    Super easy to work with, no complaints!!

    We had such an easy and nice experience working with North Fork Trolley. The trolley is so nice! Everything went so smooth the day of our wedding with the schedule. The driver was very nice to work with. He even stayed 25 minutes later at the end of the night to assure everyone who wanted to take the trolley to the hotel got on. We are so happy we booked them.

    Excellent!

    This trolley was put to work the day of our wedding! Picking up the groom and groomsmen, dropping them off at our first look location, getting the bride and bridesmaids, dropping them off, picking up guests from 3 other locations, all being dropped off to the ceremony and then transported to the reception, and then back to multiple hotels. It was a big trolley going down tiny Montauk streets but the driver did his best to get us as close as possible to our destinations. He was on time for all the stops and the trolley was decorated nicely for a wedding. When not in use and when able, the driver would keep the bus running for us to get some air conditioning as a break from the heat. The staff was a pleasure to work with.

    North fork Trolley was so great. Keith responded to my emails very quickly every time I had an issue and our driver Tammie was so friendly and accommodating. The trolley was immaculate and spacious. We had a great experience!!

    It was such a pleasure to work with Northfork Trolley Company for our wedding. Our Driver, Dave, was absolutely amazing! He even decorated the trolley on the inside for us and was a true gentleman and professional. I would definitely recommend this company for any occasion! Ask for Dave as your driver! You won't be disappointed!

    I didn't ride on the Trolley, but I did get many compliments about how nice and new it was! It had many stops for us and was on time for all of them. I was contacted 2 days before the wedding by Tammy, our driver who said she would get familiar with the route before the wedding to be sure all of our timing would work - It took so much pressure off of me. I would recommend them to everyone!

    Very kind and professional every step of the way, worked with us on price. More fun than a Limo could EVER be! We had a blast!

    We got the red trolley for our May wedding to transport the wedding party and also to shuttle guests to and from the hotel to the venue. The trolley was a hoot and very classy ! Everyone enjoyed riding in it and it was very clean and cute, they even decorated it with little wedding belles and white tulle. The drive was flexible and fantastic.

    We decided to have a trolley instead of a traditional limo for our fall wedding. It was great! We both wanted to share every aspect of our day with our family and friends, so all of us riding together to the church and to the reception really allowed us to do that.

    North Fork Trolley was extremely flexible in that we had them pick up the groom and groomsmen at his house, drop them at the church and then pick me and my girls and parents up. They were extremely accommodating and and friendly. It was definitely a head turner to see a trolley sitting outside my church for our wedding day! I wouldn't have changed a thing about it!

    They are located in Suffolk, and since we live in Nassau, there is an extra surcharge for the distance and gas. (As with most limo companies).

    Cute Way To Travel

    We were pleased with our service from Northfork Trolley. It was a cute way to travel and our driver played cute music on the way to the wedding venue, and allowed us to party taking control of the music on the way to the hotel after party. The only issue we had was the trolley broke down on the way to pick us up to go take photographs. It put a small dent in timing but overall we were pleased with the service and would not have traveled in any other fashion.

    Very pleased overall with our service. The trolley was beautiful and gave us a unique transportation option. I wasn't thrilled about having to pay the balance a full month before the wedding, but it did end up being one less thing I had to worry about the week of the wedding.
    For future guests, I'd recommend that they send a reminder letter or e-mail about the payments. Thankfully I was tracking this, but almost forgot that we had a 50% payment due 6 months prior to our event!
    They have you put down a refundable deposit that covers any overtime, so that you aren't "hijacked" and forced to carry cash on you the day of the event. We didn't go over our time at all and the deposit was returned to us within a week of our wedding!
    We had no problems the day of the wedding, which is really the most important thing! The trolley was beautiful, and decorated very nicely.

    The Trolley's are amazing and the drivers excellent ( flexible, on tiem and friendly). Even Tom the owner is fantastic and super approachable in the beginnning. BE AWARE you might have to fight, really fight, to get your deposit back. You are required to put up a 300 deposit that will be returned to you after the Trolley is inspected....Well 5 1/2 weeks later we finally had the 900 ( we rented a trolley Friday night and two sat for the wedding) deposit back....This was only after I had to have my mother get involved. Tom and Crew were basically blowing off calls and emails and then claimed to have mailed not one but two checks out....To this day they have never been received. Finally the 3rd was hand delivered. So great experience leading up to it and wedding weekend but, the aftermath.....not acceptable!

