    Having Jennifer as my event coordinator was a dream come true! She made everything SO do-able. She had great input while completely embracing my ideas and making them successful!

    When I put my wedding in Jennifer's hands, I knew I wouldn't have a worry in the world. I was able to completely trust her skill and her creativity and quick thinking to solve problems. Planning a wedding is stressful, but being able to have had someone like her to work with on planning and organizing gave me peace of mind, both ahead of time and on the big day. I am the kind of girl that worries about every minute and every detail. With Jen on my side, I knew that every minute would be accounted for, and it was!

    Jennifer, thank you so much for being there for me. I appreciate the time and love you poured into my day, and into my life. Thank you for making our wedding so special!

    Jennifer was the day-of wedding coordinator for our outdoor August wedding. We were so blessed by her and truly thankful she was there. Because it was an outdoor wedding, I (the bride) forgot how I would go about avoiding any of the guests from seeing me before I walked down the aisle. Jen grabbed the rental car without hesitation and drove me to a building out of sight in perfect alignment for my dad to walk me down the aisle. There was also an issue with the seating assignments at the reception due to some non-RSVPed guests. What could have been a phenomenally awkward situation she handled with grace and class. Also, we had a LOT of guests and a lot of tables to cover for pictures in a very short period of time. She kept us moving along giving each table ample time to feel loved while giving us enough time to get back to the next part of the reception.

    When it came time to decide who would be my wedding coordinator, it was a no-brainer. I have watched Jennifer manage events with more than 1000 attendees, heard of her dealing with royalty and celebrities, and interacted with her simply as a friend. I remember a time when I could not find a flight within my budget to save my life. All it took was one phone call to Jennifer and it was done within minutes with no detail overlooked. I was amazed. Naturally, I would trust no one else for the most important day of my life. She has the ability to work discretely and make magic happen during an event. She has the foresight to prepare for any disasters and the quick mind to fix them, as needed. Most importantly, she is dedicated to her work and committed to extraordinary levels of excellence. She is beyond competent and capable--she actually makes your life easier. If you want the planning and execution of your event to be beautiful, let Jennifer run the show!

    Jennifer Wallace was the coordinator for my wedding reception. She carried out all of my plans beautifully and made sure every aspect went smoothly. Jennifer helped keep the night on schedule and made sure the venue and vendors knew what needed to happen when it needed to happen. I highly recommend Jennifer as someone who will run an event efficiently, design according to each client's desires and taste, and create each event to be uniquely special.

    Jennifer has been an incredible friend to my wife and I since before we were married. When tragedy struck several weeks before our wedding leaving Emily's father in the Intensive Care Unit, Jennifer was there making sure that the details of our wedding preparations, and so much more, were all taken care of. One week before our wedding, Emily's father took a turn for the worse. We were told that he would not make it to the end of the day. Jennifer negotiated with the hospital administration to bend their regulations for a short time so we could have a small ceremony in my future father-in-law's hospital room. In addition to this, she managed to not only find a bouquet for Emily to hold during this emergency ceremony, but she also raced to downtown Los Angeles and found a replacement diamond for Emily's great grandmother's necklace that Emily wanted to wear for our wedding. My father-in-law passed away just one hour after our impromptu bedside ceremony.

    The following week, on the day of our scheduled wedding ceremony (and two days after the funeral), Jennifer was incredibly sensitive to all of our needs. She went above and beyond to make sure that we didn't have to worry about a single thing, even to the point of perfectly planning every detail of our honeymoon!

    Jen, we are truly grateful for all the work that you did! We don't know how we would have made it through that week without you!
