This venue was amazing! They offered the best price for what we were looking for. The staff was always very helpful and professional. Our Maitre' D and Bridal Attendant were both great and helped us relax and enjoy our day. The food was delicious and they had a wide variety. I also had a bridesmaid who was vegan and gluten free and they had plenty of food she could eat, so that made me very happy. They did a beautiful job and really made our day perfect. Highly recommended.

We worked with Elisa from the beginning of our wedding planning and booking. She was excellent! It wasn't until towards the end when the Manager Michelle started getting involved that things became stressful and unpleasant. Poor bedside manner & contacted vendors mixing up already decided on and worked out plans, & spoke poorly about us to another bride that was getting married the same day (not knowing we were friends). We feel that the showcases were false advertisement. What you see or discuss may not be what you get, so just verify each detail. I had to personally kick the bride before me out of the bridal suite because they couldn't/didn't when she well exceeded her time. Our Maitre D Mike was tending to two weddings (again, I am friends with the bride who got married in the same time frame so I found out after), but he was fantastic. My bridal attendant Stephanie was incredible, responsive, patient, remained calm throughout, and made sure everything that was in her control was taken care of seamlessly. Our bartender Jerry was great. He was quick & kept up with the pace so nobody was waiting for a drink at any time. The waitstaff did a great job. The food was incredible and the Viennese hour was above and beyond! We used the package through Mediterranean Manor. Serenity Limo was fantastic, patient, and flexible. Especially the woman facilitating everything in the office! Absolute Entertainment we had some issues, but they rectified them during and after the fact.They did a great job with the music delivery however. Many people check emails there, so although you may communicate with them via email, the message isn't necessarily being delivered; which led to the issues that day. The florist was always appeasing & accommodating; however, our centerpieces were incorrect the day of (although beautiful). The bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres were breathtaking! Madison Ave photo was PHENOMENAL from start to end and our pictures came out magazine worthy.

Recently got married on 10/7 and it was absolutely perfect. The bridal attendant Stephanie did a fantastic job taking care two brides (my wife and I). Everyone raved about the food, the ceremony, the grounds, the music everything. They have the best prices out there and with the package you can’t go wrong. It was the best night of our lives!

My husband and I had our wedding here on 5/19/17 and it was the best day of our lives!!! From start to finish, everything was PERFECT!!! Zoli is the best, he wears many hats, you must meet him. He made our whole wedding planning process an enjoyable one. The day of the wedding, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Everything was phenomenal! We had our ceremony in the beautiful gardens. I had a carriage ride entrance that made me feel like a was a princess. The Atrium and Skylight rooms were beautifully set up. The food was spectacular, many guests told us how delicious everything was. Jamie was our bridal attendant. She is absolutely the BEST!!! If you get married here, you must request her! She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Between bustling my dress, putting on my shoes when I took them off, making sure we had everything we needed, bringing us food and drinks all the time, she was ALWAYS there for us!!! Susan was our maître d. She was wonderful! She made sure everything went smoothly. The staff are truly amazing and are on top of everything! Thanks again to everyone at the Mediterranean Manor who made our wedding day PERFECT!!!

I was most worried about how I was going to afford the venue part of my wedding. Going to Med Manor eased my mind 100%. George & Kate were wonderful to work with, and I booked my June 4, 2016 wedding 2 years in advance. Going over the decorations, & menu was such a breeze. When the groom & I dropped off all of our decorations for the wedding day Michele put us at ease and assured us everything would look wonderful for the day of the wedding. When we arrived everything was perfect, we took family pictures (around 100+ people arrived at 5:15), the garden was absolutely beautiful. The bridal attendant (can't remember her name) was just AMAZING, she was kind, attentive, friendly, and was super helpful! Our Maître'D was also amazing, kept the night moving along, and was extremely organized! The night ran smoothly everything was great. the bridal suite was perfect, plenty of room, food, and privacy if need be. The Med Manor was the least stressful aspect of planning my wedding I am so glad I went with them.
