My wedding at Music Box Supper Club was everything I ever dreamed of and more! From the beginning, the wedding coordinator Shannon was professional, helpful, and enthusiastic! She was flexible and very accommodating when scheduling meeting times and making last minute changes. The staff set up our decorations exactly as requested. The food was excellent! Our wedding was upstairs and the large windows made the atmosphere beautiful! We also had a lovely sunset that could be seen through the windows and on the patio! Our guests could not stop raving about our venue! Thank you to Music Box and Shannon for making my wedding perfect, beautiful, and stress free!

Everything about the Music Box exceeded our expectations for our June 2018 wedding, from the service to the food to the beautiful location. Shannon, the venue’s coordinator, was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful throughout the year of planning our Cleveland wedding from out-of-state. She truly took all of the guesswork and stress out of the process and made it a fun experience to fine-tune the many details!

After a year of planning, the day of our wedding could not have gone better. The Music Box staff’s attention to detail with putting up our decorations, the friendly and skilled bartenders, the delicious food, the beautiful views, the special attention that was paid to assist all of our guests, the security guard who kept me up-to-date all evening long — I could go on and on. Our event was 10 days ago and we are still receiving compliments on all of the above from our guests. Thanks to the Music Box, it was truly a magical night.

My wife Kate and I were married here on 5/12/2018. We worked with Shannon who made sure all of our requests were met and our day was flawless. Reading through the other reviews just confirms my memories. The food was amazing. Beef short ribs and chicken piccata for us. The guests raved about it being the best wedding food they’ve had. The bar package was top notch. Basically anything you wanted for a reasonable upcharge. The bartenders were personable, friendly and poured generous drinks. I think I remember a taller guy named Nick who always spotted me in the crowd and got me my next drink. They also nailed our signature cocktails (Old Fashioned and Grapefruit Gimlet). We got a killer band for our wedding (Eturnity Band out of NYC) who absolutely brought the house down. The place has amazing acoustics and a stage so I recommend getting a band. The funny moment from our wedding was when a massive freighter slowly crawled by down the Cuyahoga while my mom was reading a passage and it laid on its horn, quite memorable...anyway on top of all of this the price was quite reasonable considering the value and ideal location. 5 stars!!!

We recently got married here and I cannot say enough good things about the place. Shannon, the wedding coordinator was amazing. She was on top of everything, always responded quickly to our questions and made our day the best we could've asked for. We were supposed to get married on the rooftop, but a storm decided to hit as soon as the ceremony was set to start. I was devestated, but Shannon and her team pulled everything together and made the inside look like the garden outdoor feel we wanted. I cannot thank her enough for helping us plan our day and making sure everything was as perfect as could be!! The food was superb as well! The guests raved about the chicken and beef. The servers and bartenders were extremely personable and even participated ina little game we had which was great! I would definitely recommend having your wedding here, it's a beautiful venue with views of our amazing city and the service is above what you can ask for!

I couldn't have been more excited to have my ceremony and reception at the Music Box Supper Club. My husband found them on the internet 2 weeks after they opened in August 2014. We immediately went on a tour and instantly fell head over heels for the venue. Our food tasting with Dennis was beyond amazing. The food is so delicious and presented beautifully. After a bit of a rocky start with multiple wedding coordinators, the Music Box was lucky enough to have landed Shannon. I couldn't have been more happy with Shannon being the new wedding coordinator! She picked up where the last one left off and never missed a beat. She was thoroughly on top of things and extremely attentive. Having never been married before, I had lots of questions that Shannon answered promptly through email. Everything I wanted for my wedding day was beautifully executed by Shannon and everyone at the Music Box. The servers (Cam and Bo!!) were amazing and on point with serving and clean up. The bartenders did a great job of handling our rather thirsty group. Our guests can't stop raving about the food there, and the great location. They thoroughly enjoyed how out of the box this venue truly was! The Music Box completely exceeded our expectations for our wedding day and we are very lucky to have so many memories from our special day. I would highly recommend this venue for any bride and groom to be!!

We had such an amazing experience at Music Box for our wedding reception. They really transform the venue for weddings and the view of the Flats is amazing. Brittany, our Wedding Coordinator was so easy to work with - she was organized and responsive and made the planning process so easy. Our guests had such a good time and kept commenting on how great the food was and how nice the staff was, the bartenders never let a drink go empty! I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a great party with their guests at a unique Cleveland location.

Music Box Supper Club was such a beautiful venue. If you want to impress your guests, definitely book here. Shannon was so wonderful to work with. She was quickly answering all my questions throughout the process. She did a great job setting up all our decorations and making sure our day ran smoothly. I didn't have to worry about anything that day. The food was amazing and the staff (waiters, bar tenders) were absolutely wonderful. I had multiple guest compliment how great and friendly the staff was. I highly recommend the Music Box Supper Club, you will not regret it!

Music Box Supper Club was the PERFECT venue for my fiance and I. We held a daytime ceremony and reception downstairs. The space (inside and out) is beautiful. Since it's right on the river, there is a beautiful setting for photos. I was planning my wedding from out-of-town, so I had tons of questions leading up to the event. All of my questions were answered very promptly. The staff was really easy to work with and took very good care of us leading up to the event and on the day of the event. I highly recommend this venue!

We had the most amazing experience for our wedding at the Music Box. They went above and beyond making sure the whole day was smooth. All of my guests said that they had an incredible time and the venue was beautiful. The staff they have is extremely attentive and professional. As a bride who was from Los Angeles, I chose the venue sight unseen and I could not have been happier. The food was amazing, the service was tip top and I could not have had a better day.
