  Suzy is an incredible photographer, and incredibly sweet and kind. But beyond being a phenomenal photographer, she also understands how to guide you through some truly emotional and intimate moments on your big day. She coordinated a note from my now husband to me, and she held our hands through the first look. It was so incredibly personal and overwhelming, so it was awesome to have someone we trusted make sure that we made it to each other and that we have such sweet memories to cherish that are now commemorated forever. We can’t thank her enough.

  Update 7/16:
  Lukas and Suzy are a phenomenal and really sweet photography team. I did a lot of research to find a photographer that was reasonable in price while still providing a lot of services and Lukas and Suzy were by far the best choice. We had so much fun with Lukas at our engagement session and it was such a pleasure to meet Suzy as well when they came to our wedding. They are an adorable and professional couple. Many of my friends have been commenting on them since the wedding and keep saying "everywhere I looked, I saw your photographers! They didn't miss anything!" They are very quick to get you your photos for the engagement session and the wedding, first on their blog and then the rest a few days later. We LOVE our photos and are so happy we chose Lukas and Suzy. They also give little surprises to the bride and groom throughout which is fun and so sweet. You will not be disappointed!

  Lukas and Suzy were a total dream to work with - they deserve 100 stars! Not only are they professional and take excellent photos, but they are wonderful people and a great team. From our first meeting in their super creative downtown space all the way through the wedding day we were impressed. We were initially drawn to them because we saw on a blog that they had photographed at our reception venue (Cicada) before and appreciated that experience because there is darker lighting there and we wanted to make sure to have photographers that were skilled at working in indoor lighting. We also loved that they were located in DTLA.
  
  From our first meeting we were pumped to work with them. They are very modern compared to some wedding vendors - they take credit cards, the contract is signed online, and they have a terrific online app where you can access all of your photos. From there you can print, download, whatever you want, you totally have control over your photos.
  
  Day of, they have no time limit! They were there from the beginning when we were getting ready all the way through the reception. And they have a great system down for dividing and conquering, such a treat to have two photographers to capture everything.
  
  We also did engagement photos with Lukas and Suzy - absolutely gorgeous.
  
  Throughout, they do a number of extra thoughtful things that I won't write because it's so fun to be surprised when they happen.
  
  Also - I did my research before booking and Lukas and Suzy offer very competitive pricing.
  
  Finally - they had our edited photos to us within a week of our wedding! All 4,000+ photos available to browse through and beautifully edited.

  Out of all the people I have been working with during the wedding planning process, Lukas and Suzy were the most responsible, kind, and professional vendors. They have such a wonderful attitude and always seem available with super fast to responses to inquiries. We've received gifts from them throughout the process and they are simply the best. We loved the quality and experience of taking our pictures.

  Lukas and Suzy are the sweetest couple ever! And their photography is amazing! It was so great working with them. Really love their philosophy towards creating an easy, no-stress photography package for couples. Their prices are really reasonable for the work they create and they are really accomodating to our schedule since we are from out of town. We spent days or rather weeks looking at our engagement and wedding photos over and over again. Everyone who saw our photos just kept commenting on how gorgeous and natural we looked. Their turnaround time is crazy fast without compromising on quality. We would highly highly recommend them! Go check out their blog and you'll see what we mean! =)

  Lukas and Suzy are an exceptional duo. They went above and beyond what we expected from them. They were very accommodating to our schedule as we were coming in from out of state. Not only that, both our wedding and engagement photos came out amazingly.   Lukas and Suzy did a fantastic job and their photos came out great. They were very efficient and kept everyone in good spirits as we took photos before the ceremony outside in the heat. They definitely made it an easy part of the day which helped everyone relax. They also got great photos of the ceremony and afterwards at the reception. Would recommend them to anyone.

