  Jaci did a fantastic job! I loved how the pictures turned out. She did an amazing job directing people in an easy to understand way that was not disruptive to the event. She also made sure everyone was smiling!

  Jaci is so wonderful and does beautiful work

  I found jaci through friends of mine and im so glad we choose her to capture our wedding she did a phenomenal job. She was so professional and so easy to work with. I will certainly recommend her and will be using her in the future for all my photo needs

  Wonderful experience

  
  There are some moments that you want to relive over and over, and not surprisingly our wedding is such a moment. I know it to be the happiest day of my life, and looking at the pictures Jackie took for us, I'm right. Every single shot she took is of someone smiling, laughing, hugging. She captured every important moment. I can feel the love through our photos. Jackie took the time to get to know me and what I wanted, and did she deliver. If a picture says 1000 words, Jackie's photos could write a novel. I am so pleased and content with our photos. Thank you, Jackie for giving us the memories we will cherish our whole life.

  Jaci Downs Photography is a must book for your wedding day!

  Jaci downs is the best photographer. We had jaci do our engagement photos. We loved her so much we booked her immediately for our wedding. Our pictures turned out stunning. Pictures moved quickly the wedding day. We had so much direction and it was obvious she puts her heart into her work. Not only did jaci do our photography for the day but she literally directed the day. She helped make everything flow. Jaci is the best and made us feel conferrable. We got exactly what we wanted plus more. My husband and I are not tech savvy people but she made using her site very easy. We will be booking her for all of our future family photos.

  Loved her!

  Jaci has photographed my siblings and I’s weddings, and she did such an amazing job each and every time!!!! She always went above and beyond and absolutely KILLED it each time!!!! I would highly recommend her to anyone. She was always so sweet and helped us feel so special.

  A picture is worth a thousand words..

  Jaci did an AMAZING job capturing our day perfectly. We could not have asked for a better photographer for our wedding day and there was not one photo that we didn’t love! Although we ended up having a little rain the day of (every brides worst nightmare), Jaci assured us the pictures would still turn out great and she was not wrong. Highly recommend Jaci and her team!

  Absolutely amazing!

  We hired Darryl Barnett as our wedding photographer and got the package with 2 photographers for our wedding day, and we were fortunate enough to have Jaci as our second. She spent the morning with my husband and his groomsmen (who all hate to have their photos taken) and they couldn't say enough good things about her! She was personable and fun and put up well with our somewhat rowdy crew. At the venue, she was everywhere and nowhere all at the same time. She managed to take photos of so many people (many of us while we visited our guests at their tables which was awesome), but she was never in the way. We were so impressed with both her personality and her skill! We didn't get to choose who would work alongside Darryl on our big day, but if we had, we would choose Jaci again and again! We really lucked out and can't wait to see all our photos.

  Stunning photos and fantastic customer service

  Jaci has photographed several events for our family, so asking her to shoot our wedding was a no-brainer. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our photos, album, and large prints.   Amazing photographer!

  I highly recommend Jaci Downs photography! After spending countless hours looking for a photographer, I saw my friend post her wedding photos that looked amazing and I reached out to Jaci. She took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. We had some difficult family dynamics and Jaci went out of her way to make the family photo comfortable for everyone. A week before the wedding she reached out to get our timeline. We ended up spending almost an hour talking about details and the special moments we wanted photographed. On our wedding day, I felt like Jaci already knew my family. We were very impressed with both Jaci and our second shooter Marc. They made everyone comfortable and even got my now husband to smile in pictures. I felt like Jaci and Marc were always around if I wanted them to get a picture but I never really noticed them otherwise as they somehow managed to blend in. We were so pleased with everything and can’t wait to get our photos back!

  Jaci was amazing to work! She was flexible and understanding when needing to reschedule due to COVID and when our day finally came, she was energetic, passionate about her work and so fun to work with! The turn around time on getting our wedding pictures back to us was the best of any one we know who has gotten married recently! People could not believe we already had our photos in hand, and they turned out even better than we had hoped for. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer--you aren't going to have a better experience with anyone else!

  Jaci was just amazing to work with. From our first meeting we knew she was the right photographer for us. She was very willing to customize the photography package to fit our needs and we felt she really understood the pictures we were hoping to have from our big day. And OMG, the pictures from our wedding are just beautiful! We loved how they came out! The portraits are amazing and the night shots are just so gorgeous!!!! And we really appreciated that she took pictures of all of the guests at each of the tables! It's such a great idea (that of course we would never have thought of) and the pictures came out so wonderfully! I can't begin to tell you how grateful we are that Jaci Downs was our photographer! We can't wait to see what she does with the wedding album! We know it will be gorgeous and something that we will treasure for all the years to come!

