Jolie is absolutely incredible! We used Jolie for 3 hair and makeup services and 1 additional make up service for my wedding. She was extremely professional and nailed all of the looks! Easy to communicate with and reliable. I did a makeup and hair trial with her prior to the wedding and she made me feel super comfortable. I highly recommend Jolie and am so happy I found her! -

My bridal team and I could not be happier!
I had to plan my wedding from overseas, which is not the easiest of tasks.
Jolie was very easy to communicate with and really supportive. She was even able to arrange a hair and make up trial for me with short notice.
Paytin and Sarah my MU artist and hair stylist were absolutely AMAZING!
They're super friendly, professional and I was super happy with their work. You can definitely tell they have experience and know what they're doing.
On D day, they both arrived on time and were super patient. They did not rush us and were even able to tell exactly what we liked.
We were very impressed with their work and we could not be more grateful for making us feel confident on my big day. -

Best hair and makeup I’ve ever had!
I am so glad I chose Once Upon a Beauty for my wedding hair and makeup. I could not have been happier! They were great to work with the whole time and were so friendly and professional.
I was worried about my hair as it’s pretty fine and doesn’t usually hold curls well, but Jollie did a great job and it looked perfect the entire night. Me and my bridesmaids were also so happy with our makeup. We were glowing the entire night! I highly recommend!! -

OUAB was amazing! Their communication and professionalism from the very beginning was a joy to work with. I had two trials and ended up switching my hairstyle again after. So I was nervous how the final would turn out. They worked with me very patiently to figure it out and make the plan. It was incredible!! I have so much hair and was afraid it would be too big but she listened to everything I wanted and knocked it out of the park. It was perfect. I asked for dramatic makeup and she got that perfect as well. I have never felt more beautiful and highly highly highly recommend this amazing team. -

Great team of hair and makeup artist.
Mariah did such an amazing job on my hair and makeup. I never wear makeup so I showed her a few pictures and asked her what she thought would work best for me. She made suggestions and listened to what I wanted. Racheal did my bridesmaids hair and they all looked STUNNING! Dana the owner was wonderful to work with and quick to respond to all emails. Pictures are from my trial. Highly recommended. -

Dana did my hair and makeup for my destination wedding a couple of weeks ago. I felt like the most beautiful bride!!! She was very professional and she does amazing work. The pictures came out stunning. My hair and makeup stayed all day and night, even in the hot hot Florida sun! I consider myself sort of picky when it comes to my hair and makeup, and I have nothing bad to say!! She listened to what I was looking for, and provided me with more than I could have imagined. Not only does Dana do excellent work, she is a joy! I really enjoyed her company on the biggest day of my life. Thank you so much! -

You are not just hiring a hair and makeup team, you are hiring another set of friends! Dana and Jolie are amazing and SOOOO talented! They are prompt, incredibly kind, speedy, and create beautiful work! I’ve never felt more beautiful, than on my wedding day, and it is all thanks to OUAB! All my girls loved their hair and makeup and everyone of them couldn’t believe how quick team OUAB was! I knew from the moment I arrived at my trial when there was a welcome sign hanging in the door, with my name on it, that Dana and Jolie were a perfect fit for me! Then when a hurricane threatened to derail my wedding, instead of calling me to add to my stress, OUAB called me with backup plans and kind, reassuring words! Do yourself a favor and hire OUAB, you are getting so much more than a hair and makeup team! -

Hiring Bridal by OUAB was the best decision. I was debating on doing hair and makeup myself but I am so glad I didn't. They did such a wonderful job and Dana was so nice and helpful. Everything came out better than I could have imagined! -

Dana is one of my new most favourite people ever! She did an incredible job of my 6 bridesmaids and my own make up on my wedding day. She was so lovely and kind and so talented! She stayed to perfect timing and was so affordable for the quality of service we got!
We didn’t have any idea of what we wanted so let her take creative control and she did an outstanding job! We wanted our make up quite dramatic and she used the most gorgeous colour palette for both myself and all the girls, each look was similar but matched the individuals style. You couldn’t even tell we had fake lashes on, they were amazingly picked for each of us and so comfortable. The airbrush makeup was so nice and flawless. I have facial scars from a sports injury years ago and she did a great job and making my face flawless and my scars unnoticeable to me which is something I don’t usually achieve and was so special to me in that moment. It was honestly so perfect.
If you’re looking for a makeup artist, you’ve found her! The most knowledgeable, humble and talented make up artist. Thank you!! -

The Once Upon a Beauty team is amazing. I reached out only a couple months prior to my wedding day because my original makeup artist fell through. Dana was consistently prompt when replying to my emails and always nothing but nice! Jolie was the one who provided all of my wedding day services for myself and my bridesmaids. At my makeup and hair trials she was so understanding if I didn't like something and would fix it until I did. I loved the looks that she did and she made my pinterest dreams come to life! On wedding day she was on time (early, actually) and stayed right on schedule all morning. All of the work that she did on everyone was absolutely amazing and she listened to all of our needs and wants. Jolie made me feel stunning on my wedding day and I appreciate her so much for that!! -

They were so easy to work with, replied very quickly, and arrived on time and kept everyone on time the morning of the wedding. I wish I remembered the name of the woman doing my bridesmaids hair, but I was so impressed with her! She gave each of my girls up-dos that looked very similar to each other but with twists on each one so they looked distinctly different but still cohesive. Dana did both my hair and makeup and really made me feel stunning on my wedding day. We would pick them again in a heartbeat - thank you so much!

Kendall Sent on 04/01/2018Sara and Dana were both amazing! Dana always responded so quickly to my emails, and they both worked around my schedule to get me in for my hair trial. Sara did EXACTLY what I wanted with my hair for my wedding day, it came out even better than I had imagined. She told me that if there was anything I didn't like about it that she would start over, which I felt was very thoughtful of her. You could tell that she wanted me (and my bridal party) to all LOVE our hair, and we did! I did not pick out a specific hair style for my bridal party, they all chose their own ideas and Sara did amazing with all of them, putting her own twist on their ideas. Cannot rave about Once Upon A Beauty enough! <3

After discussing things with my now husband, we chose to have a small intimate wedding in Florida. We chose our location and date for January 31st, 2018 and started planning. After searching sites online and looking through TONS of wedding day bridal hair and makeup, I confirmed that I LOVED her style the best! I messaged Once Upon a Beauty on January 4th, 2018 and received a quick reply the same day with a quote for my January 31st, 2018 wedding. Dana was so easy to work with which was a necessity when planning an out of state wedding. She was quick to reply to any email I sent. On the day before, we finalized our wedding timeline details and confirmed location and time to meet and when I needed to be done for our photographer. On the day of my wedding, Dana arrived early ready to make me beautiful. You can tell she has passion and LOVES what she does. She has unremarkable talent in hair and makeup design. My mother in law even stated that out of all my wedding vendors, she was "her favorite!". Words cannot even describe how beautiful she made me not just look but FEEL on my wedding day. Once Upon a Beauty is hands down the BEST!

As a nervous bride with very little makeup experience, Dana made me feel completely comfortable and totally gorgeous for my big day. We went through multiple trials to ensure that the look would be perfect, and on the day of the wedding, Dana went out of her way to give me a quiet space for prep so that I could relax and reflect on this most important milestone. For anyone unfamiliar with bridal makeup, Dana uses airbrush foundation, which is so lovely because you feel as though you aren't wearing any foundation at all! It is superior in quality and looks amazing all night long. I highly recommend Dana's services to any bride who wants to look and feel beautiful on her wedding day.
