  Stephanie and Eric's Wedding

  Jenna, John and the entire team at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich were absolutely fantastic to work with. We were a couple that had to postpone our wedding due to COVID an entire year. They were extremely accommodating and understanding to our situation and even more so when the Delta variant rose, causing concerns with our headcount. They truly worked to make this a stress free process for us. Jenna especially did everything she could to make our day special. The venue was a beautiful backdrop for our photos...rain or shine and the food...wow!!! Our guests are still talking about it. Thank you so much to this team for making our door even more wonderful then we could have ever imagined.

  Best day!!!

  We loved having our wedding at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich! Jenna was amazing throughout the process. The atrium is beautiful and such a unique location for cocktail hour! Everyone raved about the food and service. We can't thank them enough and are so happy we had our wedding reception here!

  Hyatt Regency Greenwich is awesome!!

  We can’t thank Jenna Kresback and her wonderful team at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Greenwich for helping to make our daughter’s wedding an absolute dream come true! The Atrium, sun court and the newly remodeled ballroom all added to the beauty of the day! You can’t ask for a better place than the Atrium for your wedding photos! It’s as if you’re on an island with palm trees, water features etc.
  The food was absolutely delicious, and Jenna worked along with us to make sure everything was perfect! This was truly a magical wedding for my daughter and son in law!!

  We can’t thank Jenna Kresback and her wonderful team at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Greenwich for helping to make our daughter’s wedding an absolute dream come true!   Perfect Wedding Day

  My wedding day at the Hyatt Regency in Greenwich was a perfect day. The event manager, Jenna was more than helpful throughout the entire process - especially after having to move my wedding date a couple of times due to Covid. Jenna and her team were very accommodating. The day of the wedding Jenna and her team ensured everything went smoothly and did everything they could be to diligent and helpful. The venue is absolutely gorgeous with an indoor/outdoor feel and I would highly recommend this venue for any wedding or special event!

  Nicole is great, she was warm and intelligent. She recommended the places to go for the cake and flowers. I would highly recommend her to plan your wedding. she was invaluable to us.

  We had a bar mitzvah for our son which is the same as the wedding package. Davonne was a pleasure to work with and she responded to all my emails and questions with the knowledge and eagerness to help. From planning to tasting, everything was perfect. My venue interaction was one of the less stressed part of planning this entire day. Davonne, Jessica, chef and the all the service staff exceeded our expectations. We had many food allergies in our party but those issues were all alleviated once we meet with the chef. He was so accommodating and made a really stressful situation , a very pleasing one. All the food that night was phenomenal.
  
  My son was so happy with the entire event, he said he couldn't have asked for anything more, which coming from a teenager, says a lot. All the guests couldn't stop talking about this event for many days afterwards and sent us such nice notes, emails, texts, etc... about the event, food and their stay at the Hyatt.

  Our event was a family holiday party with guests from 7 months to 90 years old. Davonne was fabulous - made great suggestions for menu, timing, feeding kids, decor. The staff assigned were superb - all family members felt food was fabulous, bar service was top notch, and pace of evening was perfect. We wouldn't change a thing except, perhaps, skipping some of scrumptious hors d'oeuvres because portions were so generous. The mini beef Wellingtons were incredibly yummy and the Tod's Point Mediterranean Table was amazing.
  
  We are already talking about next year! The event staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. We had all attended other events at the Hyatt and agreed that this event was the best ever. Kudos to a graciously competent and skilled group!

  The Hyatt by far exceeded our expectations for our wedding. Our friends and family were blown away by the luxury, decor, and the food. Everything we asked for was done. Not only did they respect the fact that my husband is in the military but they also put a POW/MIA/KIA table to the side out of pure honor and respect for soldiers who are imprisoned, missing, or killed in action. This was a special and moving touch done without even asking for it. Their flexibility in accommodating us was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel for any event that you may have.

  The Hyatt Regency in Greenwich turned out to be the perfect venue. Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were all held on the grounds in various areas of the hotel. Our guests had nothing but good things to say. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond to make our day seamless and special.

