We had our wedding here in August 2022 with about 160 guests. Jardines de San Juan is an absolute hidden GEM! From start to finish, Bly made the entire process fun and seamless! She gave us great advice/recommendations throughout and all of the recommended vendors the venue works with are top notch. Incredibly professional and we were able to relax knowing everything was covered. We can't rave enough about how gorgeous the venue is and how great Bly and her team were! THANK YOU!!

Having our wedding at Jardines de San Juan was the best decision ever! When my now wife and I went to tour the venue for the first time with Bly we knew that it was a definite yes! I love Spanish style architecture and cacti while Brittany loves roses and flowers. It was amazing to find a place that encompasses all of the things that we love. Another huge factor was the fact that we got to say 'I Do’ with Mexican food which is our absolute favorite thing. Our guests loved the food and thought the venue was stunning. Working with Bly was wonderful as she is extremely knowledgeable in the wedding industry and had so many helpful recommendations to share. We met with her several times to discuss and fine tune the details of our special day. On more than one occasion we would come to her with several pages of questions about various things and she would have answers to all of them! Her team was also really detailed and provided exceptional service. If you are looking for a venue for your wedding we cannot recommend Jardines de San Juan highly enough! For one fee you get the venue, coordination, DJ and catering! Reasonable prices, incredible food, phenomenal service are what you will get if you have your wedding here. You will not be sorry!

My husband and I had a great experience working with Bly and the Jardines team. We had a July wedding and the venue was gorgeous! Our guests all told us they loved the food and continued to comment on how beautiful the space was. Bly was organized and did a great job keeping things moving according to plan on the wedding day. I did not have to worry about anything on my wedding day which was a huge relief. I highly recommend Jardines for your wedding!!

We hosted our wedding here October 26th this year and all I can say is that the day was perfect!!!! Bly and her team killed it 100%!!!!! The attention to details, the amount of love that goes into making sure our day went perfect was...I have no words!! The staff was very professional, the food was delicious, and our guests said "they've never been to a wedding like this, it was beautiful" the jardin does seem to have the dinner area and dancing area a bit separate but our guests LOVED the fact that they could come and chill away from the dancing and get back to it when they wanted to. We loved our perfect day thanks to this amazing team! We love you guys & I hope that we will see you guys again (I have three sisters still ;) )

From start to finish we enjoyed working with Bly & team. They were so flexible and worked with all of our desires and preferences for our wedding. It was very helpful that Bly has everything under control and was an expert in planning our event and executing it with her team. We had the continental menu for food and it was excellent, even our guests were talking about how good it was for weeks after our wedding.
One of the things we appreciated most was how much Bly and her team did for us. They fully set everything up and did all the teardown, and everything in between. We had no worries except to enjoy our day. Bly was super chill but had everything under control and was well organized. Our wedding day went fantastic, and we owe a large portion of that to the venue and the team that helped. If we can go back in time we would not change a thing! My wedding was this past weekend. Everything was set up perfectly! It was exactly how i imagined it to be. I didn’t feel stressed the entire day! Bly and her team as well as Leo the DJ really know what they are doing! It was executed perfectly! I wish I could relive the day because it was just perfect!

I can’t even begin to explain how incredible our experience was working with Bly and her team. Our day was absolutely perfect because of them! The venue is gorgeous, the food was amazing and the staff was so helpful, communicative and pleasant to work with! Thank you guys so much for everything!

Our wedding was a hit and that’s thanks to Bly and her professional team who helped make our day wonderful. They set up everything and very attentive to our needs. The garden area was beautiful with flowers blooming every where. I would totally do another event here. Thank you again Jardines.

Bly and her team at Jardines took the stress of planning a wedding in their hands. I didn’t have to worry about decorating (provided boxes of decoration and they set it all up). They have a list of vendors they work with that will help guide you in the planning process. The food was delicious! The staff was professional and friendly. The venue is absolutely beautiful any time of the year!

