Absolutely incredible and literally exceeded every expectation. From song selection, to energy level, to communication and professionalism, Johnathan was flawless. The band had every age group packed onto the dance floor from start to finish for a solid three hours - dancing, air guitaring, belting lyrics, hoisting people in the air, and way way more. I'm probably bias, but they created the most incredible atmosphere of any wedding I’ve ever been to, plus Johnathan absolutely nailed our first dance song. Seriously can not say enough great things about this band and how genuine of a person Jonathan is. Might just have to throw another party to get them back out here :) -
Roe Sent on 02/15/2018Jonathan was a true pleasure to work with -- everything from booking and communication prior to the event -- to arriving on time day-of and putting on a great show! I hired Jonathan for a corporate event and he was the perfect fit for the crowd. His set list was great --- songs you can sing along to and created an overall great vibe for the night! Would highly recommend Jonathan and look forward to working with him again on future events!

He even learned our song so we could dance to it for our bride/groom dance. His entire band was great and our guests loved it! So talented!

Jr Sent on 02/06/2018The Jonathan Moody Band was absolutely one of the highlights of our wedding. I can't thank them enough for the great time that everyone had. Jonathan was awesome to work with from the very beginning. We were a bit lost when it came to trying to figure out when the band would play, what they would play, etc. We hopped on a call with Jonathan and he put us at ease quickly. He recommended some great songs and walked us through how most people structure the ceremony, which made us feel 100% better knowing that he knew exactly what he was doing and we didn't need to stress over music. We had one small miscommunication (not his fault) over the ceremony but he went way out of his way to accommodate and make it right and we quickly came to a compromise. It was clear that it wasn't just about the money, he also wanted to do his best to make the experience memorable.
At the reception he killed it for us all night. The main songs that were planned and requested for the first dances were perfect. After that, we pretty much left it up to him and he knocked it out of the park. Everyone had a blast and danced all night.
I would highly recommend The Jonathan Moody Band. We plan on booking him again sometime for a party or other special event. -

Ashley Sent on 02/15/2018The only regret I have over Jonathan performing during our wedding day cocktail hour is that I couldn't spend more time listening to him! My husband and I spent hours upon hours searching for the right fit for the vibe we wanted for our cocktail reception outside - laid back yet still high energy and someone who could play a wide range of songs/styles etc. Jonathan fit the bill there and I'm just trying to figure out which of my friends can hire him so I can sit down and enjoy his music!
He has an incredible voice and on top of that he's just the nicest guy. We loved getting to know him on the phone and he flew in from Texas to our wedding in Carmel, CA. What I loved most is that all of the pricing for his travel and extras such as additional musician were all built into his original quote. Made it so easy to work with him!
Finally - I have to say that our wedding day was one of the hottest on record - 110 degrees! In spite of that, Jonathan set up in the shade, played for a few hours and was still happy, smiling and professional even in an incredibly hot environment. We loved working with him and I really hope I get to see him play again soon! -
