Enter Carol. Carol at HVCC is a true expert. She will guide you through step by step with timelines, checklists, and advice to help give you direction. She is extremely responsive: whether you need ideas or guidance, she was there with thorough and helpful advice. She understood wedding planning in the real world, and always respected and encouraged me in making my vision a reality. From our signature drink to a few special requests, Carol made sure that everything we could think came to life. Carol and Delran made sure the night ran like clockwork. Our guests kept commenting on how well executed the evening was. There was no lag time and no waiting around. The staff was extremely attentive...we never had an empty water glass or plate, they were quick to remove and refill everything. not to mention to food was amazing! The staff made sure that me and my groom always had a drink in front of us, and served food exactly according to our own timeline. They even brought us a special plate of all our hors'dourves so we could get a taste it all (how often do you hear couples saying they didn't get a chance to eat or enjoy their selections?? They made sure that didn't happen to us!!!) After looking at venues, we started to feel like everywhere looked the same. We were so lucky to find HVCC. The view was spectacular, both we and our guests had some fantastic photo ops. Inside the ballroom, the fireplace, large windows, and beautiful ceiling made for an elegant and unique venue that was definitely a cut above the rest! We also thought that the price was very fair. We honestly could not believe our luck at finding HVCC. I cannot say enough to nice things about their staff. It was a dream come true!

  If you come out to see this hidden gem, you will see what an amazing venue this is! The views are breathtaking, the ballroom has a rustic feel with a gorgeous ceiling, and the bridal suite is an amazing perk. Also, the food is incredible!
  
  We highly recommend HVCC to anyone looking to plan their upcoming nuptials. We were extremely pleased with the outcome of our wedding day and highly endorse this venue for anyone looking for an amazing wedding celebration experience!!!

The professionalism and extremely outgoing staff and personnel made our night/entertainment and catering seamless/effortless and successful. The staff was polite and amazingly efficient! Our event planner Carol Keene was amazing and I would recommend this venue and Carol without hesitation for your event!

  We looked at over 2 dozen venues until we finally found the perfect place. It just so happened that we got to work with the perfect wedding coordinator as well. Carol and her team went over and beyond anything we could have expected. They made sure every single detail was just right.   Huntingdon Valley Country Club was absolutely fantastic. Not only was the ballroom and the rest of the grounds perfect but the wedding planner Carol Keene was even better. Carol was beyond professional, accommodating, and helpful, in fact by the time the wedding came around we felt like she was part of our family. If there was ever anything that needed to be changed or adjusted Carol solved it immediately. Her attention to detail is second to none and she makes sure Huntingdon Valley Country Club is always in tip top shape every day. If you are lucky enough to be getting married, please do yourself a favor and go see Carol Keene at HVCC, you cant go wrong!

  The entire process, from the intial tour to the food tasting to the day of the wedding was absolutely perfect! Carol Keene, the catering manager, attends to every detail and answers every question quickly to make the planning fun and as stress-free as possible. The new bridal suite is a real bonus--a beautiful spot for pictures, and it was a lot of fun for us ladies to get ready there. Food, drinks and service were all fabulous, thanks to Dan, Chris and Delroy. Our guests are raving about it all! Thanks Carol and team!

  I cannot say enough great things about HVCC and their staff. I keep receiving complements from my guests telling me that it was the best, most beautiful wedding they have ever been to! Carol is absolutely amazing, she knows exactly how to put on the perfect wedding, while allowing the bride and groom to have a blast. The food is excellent, the facilities are impeccable, especially the newly renovated bridal suite, its the best. You cannot go wrong with HVCC, they were a great value, especially if you have your ceremony there.

  There is nothing more to say: everything was perfect. The room...the food...the wait staff...the bar... And especially Carol and Dan and Delroy. Perfect from the moment I made my initial inquiry until after the wedding ended. I cannot imagine a circumstance whereby I'd have been MORE pleased elsewhere.

  I had a Bridal shower for my daughter in law and everything was absolutely perfect. The room was even prettier than I had imagined it would be. The service was fantastic. My daughter in law told me she felt like a princess. Carol had made everthing so easy, she was wonderful to work with.
