I had the privilege of working with Old Town Farm and The Dunns (Mikaela and Ethan) for my fall wedding on 10/20/23. I hired Mikaela’s services (day of coordination, set up and take down, services throughout the day, arch rental, some decor, etc) and was able to explain my vision, have multiple walk throughs, and receive ample support throughout the whole process! I love how my day turned out, I relied on Mikaela for quite a bit and she pulled through every step of the way. Her and her crew were extremely reliable and on top of EVERYTHING and were so friendly. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to have my wedding here and receive the care that I did. Thank you all for everything you did to make my day as perfect as it was. I had a LOT of ideas and materials and needed help executing it and it was done beautifully. I will always remember your customer service and kindness! Thank you!

Old Town Farm, especially Cassie and Maria, and their whole Mosaic Event crew went above and beyond with helping us plan and execute our dream wedding and reception. They were professional, on-point and so lovely about everything throughout the whole process. We are tremendously grateful we had Mosaic Events with Old Town Farm help with the decoration of the barn for our reception. They did a gorgeous job of creating center pieces, magical lighting and decorations of love and joy throughout the whole barn. They also went above and beyond with helping organize, set-up, serve and then take down everything. It was such a gift to know they had everything taken care of - they thought of and took care of things I hadn't even considered! And, then of course Old Town Farm is such a beautiful place even in the middle of winter - we had a gorgeous mid-January wedding! As local NM farmers ourselves it was such a perfect place for us to get married at - we are so grateful to the kindness and hospitality of the owners Lanny and Linda too! Everyone we worked with were so warm, thoughtful and overall amazing. We wholeheartedly recommend Old Town Farm and Mosaic Events - they are truly the best of the best!!

We booked the Old Town Farm for my daughter's wedding in June. She wanted a country western style wedding and this was the perfect venue. The ceremony was held in the lawn under the huge, beautiful, trees; then we had a cocktail reception for guests at the little cafe while the wedding party took photos around the property - there were so many beautiful photo locations. Then the reception was held in the big red barn; it was the perfect size and everyone had a fantastic time. During my initial contact with the Old Town Farm staff, they were very responsive and helpful by answering my questions and providing recommendations. The venue is a gem, right in the middle of Albuquerque -- perfect venue for any event!

Tomas and Maria and their team were a tremendous help for our daughter's wedding at Old Town Farm. Honestly, I don't know if we could have tackled all the details without them. Tomas was so professional, friendly and helpful in the weeks/months ahead in showing us around, reassuring us that he and Maria would be there to help with any aspect of the wedding. He always had a "can do" attitude. Nothing seemed impossible with him when it came to our daughter's and her fiancé's ideas. He had so many great ideas too! He was a huge part of putting this all together. On the day of the wedding we arrived many hours before and he and his team already had so much set up, and all we needed to do was finish the fine details of decorating. He was walking around, there to help in any way he could. When Maria (his assistant) showed up a few hours before the wedding, she and her team took care of so much all the way through the wedding, the reception and even clean-up. She directed the wedding party when it was time to start the ceremony, her team directed the cars parking, where the food vendor should park, etc. She had such a "servant's heart" and was around to help in any way she could. The bartenders they hired were extremely friendly also. I can't say enough about Tomas and his team and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a wedding or other major event.

Tomas Baca (tastefuleventsbytomas.com) helped us host at Old Town Farm. He and his team provided the best experience we could ask for! Tomas was always available to answer any and all questions we had and was incredibly accommodating. Not only was the venue itself beautiful, but Tomas offered extra decorations to make the event complete! There are so many things we just didn't have to worry about that we know several of our friends have had to in their recent weddings.

I cannot tell you how many compliments and comments we got about the evening. It was seriously a dream come true for our son and his bride … and a real wedding stress reducer because I knew that the Tomas and his team had everything under control.

Seriously, if you're on the fence about working with Tasteful Events by Tomas DON'T BE. Reserve now. He has so many great reviews and rewards and I am so happy that we get to add our names to that list.

Old Town Farm was the perfect venue for us! The owners are wonderful and very accommodating, and our guests had a blast exploring their beautiful farm. The flower gardens and gazebo area were perfect for taking pictures, and the barn was set up just the way we dreamed of. Beautiful day all around!

Tomas and his team were exceptional. Maria was instrumental in making ours and our daughter Olivia's dreams come alive! So impressive with their dedication to making sure our vision was perfect!!!

