    Everything about the wedding and reception was fantastic. The food was incredible. You can't even call it "wedding food" because it doesn't even compare. My only complaint would be that the hotel staff threw away our extra large wine glass that was full of wine corks that we had our guests sign as our guest book. So we don't have any sort of guest book keepsakes, which I'll always wish I had.

    Ask for Genevieve, she's is amazing. Our wedding day was perfect. We owe it to Genevieve and her awesome staff @ Hyatt. I would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone considering having any kind of celebration at this venue. The food was exactly like the tasting, the bartender was light on their feet catering to all our guests the entire evening, the staff were all so accommodating to our needs, couldn't have done it without Genevieve behind the scenes. Or wedding was in the Centennial Room, the layout was beautiful, especially after it was all dressed up with linens. Thank you Genevieve and Hyatt for a day we won't forget.

    This was an amazing venue! They staff was so nice, friendly, and helpful. Everything was planned so well and down to every detail so I didn't forget anything. Tracy Thompson, the catering manager, was the best person to work with!! She is so nice and amazing. She is on top of everything and made our event amazing!!

    The Hyatt staff was incredible. We were blown away that they were always ready to give us what we needed. They worked with our budget and showed us the whole way how excited they were that we were staying with them. Our guests won't stop talking about how wonderful the venue was. The view from the top floor is unbeatable. Working with Tracy was so wonderful! She really cares about the attention to detail. I was so comfortable trusting the set up process. I loved working with the Hyatt!

    Great views and very helpful and experienced planner

    The views are amazing and the lady we worked with was great. We look forward to working with her to finalize our plans.

    Our ceremony was in the atrium and the glass elevator coming down from the 12th floor made for an amazing, unique and memorable entrance. The reception was in the Centennial ballroom on the 12th floor, providing beautiful views of the mountains and downtown. This venue provides a beautiful and unique experience. With the ballroom having 3 areas, it worked wonderfully for our cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. The only reason they didn't get all 5's was emails were not responded to in a timely manner and there were some issues that happened behind the scenes, but nothing that made our day any less of what it should have been. Our guests are still talking about the venue and all had a wonderful experience there. We had a Friday evening wedding to make it fit our budget. We had a beautiful wedding at a beautiful venue!

    I had a few minor things that the Hyatt messed up, the design of the cake, not having the seating arrangements correct and mispelling my name on the menus. They had just changed women that was in charge of events the week prior to my wedding so I account some of the mistakes to that. They did handle it all in a professional way. Overall the food and service was wonderful. We had our reception in the Centennial Room which is a very unique room with a beautiful view of Denver and the mountains.

    We had our ceremony and reception at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center in Denver Colorado. All the hotel staff, the concierge, the drivers, the waiters, and all the help were absolutely fantastic. The were friendly and helpful. The GM Scott Mason was great as well. The venue is gorgeous.
    However, the major downfall of this venue is the catering manager Lisa Balch. She was disorganized, incompetent, and unresponsive. She would claim that we did not discuss certain details when we had discussed them several times in the past and we witnessed her writing them down. She was unresponsive not only to me but also to my wedding coordinator. My coordinator basically had to harass her to get her to respond. She called my wedding coordinator the night before to confirm that we were having food!!!!! The menu was something we had gone over in great detail because we had a large menu!! She also kept "forgetting" that we were having an open bar. We almost ended up with just mimosas and bloody mary's. Thankfully our wedding coordinator was able to get everything straightened out and we had food at the wedding. She refused to get our guests late checkouts. When we called the hotel, they told us that we could and it was no problem. We felt like she didn't ask and didn't find out if we were able to make specific accommodations. She was constantly late on getting us documents, such as the final detail sheet and the seating chart. She finally sent these documents over a week late. She promised us our final bill 3 business days after the wedding. It has now been 9 business days after our wedding and we have yet to hear from her. Our coordinator has tried contacting her several times with no luck. The Hyatt was a great and gorgeous event, but Lisa Balch as the catering manager was not someone we would have picked to work with on our own.