  Lukas and Suzy are so sweet. I'm so glad I randomly found them one day on facebook. They're very responsive, flexible and hard working people. They did an awesome job on our engagement shoot and on our wedding. We received many positive feedbacks from our friends and family.   Lukas took our engagement and wedding pictures and he is absolutely amazing!! He is so great to work with and his wife Suzy is so awesome too!! His prices are EXTREMELY reasonable for the quality and service you get. He's very professional but at the same time is so easy to talk to and not uptight. We had our wedding on 9/10/11 and he put up the pictures on his website and sent me a link for the proofs on Tuesday the 13th. Crazy fast and everyone was so excited to see the pictures already. I will definitely recommend him to anyone that's looking to get such a great product in return and not have any "surprises" at the end. Thanks Lukas and Suzy!! :)

  Lukas and Susannah (his wife) were wonderful and professional in meeting with my fiance and I to talk about our wants and desires in the photography style for our wedding. The day of the wedding, both Lukas and Susannah were extremely professional and efficient. They captured all the memories we wanted with calm professionalism, patience, and politeness. The pictures are beautiful, artistic and creative along with a modern sense of traditionalism. I love just looking at my wedding album because the colors, styles, and the backgrounds used at the ceremony and reception are fascinating to the human eye.

  I have been a long time follower of Lukas' photography blog ever since my friends used him for their wedding, so I can attest to the quality and creativity of his photos. A few of my friends have used him as a vendor, so I knew when it was my time to get married that I wanted to have him photograph our wedding. Lukas often shoots with his wife, and they make a great team. I loved our engagement and wedding photos and appreciated how he captured our moments. For his skill and quality of photos I think his prices are extremely reasonable, and was a pleasure to work with. He also doesn't try to hang on to photo copyrights like some photographers do to make you pay them to purchase prints, but he releases all the photo rights to you so that you can print them off however you like. OH, did I mention how FAST he is at getting our photos back to us as well? We were able to see edited photo highlights and online album before we even got back from our honeymoon, and sent us our dvd copy of all the photos a few weeks after that. AWESOME!

  Lukas and Suzy were very easy to work with. We really enjoyed our engagement session, as well. They were with us for the whole wedding day, from start to finish. We loved the photos and the turnaround time was amazing. We just received our wedding album this week and it was great!

  I still can't believe we were so lucky to find Lukas on a random facebook ad one day! He had us the moment we saw our engagement photos. Such a laid back attitude that made us feel so comfortable while shooting. Then the pictures made us look and feel like models for a day. His wife Suzy was a perfect match and their style was just what we were hoping for. Would highly recommend them both for any time you want those special moments captured forever.

  My husband and I were so pleased that Lukas was able to photograph our wedding. He and his wife, Susannah were a great team and were so easy to work with. We were so happy with how our photos turned out:D I have already been singing their praises to my friends and family.

  I could not speak more highly of Lukas & Suzy. They were recommended to me by not one, but two people! Our situation was especially tough in planning since we moved to Europe two months after we were engaged, so planning from abroad and connecting with vendors wasn't always easy. Lukas was super patient with me, and both he and Suzy jumped on Skype for a meeting with no problem and email responsiveness was great.
  Their quality of work is beautiful and I found enormous value is not being held to a time limit, it really took a stress off the day knowing we had the flexibility! We did an engagement session with Lukas when we were visiting LA and with his energy we were able to feel comfortable instantly and find our rhythm, so by the big day we were settled in with them and had a really nice photo shoot.
  Everyone at the wedding, both friends and family, had the sweetest things to say about them and they were incredibly professional. Also their website and photo database system makes it easy to navigate and access your photos for years to come!
  I would recommend Lukas and Suzy to anyone who is looking for excellent quality and value, and the opportunity to work with some really nice people! Thanks guys!!

  Their quality of work is beautiful and I found enormous value is not being held to a time limit, it really took a stress off the day knowing we had the flexibility! We did an engagement session with Lukas when we were visiting LA and with his energy we were able to feel comfortable instantly and find our rhythm, so by the big day we were settled in with them and had a really nice photo shoot.
  Everyone at the wedding, both friends and family, had the sweetest things to say about them and they were incredibly professional. Also their website and photo database system makes it easy to navigate and access your photos for years to come!
  I would recommend Lukas and Suzy to anyone who is looking for excellent quality and value, and the opportunity to work with some really nice people! Thanks guys!!

Although our very base package does not include albums & prints, we offer a fabulous set of albums we get from a company in Italy, as well as a wide array of canvas and paper prints.
