    Amazing Hotel for wedding guests and honeymoon!

    We were blown away at how incredible the Hutton Hotel was for our wedding. Not only did we get a great rate for a block of rooms for our guests, they helped us with a private room for a groom's party and upgraded us to a FABULOUS surprise honeymoon suite. Could not recommend them more!!

    Perfection.

    The Hutton was absolutely amazing and catered to every need - specifically, Janine. She was wonderful and was so reassuring that everything would go smoothly the day of my reception. Her whole staff was absolutely amazing too. I’ll never forget our special day!

    Amazing experience and if someone asked me for a recommendation (which you are) I would suggest the Hutton hotel and their planner Rachel Vacek over all others.

    We had a fantastic experience having our wedding at the Hutton Hotel! The foyer for our cocktail hour and the ballroom were both beautiful, and the location of the hotel is hard to beat. The food was also really delicious, and many guests said it was some of the best food they'd ever had at a wedding! We also found the Hutton to be willing to work with us on pricing things out and adjusting things to get the event within our budget. But the thing that really stood out with our experience was the quality of the staff! Elizabeth Conn (our contact person and the event sales manager) is nothing short of AMAZING! She quickly responded to every email (with many of my emails including a million questions), and she was always so happy to help. She was willing to accommodate everything we needed too. And on our wedding day, she was invaluable! She collected everything we needed to organize the day before the wedding (e.g., place cards, table cloths, cake stands, etc.--it was a lot!) and set it up perfectly. She helped coordinate all of our vendors the day of the wedding too. Elizabeth was one of my favorite wedding vendors to work with! Many of our guests stayed at the hotel, and they all loved the rooms and said the staff was so attentive and professional! The price for the Hutton was definitely on the higher end for us, but it was so worth it to have such a wonderful, stress-free, fun, and delicious cocktail hour and reception. I would recommend the Hutton to anyone!

    We had our wedding reception at the Hutton Hotel, and it turned out to be more than we could have asked for! If you are looking for a ballroom with modern elegance with an upscale dining experience, then this is the event space for you! When we toured and signed the contract, there was a view of the skyline and a different event coordinator. We found out later that the view became obstructed and were also told another event coordinator would be helping the rest of the way. We were extremely disappointed about losing the view and also stressed about dealing with a new person at first, but the hotel did a wonderful job in transitioning to the new event coordinator and compensating what they could for the non-existent view that we were now facing. The event coordinator had great response time and also let us view the event space as many times as we wanted before our wedding. The Hutton Hotel stood up to its prestigious reputation, and I highly recommend this hotel for a formal wedding or event!

    I cannot imagine having my wedding anywhere in Nashville other than at The Hutton. I knew before I booked that I loved the space, however I did not know how easy and accommodating the planning process (thank you, Elizabeth!) was going to be, or how absolutely wonderful the wedding itself would be. This hotel has such an amazing staff that takes care of you from beginning to end and provides an exceptional level of service. The actual wedding day was flawless and I was able to relax and just be a bride! Several guests commented on how wonderful the food and atmosphere was, not to mention that the rooms are wonderful! You will not be disappointed with this venue, no matter what your event needs are. Highly recommended!!

    Beautiful venue my husband and I had our wedding reception September 13, 2014 at The Hutton Hotel and the service was great. Only thing I can say that was a negative is that some of my guest asked for second plates and they were told no which was disappointing that a lot of my food went to waste because I expected way more than who showed up, and those plates were paid for. Unfortunately I didn't find this out until after the wedding. The food was excellent they let me create my own salad and made a great fruit tea for me. Elizabeth was great to work with in getting everything organized, and the staff was friendly. All I did was show up. She even upgraded my suite to the penthouse complimentary!! Great experience overall...

    High Turnover but Worked Out

    I booked my wedding at the Hutton Hotel a year and a half out after touring almost every venue in Nashville. I went with the Hutton because it is basically all-inclusive and provided almost everything I needed all under one roof which was fantastic. But, because I booked it so far in advanced, there did happen to be a high turn over on coordinators and the most recent switch was 3 weeks before my wedding which was very stressful. The wedding package included a suite in the hotel the night of the wedding, but we found out the morning of that I had no room reservation and that they were completely sold out which started my wedding day off in complete panic. One of my bridesmaid handled it and I am not sure what was said, but I ended up with a room after all. Having to completely explain my whole wedding last minute was scary, but thankfully Janine Anderson was very helpful and did all that she could for me considering she was thrown into many weddings last minute and I am very grateful. The negatives aside, the reception ended up being fantastic and I had to give a shoutout to the BEST staff! Cliff the captain saved my day when my DJ showed up intoxicated and didn't have any of my music or timeline and Cliff made sure to get him on track and made sure I didn't completely bawl my eyes out at my reception. The bartenders and servers were so polite and helpful and always made sure me and my guests had everything we needed and it was such a relief. EVERYONE could not stop talking about the food we had, the chef was phenomenal! We had a taco bar, pasta bar and a carving station and I am still getting phone calls about how delicious my food was which is a great feeling. All in all, even with the hiccups, I couldn't have asked for a better wedding day at the Hutton Hotel.

    We had an incredible time at the Hutton Hotel. It really was the perfect venue for us and it was an excellent space for all of our guests. Everything was great except for one issue. We originally booked the hotel because of the grand ballroom which had superb views of the Nashville skyline (we are from New York, so we wanted a city feel). This was a huge part of our consideration! When we came down a couple of months after choosing the location, the view was blocked by a new building that was going up in front of the Hutton Hotel. Although this was something no one could account for, we wished we could of got a "heads up" or a discount. The only thing they gave us were more candles and that was it! Given how much we spent on the reception and the guests we were bringing, we would've appreciated a little more. Had we known about the new building, we might not have chose the location.

    I will say, that on the actual day of the wedding! We were amazed and the staff was incredible. So, don't let this discourage you, this was just part of our experience.

    They are very helpful and responsive but they have a fee for every single thing if you want to use something.
