    We have used many caterers over the years and Max Hansen is by far the best. They provide exceptional quality of food and service. It is a pleasure to work with a caterer who knows how to do things well without imposing their vision on your event.

    Max Hansen leads his talented chefs and gracious staff to cater Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve's Spring Gala each year. His culinary creations delight over 300 guests who come to the Gala enjoy good friends, beautiful wildflowers, and delicious food.
    The Preserve's Gala is the best party in Bucks County and we we believe that Max Hansen Caterer's is a big reason why!

    We used Max Hansen Caterer for the Wild about Flowers Gala in April 2015. The food was absolutely magnificent -- creative, delicious, and fresh! This is no small thing since the Gala is an outdoor tented event and Max basically has to set up his own field kitchen. Max and Rita were helpful and responsive as usual as we planned the menu for the evening. The night of the event the wait staff was courteous and respectful to our guests and made sure that they were comfortable hand wanted for nothing. Rita went the extra mile for us even lent her artistic talents to create the tent pole coverings which were a beautiful focal point of the overall design.
    Max Hansen Caterer is simply the best there is for making your event special and memorable.

    Max Hansen Caterers were a very lucky find for us. We were married this summer at The Inn at Fernbrook Farms and were very fortunate that their exclusive catering partner was Max Hansen. The food was absolutely delicious, and they had a lot of creative options for the cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert. Kathy Newman and Sharon Cheney were a pleasure to work with, and were instrumental in making sure the wedding ran smoothly. Thank you so much!

    Working with Kathy from Max Hansen was a dream! She was so responsive and helpful, we must have sent 1,000 emails back and forth! I loved the food options for the wedding, and even though we never did a tasting, the food was OUTSTANDING! They say brides never eat at their own weddings, but I ate three of the meals! Kathy helped us coordinate with the rentals as well. Thank you for a great wedding dinner!!

    We used Max Hansen Caterer for our rehearsal dinner and I cannot rave enough about Rita. She was simply amazing! We had a Russian theme for our rehearsal and Rita went above and beyond at making the evening filled with delicious food. She put so much thought and care into the menu and making sure the evening was running smoothly. People could not stop commenting on how good everything was! If we could have hired them to cater the wedding, we definitely would have. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for awesome catering.

    Chef Max Hansen has a sterling reputation having worked with Chavalier of French Legion of Honor winner Chef Thomas Keller and having served food to such notables as President Bush and President Clinton. Max's food is imaginative and executed to an incredibly high standard and his service and staff are equal to the task. Simply the best at what he does.

    Max is an artist with food. He also understands people. He creates events with style, warmth, and has a great sense of how to awe with food while making the overall experience accessible and comfortable. His grace and ease as a human being permeates his staff, his food and ambiance.

    I have attended multiple events that Max Hansen has catered in a variety of seasons and settings--indoor/outdoor, casual and formal. His food is consistently superlative, the presentation is uniquely beautiful and the service is impeccable.

    The best wedding food we've ever had!

    Max catered our wedding and all of our guests said it was the best food they ever had at a wedding! They flawlessly executed the menu, all of the food was served at the perfect temperature out of a mobile kitchen (which is not easy), and the flavor was amazing--yes I actually ate a lot at my own wedding! The catering service was also top of the line, all of the staff were amazing and made us and our guests feel like VIPs. Max is great to work with, super responsive via email and so accommodating. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

    Best Wedding Food of All Time

    We are so glad we picked Max and his team to cater our wedding. We had so many guests let us know that it was the best wedding food that they've ever had. Max helped curate a delicious menu that matched our wedding theme, and was very accommodating of food allergies. Additionally, the catering staff were diligent and attentive on the day of. Max and his team helped make a perfect day.

    Our tasting with the Max Hansen staff went really, really well. Every aspect was handled professionally. The menu we selected was much to our satisfaction and the staff was quick to remedy anything we didn't like. Also, the staff is obviously experienced; they were raising issues and making recommendations on things we hadn't even thought of. We're really looking forward to see how well they execute the catering for the wedding!

    The entire staff at Max Hansen was phenomenal. Professional, friendly, helpful, etc. The food was delicious. Our guests still rave about the meal today.

    Max Hansen was the exclusive caterer to my venue, The Inn at Fernbrook Farms. I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of the food and the exceptional service (shout out to Kathy too!). The entrees were the best I've ever had at a wedding (and I promise I'm not just being biased because it was my wedding). Everyone who works at MHC is professional and welcoming -- an overall wonderful experience!

    Exquisite food and service

    Max Hansen catered Brunch at our home for 60 people, the day after our daughter's wedding. The food was exquisite and received rave reviews from guests. The staff was professional as well as friendly, and the service was impeccable. Max and Pam went "above and beyond", and the entire staff was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Max Hansen Catering and would use them again in a heartbeat!
