    Overall great catering service!

    It was a pleasure working with Kevin at Pangea. All emails and communication were very thorough, and he even came to our house to meet us for the tasting! First catering vendor that I reached out to and ended up booking with simply because he seemed flexible with details and planning, being easy to work with was a big plus for me. Thank you for everything.

    Nothing but the best!

    Pangea catered our wedding in July. Pangea took care of the rentals, servers, timeline, and even our guest seating chart. We had a Cuban themed menu that was unbelievable! I recommend the Mojo marinated pork and fried plantains. I loved it so much, I have since ordered it 3 times as a drop off order. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend them.

    Pangea Catering & Events provided catering services for our wedding. Kevin was easy to work with, very responsive, and professional. He has a lot of experience and truly cares about his clients. This is evidenced by the high level of guidance and support he provided to us during the planning process.
    The food and service were excellent. His staff was very attentive, professional, and efficient. I will not hesitate to contact Kevin for future events.

    My wife and I travel quite a bit for work. We felt that we needed to focus more on hiring an event planner than we did a caterer. I approached Kevin at a birthday party that he catered for a coworker and asked him if he could recommend anyone. He asked some specific questions about what it was we wanted the event planner to do for us. After a few follow up conversations, he told us that his company could handle our event planning requirements as well as the catering. They did not disappoint. They handled our rentals, staffing, decorations, and coordinated our security. He even booked our limo! I’m in sales so, for me, time is money. Pangea saved us time and money.

    Kevin and his staff made our backyard wedding reception wonderful. He was flexible leading up to the day, working with us to make changes to the menu and rental items. I gave him a picture of how I wanted the table decor and sketched a layout of my "vision" for the space and was super impressed to arrive for the reception and see everything looking so lovely. His staff did a great job, too. Minutes after arriving, hearing "let me get that for you" helped me to instantly relax and feel confident it would be a great night. His relaxed yet professional nature was just right for our event.

    The taste of the food (Mediterranean Tri-tip, Caribbean Pork, Brazilian Salmon) on the big day is a blur to me, but the tasting was really good. We got lots of compliments on both the food and the staff. My husband and I are very pleased with our choice to have Pangea Catering for our wedding!

    Pangea Catering catered our wedding on June 1st this year. The tasting was by far the best out of the 5 caterers we tried. Kevin was patient and I felt like he was really listening to my thoughts and expectations. He was extremely helpful with finding a photographer as well. Before we found him, we had already reserved our rentals but Pangea was able to use their industry discounts to save us a few hundred dollars in that area. I definitely recommend them.

    Pangea Catering catered our wedding in November of last year. My husband and I are quirky so we had a few odd requests. Kevin and his team never blinked once. They came through for us every time. The food was awesome! We had Hoisin-Ginger Chicken and Medditeranean Tri-Tip. Our guests raved about everything and we were able to stay within our budget.

    Pangea Catering did a truly exceptional job of catering our wedding. The food was outstanding and the buffet setup was the most original I’d ever seen. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and used their industry connections to save us over $1000 on floral arrangements. Our wedding reception was all I could have ever hoped for and more thanks to Pangea Catering.

    As a native Jamaican, I wanted a reception that was a true reflection of my culture and taste. Not to mention that I had family flying in from Jamaica so the pressure was on. Kevin and his team at Pangea Catering created a buffet that had even the toughest critics insisting that I had flown in a chef from Montego Bay. To top it off, Pangea recommended a local reggae band that had my reception the talk of the family. These guys are pros all the way.

    I wish I could have a wedding reception every day. Pangea Catering really took the food to another level. I received so many compliments on the buffet and décor that I had to recommend them to everyone I know. Pangea Catering is top notch. No one else even comes close.

    I wanted to take the time to thank Kevin and the rest of his crew at Pangea Catering. They were a pleasure to work with and thought of everything.     Pangea Catering did an incredible job of catering our wedding. In fact, they were our caterer, wedding planner, and rental specialist all rolled into one. Kevin's team handled everything leading up to the wedding and the day of went off flawlessy. The food was delicious. Thanks, Pangea.

    Words alone cannot express my gratitude to Pangea Catering & Events. 1 month before our wedding, our caterer went bankrupt and I lost my deposit! A family friend recommended Pangea Catering and they gladly came to our rescue. Because his team was already booked, Kevin (the owner) catered the event personally and made sure that everything was perfect. I can’t tell you how much of a relief this was to us. Pangea Catering saved my reception. Thanks, guys!!!!

    Pangea Catering did my Silver Wedding anniversary in January, 2010. My guests are still raving about the food and service. They were very flexible with my menu, professional beyond compare, and the set up was lovely from the buffet to the hot beverage station. Kevin was on time for every appointment (even though I was late once), maintained perfect decorum and order throughout and made my guests feel special. Worth every dime. I am sorry he moved out of my area because I entertain often and cannot find a caterer that even comes close. Five Star for sure!

    It was a pleasure to work with Kevin. He came to US for a tasting rather than us having to go to him, and was able to make some adjustments to his initial proposal to work with our budget. His pricing was VERY reasonable, and we loved how each component was specifically laid out. The quote he gave us was definitely on the lower end compared to others.

    He was very responsive over email and phone. Sometimes we had to wait a few days for a response over email (he always answered the phone promptly), but since the wedding was several months away, that was no big deal. When the wedding date got closer, he responded within hours.

    We would give the food a 4.5. The appetizers were incredible and perfectly executed. The entrees were very good, and the execution was almost perfect. The vegetables we got at the head table were only lukewarm, but we think that is because we were served first and they were still warming up - the guests later on said they were nice and hot. Our timeline was pretty tight.

    Kevin has a wonderful selection of food options and a beautiful website to display them all. We opted for corn cake and samosa appetizers, and tri-tip, jerk chicken, and a vegetarian pasta. We also had some gluten free folks so he helped make a special batch of pasta for them.

    Where Kevin REALLY excels though is customer service. He was amenable to all the changes we requested, and on the day of, he brought extra service staff. We had a whole crew of family members ready to help take down the centerpieces and clear things up, but at the end all they were left doing was dusting a few crumbs off of tables. Kevin himself helped my uncle move some tables around before the reception began. He and his team came early, stayed late, and were working hard the entire time!

    Pangea catered our wedding and proved to be an asset from the very beginning. They brought experience, professionalism, and organization to a pretty chaotic situation. The food was outstanding and the staff was unbelievable. I didn't have to worry about anything and Pangea made my reception a night to remember. Our wedding was 2 years ago and I still get complements.
