Amazing Coordinator!
My fiance and I decided to hire LexiLou for month-of coordination of our wedding and it was the best decision we could have made! Alexia and her team tied everything together beautifully. I felt 100% trust in her and her team from the beginning. It made me feel so much less stress. They were a huge reason our day was absolutely unforgettable. They took care of our timeline, contacting all our vendors so everyone was on the same page, and were on top of everything throughout the whole process. We ran into some hiccups (not at all because of Lexi), such as when we were seconds from walking down the aisle when we found out there was no musician! Alexia truly saved the day when this happened. She made sure all of our wishes were captured and also came up with on-the-spot, memorable photo and dance ideas on the day! She thought of the dance I did with my sisters and my mother's picture. My mom passed away in 2019 and now I am so looking forward to seeing such a beautiful and special moment captured by our photo/video. We would absolutely recommend LexiLou to anyone looking for coordination of any event! One of my bridesmaids was so impressed, she asked for Alexia's info the day after the wedding! Thank you Lexi! -

My husband and I knew exactly what we wanted for our wedding and planned it all out, but we needed to find a day of coordinator to make sure everything went smoothly on our special day. Alexia was amazing! We couldn't have found a better coordinator. She was professional, super sweet and always on top of things. She was very responsive anytime I emailed or texted her. Knowing I had her on my team truly helped relieve any worries or stress I had. Hiring Alexia and her team was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process! She truly played a huge part in our wedding day and we're so grateful to have found her! We loved working with Alexia and would definitely recommend LexiLou to anyone! -

I loved working with Alexia for the month-of-coordinator for my wedding. This made the wedding prep easier between my fiance and I. There are a lot of details going into a wedding so it helps to have her.
I felt like I had a diamond in the rough working with her because she was so helpful and on top of things . I am so happy we hired a coordinator (they are so needed) and Alexia. This helped my fiance and I not have to carry the full burden of organizing. I truly recommend Alexia and her team. She feels courteous and professional. Again I was truly happy to have her there. -

Jessica Sent on 07/18/2018We had a wonderful experience with LexiLou!! I was looking for someone to drape a wall at our venue to cover the color and found LexiLou on weddingwire....I asked Alexia, the planner/designer sooo many questions about the draping because 1. I didn't know anything about draping & 2. I wanted the wall to be completely covered and had a vision for what I wanted....Alexia was incredibly helpful and patient through all of this and answered all of my questions any time I asked. She was so sweet and seems like a genuinely nice person and it made me feel so comfortable hiring LexiLou for our event and it was the best decision! They were on time to set up (and tear down) and the draping looked awesome and covered the unsightly color completely. Also, the pricing was more than fair and she did everything to help us with that as we were on a tight budget since we paid for everything ourselves. If you need draping or any other services I would not hesitate to recommend LexiLou, I am sure you will love their work!!!

Lashunte Sent on 11/08/2017Oh, LexiLou really made our dreams come true! We worked with them for a few months...planning out all the special details for our wedding. They made us custom signs on freshly stained wood. Our dessert table was gorgeous with classy displays and crates. Our linens and napkins were perfect. They listened to all of our preferences and our wedding felt like a truly magical event. Thank you LexiLou for being such a blessing to us on our special day.