  Jennifer Vincent and the staff of the Hyatt Regency Greenwich made our wedding reception beautiful, memorable and stress free. We had family and friends stay at the Hyatt the night of our wedding (we stayed as well); everyone had positive comments about the reception location, cocktail hour and rooms. Jennifer was always available for questions and to provide help and she was a wonderful contact for our other vendors. The food was excellent. It was obvious a great deal of care went into the menu selection and food preparation. No one went home hungry! I would definitely recommend the Hyatt Regency for a wedding reception or overnight stays!

  This venue was absolutely amazing!! The catering manager, Pam, was great! She is very responsive and detail-oriented, she made sure that all of our plans went through without a hitch. We had our ceremony in the Sun Court and our reception in the Ballroom and both event spaces were decorated beautifully. They also gave us a great rate overnight rate for our guests.

  The catering manager at this venue was always so responsive and professional. I didn't have to worry about anything before or during my wedding. I could relax and enjoy. Everything was perfect and my wedding day was amazing. Food was great, everybody raved. Also, venue is absolutely beautiful. Perfect for a wedding, as hotel rooms are right there. I highly recommend.

  October Wedding

  We held our youngest daughter's wedding reception here on Oct. 6. We had a fabulous time, the setting for the cocktail hour was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the service fantastic. Jenna, the event planner, was not top of everything, so much so that we were able to sit back and thoroughly relax to enjoy ourselves. Can't say enough good thing about this venue.

  Wedding 10/13/18

  We had a wonderful wedding reception at the Hyatt! Our cocktail hour was located in the atrium area and our reception was in the Sun Court tent. Our guests raved about how delicious the food was, and how unique the atrium was for the cocktail hour. We had many out of town guests stay in the hotel (we had a room block), and they enjoyed their stay and breakfast the next day. On the morning of the wedding, we got ready in the Fairfield suite- which offered plenty of room for my bridesmaids and me to get our hair and makeup done.
  
  We initially signed our contract with one employee who left during our planning process- which was a little frustrating because we were not informed that she left. She had promised us a few things that were not able to materialize after all. After that, we worked with Jen Milano, who was wonderful. She was always very responsive to my many questions and emails and had great communication with our vendors as needed. All of our items were displayed just as we asked (the tent looks gorgeous when it is all set up!), and everything was packed up at the end of the night for us to pick up the next day. Jen was also there from before our ceremony, through the reception to make sure everything ran smoothly.
  
  There were a few bumps along the way, as with any event. Our cocktail & reception locations were mislabeled, the vendor's meals were delayed (which my photographer brought to my attention, but Jen was there to straighten it out), and our complimentary champagne and strawberries went to my parent's room (which was actually kind of funny).   We held a memorial service in the Condes Room, located off the garden courtyard and with large windows to let the light and view of the greenery in, but enough privacy to feel cozy.
  We were pleased with the room and services although pricey (this is Greenwich!) and wished the events coordinator had gotten back to us faster as we were anxious to plan a date, however this was around Thanksgiving and everyone gets days off.
  I would recommend the Condes room. It had a nice feel and not too glitzy in decor.

  The much talked about hotel in Greenwich, CT was a dismal failure for us at the wedding. I guess we just had a lofty vision of the place and frankly when we visited the hotel it appeared quite ordinary. However, the circumstances pushed us into signing a contract. After that at every step, it was like pulling teeth to add even the most minor change in the program. The inflexibility of the staff was incredibly rigid and annoying. Surprisingly, we found that if we had more than 50 rooms booked, the daily rate after that would actually go up !! So, we dumped them and the groom's party was the happiest at the neighboring Marriott. Their staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Nevertheless, we were stuck with the Hyatt for the actual ceremonies and the reception. The hotel is poorly managed and it seems as though there is lack of supervision and accountability. The service throughout was mediocre at best, the Sun Court is rather spartan and ordinary and certainly needs a good revamping and more elegance specially for weddings. But at the end of the day, the most disturbing is the lack of initiative and enthusiasm on the part of the staff to really make guests feel welcome. Very disappointing indeed.
