Recently my husband and I got married at the Kylan Barn. From beginning to end, our experience was amazing! The staff is always friendly and quick to provide feedback. Sam was thorough and such a huge help through the whole process and never got tired of the 1000s of questions I asked her. The venue is gorgeous and very accommodating. There was plenty of space for vendors and guests to spread out. Our guests are still telling us what a great time they had. Wish we could relive our day! -

We had the most perfect and picturesque wedding at Kylan Barn. Every staff member we worked with leading up to the wedding was efficient and accommodating with whatever questions/requests we had. I felt very confident about our wedding day going smoothly just due to how responsive and reliable Kyle and his staff were. The venue in itself is beautiful, landscaping was perfect, suites were spotless, the bartenders we hired through Kylan were flawless. Not a single complaint. If you’re thinking about it just book it. We wouldn’t have changed a single detail.Kylan Barn's reply:

Best venue ever!
BEST VENUE EVER! When I had a question they responded, we even changed our date a few months before the wedding and they were SO helpful. If we did it again, we would still choose Kylan! They went above and beyond for us during the wedding process, and especially on our wedding day. They did not let me do a thing!!! CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!!!!! -

Kylan Barn was the perfect venue for our wedding day. We had a beautiful outdoor ceremony, and the reception in the barn was absolutely stunning. The Kylan Barn team was so easy to work with and they did a great job helping us bring our wedding dream to life. -

This venue is so beautiful you don’t even need decor. It’s everything I could have imagined. The outdoor wooded ceremony was my absolute dream! Not only that but everyone with Kylan Barn communicated well and made sure we were all on the same page with what my husband and I wanted. They were friendly, accommodating, and overall fun and easy to work with. -

Fairytale Kylan Barn
Kylan Barn is a dream venue and it exceeded our expectations. Sam and Hailey were our coordinators and they did awesome at turning our vision into a reality. Our wedding was stress free because of them. The different scenery on the property is breathtaking. We got married in the woods on the property and it was like a fairytale. 10/10 recommended this venue! -

We had the PERFECT day thanks to kylan and all our other vendors, most of which were recommended through kylan. We used their month of planning services and Sam and Haley were nothing short of amazing! Sam and Kyle were so helpful throughout the entire process and there was not a single thing that we had to worry about the day of. We chose the woods ceremony, which cost a little more but was treated for bugs beforehand and the set up was gorgeous. We also loved the open air feel of the reception area. As a lesbian couple living in lower DE, I can’t say wedding planning was exactly warm and welcoming at all times, but kylan certainly made us feel welcomed! It was also one of the only venues we toured that offered a second getting ready suite, I was able to use the bridal suite while my fiancé used the beautiful air stream. The venue was so welcoming to our pups as well, which was very important to us. Everything was perfect about kylan barn and we would absolutely recommend it! -

Beautiful Wedding
The wedding venue was breathtaking from the moment we were looking at venues almost 2 years ago. We knew as soon as we walked into the barn that this was the location we wanted to spend our special day in. The owner and wedding coordinators were very respectful and were always quick to answer any of my questions. They made my wedding day feel amazing and smooth going! I highly recommended this venue to anyone wanting to get married in a barn setting! The venue itself is so beautiful not many decorations are needed! -

Kylan offers everything and more!
I was adamant that I would not get married in a big white barn.... but my experience with Kylan Barn was so far from everything I expected. This is not your typical wedding venue. I got married in the woods, under the trees, with no buildings (or bugs) in sight. Cocktail hour on the patio with a pond view, dinner inside with open air and beautiful lights, and partying inside, outside, everywhere! We had the fire pit going and it was so fun to relax there at the end of the night. We used the airstream as a quiet spot for the kiddos to wind down while we partied. The only downside is, there's so much to enjoy its hard to keep the dance floor full. All of our guests are still bragging about Kylan. It was the best of woodsy, outdoors, and modern wedding all in one. Sam and Kyle were very responsive and they answered all of our questions and more. I cannot recommend Kylan Barn enough!

Kathryn Sent on 08/15/2018I came from out of town and was blown away by the staff and the venue. Sara and Blake had the first woods wedding and it was absolutely magical! The lighting, the reception, the bridal suite, everything was drop dead gorgeous. When we didn't have enough tables, they were quick to the solve the problem of grabbing more tables and chairs without being asked! They truly helped make this day one to never forget.

It's hard to even put into words how dreamy our wedding was at Kylan Barn. We got married on 10/29/22 and every single detail was perfect. The ceremony was in the woods and was 100% worth it, I have always dreamed of a wedding in the woods and Kylan Barn has the perfect spot for it. The aisle is covered in string lights and it opens up into a beautiful spot in the woods, also with string lights, with beautifully handmade seating. So dreamy, so romantic, so perfect. We had our reception in the barn and unlike many other venues where they push a sort of "theme" on you, Kylan Barn has more room to play up the vision you've been dreaming of. There are also SO many opportunities for perfect pictures - a lake, a pond, a fountain, a firepit, an old timey truck, a LOVE sign as well as a sign with your names and date on it (and so much more). The bridal suite is top tier and they have an airstream that my husband and his guys got ready in and they had a blast. Every meeting we had with Kyle he was so helpful and was totally into all of our ideas and was willing to help do what he could to make these ideas come to fruition. The perfect icing on this already amazing cake is their coordinator Sam, I wish I could hire her to coordinate my entire life. Every. Single. Detail. was beautifully executed by her. She worked endlessly to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it and I have never met someone who was so perfect at their job. Seriously I could write an essay about how grateful I am that we had her as our coordinator, your wedding day is an extremely stressful day and having someone in your corner like Sam who will help ease that stress off of you is priceless. Kylan Barn is the total package and if you get the chance to get this venue, you will not regret it one bit!! -

My husband and I are from NY. I really wanted a woodsy ceremony site for our wedding. Everything in NY is so expensive for something like that! I accidentally stumbled across someone's tiktok showing Kylans woodsy ceremony site and fell in love. We made an appointment, went and checked it out loved it and the reception barn. It's so pretty and such a good price. Be mindful that it's pretty much a "do it yourself" venue. You can hire a company to bring alcohol and bartend but we chose to hire a bartender through them and brought our own alcohol and drinks. With only 48 guests it was cheaper that way. It's also a do it yourself setup so we hired a coordinator. Still, we had a fantastic experience and all of our guests that made the drive talked about how beautiful the venue was. Our experience with Kyle and the team was great. Very quick to reply to emails and work with us on any questions we had. Their bridal suite and area for the groom is really nice. We don't regret having our venue here for a second! We loved it -

The staff were so accommodating and easy to work with. It was super helpful to have a list of vendors they prefer you to choose from because I was planning my wedding from New York! -

We LOVED our wedding at Kylan Barn. As soon as my husband proposed, I knew I wanted a woods ceremony. We live in PA and couldn't find one. We are SO happy we found Kylan Barn in MD. It was so worth the drive to make our day perfect. They have more than one ceremony site, all beautiful. The reception area is also amazing! All of my communication with Kylan was personable and professional. I appreciated them answering all of my questions without ever making me feel like a pest! The day of went super smooth and I would definitely recommend this venue to everyone! Perfection!Kylan Barn's reply:
