Josie is one of the sweetest and most beautiful people we worked with. She cares so much for her clients and she takes so much pride in the work that she does- and it truly does show !!!
She BEYOND talented. Our cake was STUNNING and SO DELICIOUS !!!! We had absolutely NO cake left over at our wedding !! Our guest are still telling us how good it was. They also told us they went to go and get seconds because it was so good !! We loved the cake so much that we ate our top tier when we came back from our honeymoon !! Thank you for creating such a beautiful masterpiece for us !! We kept the sugar flowers as memories of the beautiful cake !!Josie is one of the sweetest and most beautiful people we worked with. Josie is absolutely amazing, incredibly talented and the sweetest person you will meet! She was so easy to work with, and captured exactly what we were looking for, for both my bridal shower and wedding cake. The design was perfect, and the cake tasted amazing!!!! Amazing! Delicious cake and looked beautiful. Our guests managed to eat the whole thing and were looking for more- that never happens. Josie is super great to work with as well. Josie provided us with exceptional service when designing our wedding cake for June 2, 2012. She was very easy to contact and communicate with both on the phone and via email, providing almost immediate responses to our inquiries. She was very accommodating to our needs and request (adjusting cake layers, design, and flavours). Additionally, for the taste sampling she provide a box with the samples named and neatly arranged.
On our wedding day the cake looked amazing but most of all her cake was delicious. Though unfortunately like most couples we didn't get a chance to taste all the layers. If you are looking for a great cake design, delicious taste, reliability and a reasonable price I would suggest you contact Juicy Desserts. You will not be disappointed.

Josie was absolutely wonderful to work with, she make our wedding cake and cupcake favours. We found her to be professional, flexible and fun. Once meeting Josie it is obvious she loves what she does and takes great pride in the yummy deserts that she makes. Josie listened to what we wanted and offered some great suggestions on how to make our ideas even better. I have received endless compliments on the design of our cake and cupcakes favours. Everyone at the wedding really enjoyed the cake, it was SO delicious. You have no idea about the possibilties that can be created with a Juicy Desserts Cake...actually to be correct its a work of creativity... not just a cake. I have experienced Josie's professionalism first hand when I booked my engagement cake, and the mini cakes to match! It was the talk of the party as everyone commented on its great look but also its fantastic taste!! I have booked my shower and wedding cakes with Josie for next year and I can't wait to experience another Juicy Desserts Creation!!!

The first cake Josie made for me was a wonderful two tier creation for my graduation. My family and I were so amazed with the details involved that we instantly fell in love with Josie’s work. And to top if off the cake was delicious! So naturally, when I got engaged I called up Josie and placed my order for our Engagement Cake, My Shower Cake and the Wedding Cake! Josie is a true artist. For all three cakes orders I left the design up to her because I knew I could trust her ability and talents in making the cakes compliment my themes. Through our conversations Josie quickly picked up what I liked and the look I was going for. Josie has a special skill for translating her client’s visions into beautiful creations of art. For my shower she created a whimsical butterfly cupcake tower and for my wedding she did a phenomenal 8 tier orchid and pearl wedding cake! Her work is elegant and timeless. To sweeten up things even more Josie suggested that I do a candy station at the wedding – which she designed so beautifully! And the mini cupcakes she made for the station were amazing. The candy station was a success thanks to Josie’s hard work! I’ve been married for 4 months now and people still call to find out who did my candy station and desserts! We had a cupcake wedding cake designed and they were to die for!! So fluffy, flavourful and simply beautiful ... too gorgeous to eat, but we did ... each and every last one. She rises above many because of her passion, her professionalism, her creativity, eagerness to please and absolute love for her work and clients. She goes over and beyond and does what it takes to ensure that her clients are happy and are left with an everlasting impression. When we met with Josie, we explained our vision by simply saying that we wanted a wedding cake that was out of the ordinary, something that would scream our WOW. I had an amazing experience with Josie. From start to finish she had great professionalism. Her cakes tasted amazing, they were neat, and had great presentation.