    Purple Trolley Nightmare

    BEWARE USING THIS COMPANY. I have never actually written a review about a company or an experience before but I felt it necessary to warn other couples before booking with the North Fork Trolley. I was EXTREMELY disappointed on how the service was provided to us on our wedding day and the days leading up to our wedding. We booked with the North Fork Trolley about 5 months prior to our event. When I had called, I spoke with a girl named Allison who was very sweet and told me they had a white trolley available for our wedding day. I was so excited because it was something my fiancé and I had been looking to book. We paid in full a couple of days later and signed a contract that stated a “wedding trolley”. We had some simple correspondence with Ally over the next few months to update our itinerary for the wedding day. Three weeks before our wedding day (late on a Friday afternoon), Ally emailed me to confirm our itinerary and to give her contact numbers to use the day of the event. In that email, Ally also stated that she was confirming our “lavender trolley”. My fiancé and I were confused by what this meant and responded to her email immediately asking her what she meant by a lavender trolley. On the following Monday, I received a panicked call from a manager named Jay. My fiancé called him back and Jay explained that there had been a misunderstanding and that it was put into the system that we had booked a lavender trolley and NOT a white one and that all the white trolleys were booked for the day of our wedding. Of course my fiancé and I were fully upset and angry that this information was being delivered to us 3 weeks before our big day. Jay tried to convince us that the lavender trolley was not that bad and that it could match the dress colors of the bridesmaids. When I researched what the trolley looked like, it was Willy Wonka purple...not lavender. This was DEFINITELY not what we had booked. He admitted that it was a mistake on their end and that it was never conveyed to us by phone or any emails that the trolley was in fact lavender and not white. He asked me to give him time to try to make it right. After going back and forth with Ally and Jay every day for a week and a half, Jay was finally able to give us the news that we would be able to get a white trolley for our whole wedding event, however, it would be 2 different trolleys and the second one would pick us up 15 minutes later than we had originally scheduled to bring us to our cocktail hour. My fiancé and I agreed that this would be the best solution as no we were less than 2 weeks away from the wedding day and had very few options. Jay assured me that everything would run smoothly.

    THE DAY OF THE WEDDING:
    On the afternoon of the June 22, 2019, I received a voicemail from the trolley driver at 12:50 pm stating that he would be 15 minutes late for our pickup. He was originally scheduled to arrive at 1:45 and stated he would be there no later than 2 pm. He informed us that if we had any questions or concerns to call the office, as he would be unable to answer the phone. When the trolley still hadn’t arrived by 2:15 pm, we called the office. No one picked up. We left a voicemail and no one returned our call. The trolley finally arrived at 2:30 pm. Because of this, we were 45 minutes late to our ceremony. Our poor guests had to wait nearly an hour for our ceremony to begin. We missed out on picture time because of the poor scheduling of the Norh Fork Trolley. This is precious time that we will NEVER be able to get back. This company caused us extreme stress and sadness on one of the days that should have been the happiest of our lives. Neither Jay nor Ally called to follow up about our experience either. I sent them an email asking them to reach out to me to discuss the issues that occurred and they never responded. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    To be perfectly honest, we overlooked (in light of our wedding day and our generally laid back dispositions) but now id like to let everyone know DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Tom is unprofessional and very rude we should have known that after meeting him in a shady parking lot to see the trolleys. Weeks before the wedding no answers to emails or calls after sending numerous emails.
    Problem 1:
    Throughout the course of the night, the trolley leaked from the roof onto two benches inside. It leaked onto my very expensive & irreplaceable wedding gown as well as onto the bridal gowns and tuxedos of several bridal party members. Despite our expression of concern to the driver, the problem was not acknowledged, nor rectified in the slightest degree.

    Additionally, we booked your services a very long time in advance of this wedding and at no time was it ever mentioned nor put in our contract that during our event there would be a trainee in the trolley. Our wedding day was a very important day to us and we paid your company a very significant sum of money and I feel that the concentration should have been on nothing besides our event that day, concentration should have been on nothing besides our event that day. That was not the case as the driver was also training someone during our transportation and that seemed to affect his performance as he took out of the way routes to the venue and was driving at unreasonable speeds on rainy roads.

    But the worst of all is Tom we emailed him first that it went okay and where was our retainer then once we got half (because the retainer is a way for Tom to squeeze more money out of you). Once we received what he thought was due to us we wrote about the many issues he wrote as back LOOKS LIKE EVERYTHING WENT WELL. Obviously this man is delusional.

    Our day went perfect other than this company and I would tell everyone to stay clear and about our terrible experience, there lack of professionalism and the falling apart trolleys.