Where to begin . . . Tomas and his team took over the Old Town Farm venue a few months prior to our wedding. We went from wondering how we were going to manage the event to feeling completely relieved. Because of my schedule, I relied on my mother to communicate with Tomas and Maria. They took so much stress off of us and calmly took the reins . reaching out to our vendors to schedule last minute details as well as recommending vendors for things we didn't even think of. Each vendor Tomas recommended did an wonderful job exceeding our needs at every turn.

On our wedding day Maria and her team put everything together behind the scenes. We had them set up and take down our ceremony and the reception in the barn and they took our vision and elevated it to something we could not have imagined. Maria and her team were on top of everything all the while working without us even noticing they were there. It was simply beautiful!

You will not find a better team of people to handle your special event -- I wholeheartedly recommend Tomas and his team at Tasteful Events by Tomas!

Our wedding day was a blessing ; with the support of the staff at Old Town Farm, everything turned out perfect! Tomas and his team were wonderful to work with. They worked with our family to create a masterpiece with the decor and made sure we- the couple, were comfortable and taken care of throughout the day. The owners Lanney and Linda are very kind and accommodating. They made it feel close to home and for that we are greatly thankful. Our families ( everything is a family affair) was so pleased with the whole team and adopted them into the party. Even the horse peeked his head out to show his approval. All of our guests were in aw with the location and its natural beauty. There was a place for every personality to find comfort and enjoy the evening. Old Town farm is a gem in the Bosque of Albuquerque, including the team running the operation behind the scenes. Many Thank yous!

I just spent the last two entire days at Old Town Farm helping to work on a major project and my experience, with the owners, location, and facilities at Old Town Farm surpasses all of my highest expectations! The owners are exceptionally responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. This is an amazing venue, too, that captures the exquisite beauty and serenity of New Mexico. I wish that I could convey even more articulately just how pleased I am that we were able to work with such fine people as the owners of Old Town Farm, and be in such a wonderful location as well!

Lanny and Linda were absolutely wonderful. Extremely kind in their interactions with the video production we had the pleasure of doing on their property. They were very accommodating and made us feel welcome and at home while we were working. The property itself is stunning; so much history, charm, and beauty. I can't say enough about the experience. I do highly recommend Old Town Farm for weddings and other events.

After spending two full days at Old Town Farm, I was blown away not only at the beauty of the entire property but also the extraordinary generosity of the staff and especially of the owners. At every turn they were available and flexible to work with, sincerely interested in the success of our project. I wouldn't hesitate to return!

The owners of Old Town Farm are spectacular to work with! We planned an enormous project over the course of 3 months, and their flexibility and responsiveness is unparalleled. Over the course of the two days we spent on property the owners were kind and helpful, going above and beyond what would have been expected of a a venue. The property itself is stunning, providing numerous settings for videography and photography. Around each corner was a beautifully iconic New Mexican scene. The versatility of this venue and the professionalism of its owners are some of its biggest draws, and I would gladly return to Old Town Farm for future projects!

My husband Alex and I got married at Old Town Farm on September 27th in 2014 we had a truly magical wedding. The owners Linda and Lanny (who also own Bike In Coffee an incredible food truck located on the property-check it out!) are so flexible and accommodating. Alex and I were able to custom fit, design and plan everything we wanted at our ceremony and reception thanks to Linda and Lanny's creative laid back approach to having weddings on their absolutely stunning property. If you're looking for an incredible outdoor space to hold your wedding and ceremony Alex and I highly recommend Old Town Farm. We were able to plan a chili roaster, pick our own caters (most venues make you choose their caterers for food) and we were able to take wedding pictures all over the property. Linda and Lanny's reinvaded barn for receptions is absolutely breathtaking. They've embellished the barn with fantastic lights and have made it a blank canvas for any bride to plan and decorate! Every inch of this property is uniquely beautiful and perfect for any weeding.

Old Town Farm over exceeded our expectations at our daughters wedding, from the rehearsal the evening before to the bride walking. They were very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. I definitely recommend them.

We loved having our fall wedding at Old Town Farm! Great staff & great location!

The event went pretty well and it was beautiful. However there were a few things that should be addressed.
There was one point we were supposed to have someone to serve drinks to the wedding party while getting ready. That person was not there.

Secondly. The owner pulled both myself the groom and the bride aside to talk about issues that should not be brought up during the event. Especially since there was a day of planner there. We didn’t want to be pulled aside when we are trying to enjoy the people and day and the issues seemed trivial at best.
There was a sense of hovering by him the day of.

