Majestically overlooking Toronto's downtown lakefront, the Liberty Grand is the epitome of luxury and elegance. Originally constructed in 1926, this ten thousand square foot complex gracefully blends the exuberant Beaus Arts monumentality of the banquet rooms decorated with the classical interior finishes. The Liberty Grand boasts three impressive grand ballrooms and one open concept room, decorated in a traditional early 1900’s elegance. With crystal chandeliers, twenty seven foot ceilings, iron-laced balconies and arched windows, you will enjoy a luxurious feel of understated elegance. These rooms adorned with fine imported period furnishings, magnificent domes and columns bring back memories of an authentically historic atmosphere.

We had our son's and new daughter in law's wedding there, and, I cant stop thanking these people. Christina Ditta, was FANTASTIC! A real asset to this company. We chose Liberty Grand for its traditional and 'Grand' feel. We recently had our wedding at the Centennial room and it was fantastic. Brian was our coordinator and I cannot say enough great things about him and about liberty grand. The service we received was top notch, Brain was super responsive and addressed all my concerns. The one thing I worry about at hall venues is the food...Liberty Grand more than delivered. Everyone raved about the food and wondered how it could be that fantastic when cooking it for so many people. The chicken was so juicy and the veal was done just right. Not a single person had anything bad to say about the food or the venue. We had plenty of out-of-town guests and they all adored the venue and could't get enough of the fantastic food. The maitre d made sure that my whole family was taken care of throughout the night and even helped us clean up the venue and pack our things at the end of the night. I have only praises for the staff at Liberty Grand as they are truly the best in the business. Every guest felt like they had 5 star treatment and we are the talk of all our friends as the wedding to beat! I would not hesitate to host another event at Liberty as their professionalism and knowledge of the industry is top notch. Thanks again to Brian and everyone at Liberty who helped us that day. You gave us a night to remember for the rest of our lives.

Had the most perfect wedding reception at LG- would definitely recommend if you book with them to use Brian Sjoblom as he is extremely professional and did an excellent job on our wedding reception. Food and drink were great (though the premium bar selections could be better). Brian also offered us white chiavari chairs free of charge, which really transformed the room.

I would also request Kirk the bartender, and he really was excellent and entertained our guests!

You cannot go wrong with having your reception at LG!

We used Brian as our coordinator for the Governor's Ballroom. He was amazing and very organized. He showed a lot of interest in our wedding. The food was very similar to our tasting. Everyone said this was the best wedding they ever went to.

The food was amazing, organization was amazing, everything went very smoothly.
Inside was very grand looking. We recommend to get the pin lighting if you have nice flowers because this accentuates your flowers. Brian kept checking in on us during our wedding which was great, because we had so many things going on at the same time.

We wanted this venue because it looked very classic which was the look we were aiming for.