She is professional but not at all intimidating– we were never afraid to send her a text or email with questions! Her and her team did an excellent job of documenting the entire day, from the bride/groom getting ready to the ceremony and the reception. The photographs are beautiful, with lots of great solo and group shots, inside and out. The turn around time was also great, and having all the proofs online made it easy to share them with our families before getting our album printed. We would absolutely recommend hiring her for your event!

  Jaci is an absolutely amazing photographer! The pictures she and her assistant snapped were absolutely breath taking! I’m still in aw. I love them so much. She was very accommodating right from the start. Jaci was very professional, friendly, warm, pleasant, fun, responsive, creative, and just all around great. She got along so well with our families, they still talk about how much they loved her energy. Jaci captured everything and more than we could have ever asked for.   I had long admired Jaci's work from her time as my college's photographer so I knew I had to hire her when I decided to get married on the campus of my alma mater. Jaci and her colleague Matthew are true professionals. Of all the wedding details, this was the easiest and most enjoyable of all. Jaci worked with every one of my requests (I didn't want things orchestrated, I wanted specific shots, etc.) She assuaged our concerns about our exceptionally large families and made coordinating 20+ person family photos simple, easy, and most importantly QUICK so we could party! She simply made everything look effortless and she even helped this very serious bride let loose and have some fun. If you're looking for a photographer who is talented and creative as she is direct, responsive, easy, fun, and encouraging then absolutely hire Jaci Downs. She will capture the special moments of your big day in a way that is discreet and natural and the process all throughout the way is an absolute breeze. Thank you, Jaci and Matthew! Jaci worked with every one of my requests (I didn't want things orchestrated, I wanted specific shots, etc.) She assuaged our concerns about our exceptionally large families and made coordinating 20+ person family photos simple, easy, and most importantly QUICK so we could party!   We hired Jaci almost as soon as we knew we were getting married in the Philadelphia area. We were impressed with her professionalism, as well as the value for the work she provides. She was more than willing to provide a portfolio of recent work--including work at our venue. Early on, she asked us specific questions about photos we wanted and any special poses we wanted.
  
  Our engagement photos were incredible--I highly recommend engagement photos, as you can get acquainted with your photographer before the wedding. We were also able to become familiar with her style of photography. The quality of the photographs was very high, and it gave us confidence that our wedding photos were going to be incredible!
  
  During the week of the wedding, Jaci was in regular touch with us and our day-of coordinator. She confirmed where she was to meet, and gave us a breakdown of what the day would look like. We felt that we were in good hands with Jaci.
  
  On the day of the wedding, Jaci and her team came early! She brought a shooter as well as an assistant, and from the minute she started, she came across as very prepared. She cooperated with our videographers, which was a huge help to us. She worked well with our decision not to have a first look, and took advantage of the great sunset we had to take wedding party photos before the wedding.
  
  During the reception, Jaci was enthusiastic about taking lots of photos--both posed portraits of groups as well as candid shots on the dance floor. We can't wait to see them!

  Jaci did the wedding photos for my sister's and cousin's wedding and she did an amazing job so we were thrilled that she was able to shoot our wedding! She did a great job and her assistants were great as well. We are so excited to get all of the photos back!

Jaci is so easy to work with, professional and extremely talented. I gave her a list of shots that were important to me to have and she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I asked for. There's nothing Jaci won't do to get the perfect shot.   Jaci was amazing. We had a photographer bail on us 3 weeks before the wedding, and she was willing enough to help us . out in such short notice. Due to the distance (and closeness of the wedding) we were never able to meet beforehand, but through many emails, phone calls, and texts, she had me reassured that everything was going to be fine. She was right! She was so attentive day of. She was conscious of time (which is HUGE) and was able to keep us moving at a good pace to make sure that other wedding events stayed on track. We had given her a shot list, but she captured more important moments than I could have ever thought of. I had a friend Skyped in from Afghanistan, and she caught a shot of my friend holding him, watching our first dance. It was beautiful! She also captured some shots of him with us on an iPad. They mean the world to me. Besides for her amazing photography and time management skills, and professionalism, she was super fun to be around! She got along with all the bridal party, family, and especially my husband and I.

  Everything people are saying about Jaci is true, she's amazing! She is personable, funny, kind, sweet and goes the extra mile for a great shot. We wanted a group shot of all our guests so what did she do, climbed on the roof of our venue. Our guests were awestruck! In addition, she seemed like she was genuinely enjoying shooting our wedding. She's great and you'll love your photos and you'll love her! I highly recommend her.