Tomas was very helpful and nice to work with and it was a beautiful day and wedding. However the owner should maybe trust there ability’s and not be as involved as it is hard to separate himself.

I normally only take the time to write reviews for exceptional service and for people or businesses I believe should be recognized. However, we had our wedding at this venue last August. With plenty of hiccups for the price I did get things sorted out with the ownership after our big day and the owner Linda could not have tried harder to make things right.

The only thing I do want to say is Old Town Farms uses a third party vendor for any chair or table set up, bartenders, etc. by the name of ABQ Event Support. I have never had a worse experience with a company ever. My guests, wedding party and family were treated so rudely by their staff. The owner, Tim, had no record of any items I had previously scheduled or reserved FOUR times over the course of a year and a half right up to 3-4 weeks prior to my wedding and I finally realized I had to only communicate via email moving forward as proof. They charged me for items that were not pre-approved. We were an hour late to our own reception due to one of their staff members telling us immediately after the ceremony that the bridal suites had to be cleared before the reception when this was not discussed prior. It was a complete mess. So as you look for a venue, I would urge you to contact the owner of Old Town Farms, Linda, directly and would strongly advise against using their preferred vendor ABQ Event Support for ANYTHING for an important day like your wedding. They are a complete nightmare to deal with and I will personally help you find someone else, that is how passionate I am about this.

We signed a contract with the barn at Old Town Farms without seeing the place ourselves (we’re from out of town and had our parents go check it out) or realizing we would have to contract with upwards of 10 additional vendors to make this day special. We were shocked at all the additional costs we would have to incur and all the vendors we’d have to hire. The barn includes chairs and tables but they are flimsy and in such poor condition you would never want to use those on such a special day. They provide “mood lighting” which is simply string lights that are always hung and a lame excuse for an included item. They offer help with set up and tear down but that’s an extra cost, as are table decorations and linens. Need a speaker for music? That’s also an extra charge - so is a bartender. They literally include NOTHING but the run-down barn for $8,000. The photo op spots we were shown around the farm were sloppy, with old flower pots scattered around and weeds everywhere. The catered food was going to have to be served out back of the barn...we couldn’t believe it.

After this visit we decided it wasn’t for us, and kindly gave them a YEAR notice that this place was not suitable and we wanted to cancel our booking. We had to fight with them to even consider refunding our deposit even though we gave a full year’s notice and got confirmation they were able to rebook the date. The contract states that the deposit was non refundable but good ethical business practice would have been to refund it without issue. They finally gave us back a small percentage of our deposit stating that they spent time showing us the grounds and the wedding planner wanted her cut for the hour she spent with us. $800.00 for a 1 hour tour of the facility? We were appalled by the whole experience and advise anyone to proceed with caution when considering renting this space and know that you are going to spend a lot more than $8,000 to make the run-down barn and gardens a space that is wedding worthy.

The venue is beautiful but I'm not sure it's worth the hassle of dealing with ABQ Event Support which is contracted with Old Town Farm. Carl is the rudest most unprofessional man I've ever had to deal with in customer service! I was lookibg at Old Town farm for my wedding and starting to discuss the contract, I realized that the contract did not reflect everything that Carl was telling me, He then told me that he was concerned about me as a bride using his services and at one point even told me he would not be strong-armed into into anything and completely insulted me. After this meeting, I contacted Old Town Farm since they are the ones who hire ABQ event support. They told Carl that I had contacted them, then called me on my personal cell phone and started yelling at me and told me that if I did anything to jeopardize his working relationship with Old Town farm that he would tell Old Town farm to drop me as a bride and not allow me to have my reception there. When he started yelling at me I put my phone on speaker so that my father and other family members could hear how this man was treating me. My family was outraged! Old Town Farm did very little to remedy the situation and clearly condoned this man's behavior toward women. On the day of my wedding and reception we were given conflicting information from a couple different staff members as to whether or not we could take our beer kegs home that night. They told us that they could not allow us to take the beer kegs home even though the bartender told us that we could. The owners continued to come in and out of the reception to babysit my guests and bother me with a needless comments and questions when I was simply trying to have fun and celebrate my marriage. When trying to get my deposit back, the owner yelled at me on the phone about the things that some of my guests supposedly were doing. I did everything I could to explain to my guess what was expected of them by having the DJ announce the rules.