I can't say enough great things about Jardines and the Event Coordinators Ashley and Monica. I had my ceremony and reception there in late September and everything went just as planned. Being an Event Manager myself, I had high expectations for my own wedding. The planning process was wonderful. Ashley communicated everything to us and was very thorough. Many of the other items you need for weddings was either included at Jardines, or you could rent them through Jardines (which made the planning super easy). Our DJ, florals, linens and napkins and food/drinks all went through Jardines. The food was great and everybody had an amazing time. The pricing is very reasonable and more importantly the service we received for the price we paid was outstanding. When I say that Ashley and Monica took care of everything, I mean they LITERALLY took care of everything. They are great at anticipating your needs and the needs of the guests. I hope to be back for another event at Jardines soon!

We absolutely loved our wedding here! The venue was beautiful- from the succulents to stringed lights at night. The food was delicious- so flavorful. We booked the DJ and Photobooth through them as well. Ashley the event coordinator was wonderful- she was extremely responsive, flexible, professional and organized. She was helpful during the whole wedding planning process by checking in on the timeline and reviewing details prior to the wedding. Ashley and her team set up the decorations just as I described and were accommodating to specific requests. Ashley and the DJ did a great job directing the evening- we didn't have to worry about that! We loved our wedding here and can't wait to come back and celebrate our anniversaries at Jardines and see the plant that they allowed us to plant in their beautiful garden as a representation of our growing marriage. Thank you Jardines for making our day so beautiful and special!

My husband and I had the most amazing wedding at Jardines de San Juan. I had visited the restaurant and gardens often as a young child and always dreamed of getting married in the back garden. My family and friends were very pleased to see the garden is looking better than it ever has and the food still absolutely amazing!
My husband and I planned the wedding while living in San Diego and could not have made it through the wedding planning process without the wonderful help we received from Cassandra and her staff. Cassandra went above and beyond to make time for meeting with us when we were in town and even made time for phone meetings when we couldn't make another trip to town before the wedding. Everything from the cake selection to table linens was so much easier than I ever thought possible thanks to their professional experience and help every step of the way.
The day of our wedding was indescribably perfect. The gardens were breath taking, every detail of the set up was just how I imagined it, the food was delicious and as the sun set and the patio lit up with lights we danced the night way with margaritas in hand and love in our hearts!
Thanks to everyone at Jardines de San Juan for making our wedding so wonderful! Just the other day I received a message from one of my husband's family members saying, "I want to go back to the garden where you hosted your wedding- it optimizes life and sunshine!" I smiled and thought I couldn't have said it better myself!

Our decision to select Jardines de San Juan went beyond the scrumptous food and beautiful setting to the professionalism and warmth of the staff, most specifically Patricia Santana. She was thorough in her explanation of the venue, price, and options. She was flexible and most importanly was extremely responsive. Patricia often returned our emails in the wee hours of the morning and was wonderful in recommendations and suggestions. Moreover, on the wedding day all the staff were so attentive. Many guests commented on how polite, professional and available the staff were.
There was such ease in preparing for our day and all things went so smoothly on the day of. The garden was immactulate, the food was plentiful and the alcohol was generously flowing. It was truely a wonderful experience working with Patricia and Jardines de San Juan to make our special day a memorable one. We are so happy in our venue choice and would recommend Jardines de San Juan a hundred times over!

My wedding day was perfect!!! Jardines was exactly what I was looking for; beautiful garden, excellent service, great tasting food, and wonderful owners!

Jardines de San Juan was the best place for our wedding. My husband's family and my family were all so impressed by the beauty of the venue and the delicious food - which is saying a lot considering we both have professional gardeners and are of Mexican decent, so they know how to appreciate both a beautiful garden and good Mexican food. Food was a huge wedding issue for me, I wanted everyone to enjoy the food and have enough on their plate to feel satisfied. Jardines' buffet style was perfect. The wait-staff piled our plates with hearty food and their service was fast and courteous.

Not only is the venue extremely beautiful and the food delicious but the service and professionalism was excellent. The owners were kind, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. My husband and I were on a tight budget and they were happy to work with us in ensuring a beautifully romantic wedding. Patricia Santana was an excellent and reliable wedding-day-coordinator, always prepared and level-headed throughout the day.

Their prices are more than reasonable for the high quality of service, venue, and food you get. In my eyes, my wedding couldn't have been any better any where else. I recommend every bride who is looking for a romantic and fun garden-style wedding to check out Jardines de San Juan.

