    JW Marriott was great to work with! Everyone raved about how nice the hotel was. Everything looked beautiful. Michael and Kimberly and Sharon were all great to work with and made sure that I didn't have to worry about anything. My only complaint...overnight parking was expensive for my guests! Other than that, everything was perfect.

    Disappointed! My husband and I stayed here for our wedding night (and reserved a block for our guests). Our room smelt so musty. Unfortunately they were at capacity and didn't have any other suites available, so we had someone spray the carpet/room. It helped a bit but didn't remove the smell. It definitely put a damper on our wedding night. Also, we noticed no dresser or chest in the room. There was only a closet to store clothes. I ended up keeping most of my things in my suitcase. Then, when we left the next morning, we noticed a dent on the driver's side door when the valet brought it to the front. My husband pointed it out to the valet guy and his response was, "It's an old car." Like it didn't matter. Seriously?? On top of that being irrelevant, it was an extremely rude comment. He was then reluctant to help us file a report about it, like he couldn't be bothered. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is for the great customer service from the front desk. The staff (aside from that valet attendant) were very friendly. For the price and location we really expected more.
