  Creative, Communicative and Patient

  Katie was a wonderful photographer. Could not recommend her more highly. She's very available and communicative during planning and super on top of it the day of the wedding. She made everyone feel at ease and got great shots of the day. She turned around the pics super quickly and they're fab. Really enjoyed working with Katie!

  Great experience!!!

  My fiance and I were nervous about choosing a wedding photographer because we both work behind the scenes in film production and do not enjoy or feel comfortable in front of the camera. When we saw Katie's portfolio, we loved how natural all her photos look. Nothing too posed, staged or photoshopped.
  
  Katie listened to all our concerns and really made us feel comfortable. She gave good notes/direction without making it feel staged. She was even able to make it fun for us! I appreciate her patience too, as we were probably fidgety. Katie and her team were so stealth that we didn't even notice them snapping away all night. She was able to capture the energy and essence of our day perfectly and the photos are BEAUTIFUL.
  
  It was so great to get a selection of photos right after the wedding to share, and the rest came soon after. Appreciate the quick turnaround!.
  
  We LOVE the photos and LOVE working with Katie. Look forward to working with her on all our special events.

  One of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

  Katie is a true artist! We are beyond happy she was our photographer for our wedding. We found her through Green Wedding Shoes and our venue’s Instagram. We feel so lucky that we did! When we contacted her, she was extremely responsive (and throughout our entire wedding journey), professional, helpful and creative (helping us come up with solutions on where to take photos before the ceremony). She listened to what we envisioned and brought it to life. Her photos came back quickly and captured every beautiful moment. I can’t thank her enough and look forward to hiring her again for upcoming family photos and birthday celebrations. Thank you, Katie, for everything. We love you!

  Amazing work!!

  Katie was so amazing to work with! She made the entire process such a breeze and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. We are so happy with how our photos turned out and that we chose to work with Katie on our big day! We hope to work with her again in the future.

  Katie was absolutely a dream to work with! It is really intimidating to try and find a photographer that is in your budget, gets you and treats you as a couple like people versus dollar signs - Katie is such a special find! She put up with our silly request to include our dog, our complicated vision for dozens of family combination photos and my vague explanation that we wanted posed photos that felt not posed. She made both my husband & I feel so comfortable the whole day, and did an amazing job capturing every moment. Katie's priority is to make you feel comfortable and yourself on your wedding day - which is much easier said than done! She felt more like a best friend taking our photos than a vendor we hired, and that helped us feel so at ease. She never made us feel silly for any request and was just so FUN to work with! Looking at our photos everyone has commented on how she did an amazing job capturing the joy and love of the day in both posed & candid photos. When looking back at our photos we feel the day all over again - and that is all thanks to Katie!
  
  I cannot recommend Katie enough! You won't find a better photographer & partner to help you capture these memories for a lifetime!

  I had a list of potential wedding photographers to choose from and I had nearly narrowed down to a choice, when I stumbled upon Katie's photos. There went the other list, because Katie was the clear choice - her photos speak for themselves.
  
  Working with Katie was fantastic. She was the consummate professional, from the process of putting together a contract to answering all our many questions leading up to the day. She was accommodating and drove out to Ojai for an engagement photo session to help us feel at ease in front of the camera. Planning a wedding has a lot more scheduling to the minute involved with it than we had imagined, and if it weren't for Katie and her help with timing everything out, i'm sure it wouldn't have gone so smoothly. She was also super easy going with herding the proverbial family cats for large group shots. These are all pro's to working with Katie even without talking about the quality of her images, but then you take a look at the final shots that come out - and seriously does this girl have an eye for some magic shots. She captures the light as well as she captures such joyous candid moments. We're very happy with the memories that we have memorialized in Katie's photography.

  Where to begin...Katie has been nothing short of a dream to work with from start to finish. We found Katie after an exhaustive search for an affordable photographer who could capture us in the style we wanted. No easy feat when your picky and super specific! What we really wanted was someone with a photojournalistic approach who would capture us with a more modern sensibility. All of the photographers we liked blew our budget to smitherines, until we found Katie. Her photographs were beyond beautiful, and her price range was just right. Katie and I kept in contact through the months leading up to the big day by email, and she was always quick to respond, had great ideas and actually really helped us plan the schedule for our wedding day. The day of she was a true pro, timely and efficient with all of our shots, and got creative with the crazy wind that we had - never batting an eye! She gave us great direction and delivered on every level. Her turnaround for finished photos is remarkably fast (6-8 wks) so you don't have to spend months and months waiting...Our photos are STUNNING, we are so pleased. Katie will be our photographer for life. :)

  I cannot say enough about how much I loved working with Katie! She was the best photographer I could have imagined. I wanted someone with an artistic eye who would produce wonderful photos while being friendly and professional. She was perfect. Cory and I met with her before the wedding and she basically helped me formulate my whole timeline and helped me arrange the best and most efficient way to do the photos. On the day of, she was there right on time and was so on top of things. I did not have to worry about anything regarding the photos! I told her Cory and I were not used to taking photos so I told her to tell us exactly what to do and she did. She would move my arm to make sure I looked good and told me where to hold my bouquet to make sure I didn't cover my dress. She also brought one of her great associates with her to help out.
  In addition, we added on the service of Katie's wonderful Photo Booth called The Peach. It is not only adorable but the quality of the photos was amazing. The guests could see their photos right away. She had the Photo Booth photos up within two days of the wedding for everyone to see and got our wedding photos to us within one month!
  I would recommend Katie to anyone. She is a pleasure to work with and does beautiful work!

  I cannot say enough good things about Katie Pritchard. She was one of the first vendors we hired and was such an asset!! Not only is she is incredibly talented (her website speaks for itself), but she's sweet, is very responsive by email, and she even helped us find our amazing venue - Cree Estate - which we never would have heard about without her. Score! Her level of professionalism is great, and she gave us a great balance between enough space on our wedding day to allow things to happen naturally but also being directive as needed to get all the shots in. She could be charging way more than she does for her packages. We also used her for our engagement photos and a super fun photobooth at the wedding which everyone loved. Hire her already, you won't regret it!

  To put it simply, Katherine was amazing! From the first time I talked to her on the phone I felt like she knew exactly what I wanted. I was planning my wedding from across county so we talked a lot on the phone and she just made me feel very comfortable and just really understood what I wanted. She brought up a lt of fun suggestions and made sure she didn't leave any important pictures out (which was a huge help because when you're planning a wedding sometimes you forget things) I couldn't be more happier with my pictures. She got them back to me SO fast. I would definitely recommend her!

  Katherine was completely professional, friendly, creative, and I was totally impressed how beautiful the pictures turned out. I put my trust in her for one of the most important days of my life and she exceeded my expectations!

  I can't imagine using anyone else. Katie had a creative mind and was open to anything we wanted to do.
  She made everything so simple and easy, but in the end we got pictures that looked breathtaking.
  The final product were pictures that were not only beautiful, & modern but really represented us well.
  If you are looking for someone who you can trust to capture your memories in a unique & creative way, then look no further.