Patricia and Leonard of Jardines De San Juan were fabulous to work with! We really did not have much of an idea of how we wanted the event to come together. Patrica, was great with meetings, ideas, and polite suggestions. Jardine's made our desires come to life. The garden was absolutely stunning and the food was hot and delicious. They did a wonderful job my wedding day was better than I could have ever imagined. They didn't make my cake but they did decorate it for me ( I had furnished the decor for the cake) as well as set up the center pieces for the tables. They were so helpful and courteous the owner was even there and took pictures and mailed them to me on a beautiful CD! I love Jardines I would recommend them to anyone looking for a garden or outdoor wedding and if your a small party they do offer indoor as well! The food, the service and everything was amazing! Carlos is the wedding coordinator for Jardines. He was very professional and helpful. He was very flexible with our rental arrival times and he was responsive to our phone calls and inquiries.

Jardines is a beautiful venue with a gorgeous patio filled with flowers and unique cacti. A pretty venue makes it easy to decorate because so little is needed. The food was delicious and affordable. The service was fantastic. The restaurant took care of everything - they put our cake in a box to take home, they cleared our tables of our centerpieces and took care of our rentals so that we wouldn't have to.

The next day, we were notified that some items had been left behind. All of the employees were so professional and responsible. They were amazing!

Susan is the BEST coordinator ever. The price was amazing, the food was exceptional, and the back patio of Jardines was gorgeous!!! Susan was so on top of things, and she sent us home with food after the wedding :) She was fun and professional and truly knows what it means to put your customers first. Jardines is such a beautiful location, the town and the hotels, everything was so so easy to work with. If you want Mexican food at your wedding, and for it to be outdoors, this is the BEST place to do it. So very romantic too :)

Victor and I had the most fabulous wedding at Jardines de San Juan!! Patricia and her staff were so helpful and attentive. The back garden where our ceremony and reception took place couldn't have been more beautiful. The food was great! We have received so many compliments about our special day. We would highly recommend Jardines de San Juan to anyone for any special occasion.

The venue could have not been any more perfect, love the beautiful trees and landscape of the place. I can't say enough great things about Jardines and the Event Coordinators Ashley and Monica.

I didn't have to worry about chairs, tables, table umbrellas, silverware, plates, linens and napkins, food and drinks, they had everything to choose from. The only thing that I would maybe change is the portions of the guests plates, many guests said they did not get enough food.

Do not book your weddings or any special events here! They are stealing money/gift cards and envelopes! The wedding happened on Saturday and another wedding happened the next following day. Which happened to be victims too!!


The general manager Nick Wrinkler stated this never happened to the venue before while being so dismissive!!! well it happened again the next day to another Newlyweds!

Part 1: I wanted this to be a good review. I should preface this by saying I have contacted them through post and email, but have received no response. So here I am. Their venue is gorgeous. Their staff are very nice. They couldn't ask for a better location, and they know how to work with it. Their resident DJ is fantastic and I am so glad he's who they use. That's where it ends.

Upon arrival, MOH and I were shown to the "bridal room" which turned out to be a stuffy, filthy room where staff were eating. I was led to believe during the wedding planning that it would be in a nice secluded room to get ready. I should add, the staff eating did not leave once they saw us. They just kept texting and eating. We finally had to ask them to leave so we could get ready for my wedding. More kept trying to come in to eat while we were dressing.

There was nowhere to hang my dress. I was told to hang it on the windows but because the shutters and floor were so filthy I was hesitant. While my MOH cleaned up in the restaurant bathroom with all the restaurant patrons, I went to tell the coordinator about how dirty and stuffy the "bridal room" was. She argued with me, saying it's just me. She threw open the windows that opened directly onto the street so everyone walking by could see us getting ready. She hung my dress up on a nail on the wall, and even though we tried to stop her, she draped the bottom of my dress across the dirty floor and it was ruined.

My husband is English so I wanted some of his culture there too. We bought very expensive tea and pastries to represent "English High Tea." None of this was set out even though we'd been promised it would be, and none of it was returned. We lost the money for that.
