  BEST Customer service ever. you go there and you don't feel like Betty is trying to make you buy any dress just to make money. She wants you to look great on your wedding day! and will not let you buy something you look horrible in. I really appreciated that.
  I am still trying to make decision if going to buy dress from there, but recommending this place to everyone. Gorgeous dresses!

  Beata at Laurel Bridal is a pleasure to work with. My mom and I drove past her place as we were dress shopping and just happened to stop by. She did not serve champagne and have all the fluff that some other stores had, but she was genuine and did not push me to find a dress. I fell in love with a dress on display and asked Beata if they could make a few changes to it (i wanted a corset back and sweetheart neckline). She was very helpful, kind and accomodating. After all the alterations, the dress was just how I imagined it. It looked amazing at the wedding and was fun to dance around in. I will definitely recommend Laurel Bridal to future brides :)

  Laurel’s is amazing!!! I got my wedding dress from Betty and could not be happier! The dress is gorgeous and Betty made the experience wonderful. After spending most of the day at the larger bridal stores down the street, I was tired and ready to give up when we stumbled upon Laurel’s. The dresses she has from European designers are beautiful and I was excited to find some styles that were different from the strapless mermaid dresses I was so sick of seeing. I had already tried on about 25 dresses that day without feeling inspired and Betty made me feel like I was trying on my first wedding dress! And as they say, when I found it, I knew!!!

  Laurel has beautiful dresses to choose from, so many is hard to choose, but I guarantee you won't be disappointed and will most definitely purchase your dream dress. My daughter just purchased her dress this past weekend and she was so happy. At Laurels you are never pressured and they are always willing to listen to suggestions. So yes you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended them.

  A BIG thank you to Beata for helping me pick my wedding dress! My one wish for my dress was for it to something I haven't seen on a bride YET. And Beata helped me find that one dress, Unfortunately it had come in a color I wasn't fond of, so she quickly ordered it in Ivory for me! Her supply of dresses is absolutely drop dead gorgeous.. so gorgeous that I had originally picked out one dress, and when I had come to get measured for it, she had a new one in the window and low and behold I absolutely had to have it and changed my mind on my first pick! Beata was a great help throughout the process. Thank you so much!

  I absolutely love Laurel Bridal! - Such a large selection of amazing dresses to suit any budget. But what I enjoyed the most was the exceptional customer service given by Beata. Her patience and positive attitude really made my experience that much more amazing. She was very knowledgeable, and helpful. As soon as I walked in, she greeted us with a big smile, and kindness.   I was excited that the dress came in earlier then was expected. The owner is very truthful and honest when it come to picking a dress. If you want an opinion ask the owner.

  buying my dress at Laurel Bridal was the best experience I have had! I went to 2 other bridal salons before coming here, and this experience was nothing like the others! Right as you walk in you get greeted and noticed by the owner Beata (who is the nicest lady) and right away she caters to your needs. You can browse her selection or just tell her what you are looking for and she will bring exactly what you want! I only tried on 2 dresses before I chose the one! Amazing experience and amazing staff! Recommend to all my newly engaged friends!

  Beata was so helpful in making sure I found the wedding dress of my dreams and jewelry that matched. She wasn't pressuring me and really listened to what I wanted in my dress. I would definitely recommend her as she has a variety of beautiful gowns, different from what I had seen in the several bridal shops I visited prior to her store. Thank you Beata!

  Beautiful and breathtaking gowns! I walked in one afternoon without an appointment, and the owner, Beata was very friendly and helpful. She is not judgmental or pushy. I was very impressed with the selection. Prices are great. All the dresses I loved were under $1,000. I liked how she let me look at all the dresses myself, rather than pick them out for me (although I'm sure she would do that if you'd like). If you've got a tight budget, she also has some pretty gowns from $100-300. The owner has a relationship with a seamstress, and alterations are cheap. I can't wait to wear my dress!

  Buying my wedding dress from Laurel Bridal was one of the best decisions that I've ever made, and I highly recommend Beata to every bride to be!! Not only did she help me find my dream dress, at a very reasonable price, she went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy bride.
  
  For example, I purchased a tiara from another business, and it broke within days of the purchase. The other company refused to do anything about it. When Beata found out, she took it to her own jeweler to see if it could be fixed. You don't find many owners that would voluntarily take their own time to help in situations like that, especially when the item wasn't even hers.
  
  A lot of bridal companies take advantage of brides because they know that they can. Beata seemed to very genuinely care about my happiness on my wedding day. I was very lucky to have found her and my amazing dress! I felt like a princess in my wedding dress and received so many compliments (especially from my husband!). Beata, if you're reading this, thank you so much again, and I wish you immeasurable success with your business because you deserve it!

  Came in for my bridesmaid's dress, I was looking for a particular style. They did not have it in stock as it was last years style, however, they were having a sample sale and my bridesmaid found perfect dress in my color. The only problem was it was a size too small, but the owner suggested putting in a corset back. We did this and it worked wonderfully!   Its a small Polish shop in Chicago but don't let that fool you- they have some beautiful and unique wedding dresses. My wedding was 9/3/11 and I ordered it in February and received it in June. It was beautiful, not crazy expensive and just what I was looking for. I went to David's bridal and House of Brides and could never find the right dress. When I went to Laurel Bridal- I really liked the bottom of one dress and the top of another and since they came from the same company they were able to put the top and bottom together! :) It was perfect! They also put in a hoop at the bottom of the dress so that I would not step on it while walking. I was VERY Happy!!!
