    What a positive and perfect experience I have had working with Lee's Specialty. They did our invitations, programs, menu cards and guest seating cards. The attention to detail, knowledge of the staff, and friendliness made me feel so comfortable and confident. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming and yet each time I walked through the door at Lee's I felt cared for and sure that my items would be just perfect! I would highly recommend Lee's to anyone looking for personalized service, people who will take their time with you, and genuinely care about their customers. I feel like I have new friends!

    Lee's was awesome! My finance and I live in New York City, and Lee's made the whole process seamless. They were so knowledgable and so accommodating, and the end product was beyond our wildest dreams. Our invitations are stunning. We couldn't be happier. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lee's for any stationary needs!

    I worked specifically with Michelle but all of the staff at Lee's are friendly and helpful. With Lee's I was able to find what I was looking for and then some! The invitations and save the dates are phenomenal! I have been thinking of more reasons to go back to Lee's (Like cocktail napkins and gifts for friends and family). They went above and beyond my expectations and we will use them for all future even invites.Thank you so much!

    We were blown away by our gorgeous invitations. Lee's was so helpful in carefully designing the invitation wording. In addition, they were so caring and involved to make sure our escort cards and menu card looked perfect as well. We would highly recommend Lee's!

    I used Lee's for all of my wedding invites, after party invite, programs, wedding guest book - they were simply the best. Many have commented how elegant my invitations turned out. To be honest you can spend a lot on junk - I chose to spend wisely and get the best at Lee's

    We were VERY pleased with the service from Michelle and Nicola at Lee's. They went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct and on time.
    Crains, on the other hand, was a nightmare. EVERYTHING was double the estimated time to complete and we almost didn't get the stock we had chosen, even though they told Lee's in advance that it was available? I would definitely order from another company next time.

    They're professional, fun and knowledgeable to work with!! I've been doing business with the Lee's Ladies for years, have planned many events with them and have always had positive experiences there!

    I loved working with Michelle. She really understood what the couple wanted for their invitation and it turned out to be the most beautiful one I have ever seen!!!

    The staff at Lee's specialty are all helpful, warm and responsive. The taste level is extremely high and the mission is to creatively and effectively meet their client's needs. I highly recommend the Lee's Specialty.

    We Had no clue of what we was doing and we found them we went and Talked to Michele and she helped us through every step and the Staff i think are Family once Again Southern Hospitality and the prices was a great price when we picked up our Order they Remembered us and they treated us like we are apart of their Family Thank you to the Staff

    My mother and I have had the pleasure of working with Lee's Speciality for several years and wouldn't consider any other vendor for invitations for my wedding. The staff is professional, kind, caring and creative. Their knowledge, expertise and attention to detail is first rate. They made the experience a joy. They even were able to help me via long distance with my stationary needs. I would recommend Lee's Speciality for any type of invitation or stationary .

    Everyone at Lee's Specialty was a pleasure to work with. They are very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of wedding invitations, addressing envelopes, save the date cards, napkins, wedding programs, place cards, etc.

    They took care of all of our stationary needs. Everything was beautiful and tastefully done.

    I can't wait to work with them again in the future!!

    Lee's was amazing! Our custom-made wedding invitations were by far the most special touch of our wedding and, six months later, we are still getting compliments. Michelle worked with us for months to get the perfect final product and we couldn't have imagined how beautiful they would turn out. The entire experience was so wonderful and that my brother and future sister-in-law are having their invitations done with Lee's too. I can't say enough great things about this place!

    I was so pleased with my service at Lee's Specialty, Ltd. Not only did they help me with planning my daughters wedding but also my sons. The quality of service and expertise was more than I could have expected. The staff at Lee's made both of my experiences very easy and enjoyable, mostly due to their flexibilty and willingness to do whatever my needs were. I highly recommend Lee's Specialty to anyone looking for quality in invitations and customer service.

    Lee's was very wonderful to work with. They sat down with me and talked very patiently with me to go through all the in's and out's of my wedding invitation suite. They made sure I got everything I wanted out of my invitation suite and that it was within my budget. My invitations were BEAUTIFUL! I wouldn't have it any other way!

    Lee's Specialty was a joy to work with. We stopped by on a whim to see if they could come up with a creative idea for our save the dates and invitations and we were thrilled with the service! Both the save the date and the invitation were a huge hit with everyone! The ladies at the shop are so nice and willing to work with you to create exactly what you envision. The quality is outstanding!

    Lee's definitely has the finest invitations around, but there were several mistakes/spelling errors which were not on the proofs. I would highly recommend their products, but just be wary of mistakes.

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and WATCH OUT FOR HIDDEN CHARGES OR BAD ESTIMATES!!! I strongly recommend finding another invitation shop - as dealing with them was one of my worst experiences. First - we went in there with a very specific budget and spent a lot of time picking out an invitation that we were told fit that budget - and we were initially very pleased with the selection. I was directed to come back (without the groom) to place the order, as the process can be quite timely, but good news was that I could spend the interim time getting addresses in the appropriate format so that we could have the envelopes addressed via machine calligraphy. After I returned and spent several hours selecting the wording, font, etc. for the invitations - I was told they THEY had made a mistake in the invites and I would be charged an additional couple of hundred dollars. The clerk helping me had the nerve to tell me that I should have known - and I had bought them when we initially went in THEIR mistake would have been discovered. They refused to honor their estimate, give us any discount, or even give us a break on the machine calligraphy. The latter was most upsetting, considering I just recently discovered that they have a free coupon for machine calligraphy if you buy your invitations there. Anyways, due to the all of the time we spent there and approaching deadlines we decided to place the order. We got the proof and were told to carefully check the language but thankfully I read all of the fine print (Lesson - READ YOUR PROOFS CAREFULLY) because they had totally mixed up the colors that we had selected. Finally, I received the invitations and we decided to go ahead and get the machine calligraphy (because you're supposed to get it free when you buy your invitations there due to the Weddingwire coupon- even though they don't tell you). So when I called to schedule the machine calligraphy I was told that "Good News the coupon is still good" but the bad news was that my envelopes were too thick for the machine calligraphy and I would have to pay almost $400 EXTRA to have hand calligraphy. So, I'm not sure why she said she had good news exactly!!! When I suggested that they should have told me this when I selected the invitation (since I told them we were going to have machine calligraphy) - she actually said we're not mind readers how would we know you were getting the machine calligraphy. My reply was you should have known because we told you we were going to have machine calligraphy and you gave us the instructions that we were to follow for our addresses. Honestly - I question whether they are telling me the truth after all of this. Long story short - the invitations are nice (but that's due to the vendor not the store) but we've already shelled out an extra $200 and still don't have them addressed. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE.

    Lee's Specialty's reply:

    Customer service is our main goal, however, after 25 years, we are use to both working and cooperating with our clients. This relationship is very much like a marriage. It takes two to make it work. There is a great deal of detail involved in ordering invitations. Discrepencies happen and they were resolved with this customer. In fact, the price was changed for less when the invoice arrived. As far as addressing, people take many paths with calligraphy and we are not privy to all information. Often times it is undecided at the time of the order. As far as the Wedding Wire coupon, it is put there as an incentive to see how brides find out about us. No one was hiding anything. It is a way to track business. In trying to reason with someone, it is difficult to resolve anything when the customer just screams. This happen not only at the store, but the customer called the vendor screaming into the phone as well. Obviously, in this case, emotions are high during what should be a happy occasion. We do our best to resolve problems, as they happen in life. In some cases, nothing is good enough.

    The most unprofessional people in this industry. I have spent a lot of money and have received such poor service. Stay away!
