  We had a wonderful experience working with Rebecca and Paris Catering. Rebecca and her company were familiar with our venue, and all of the coordination and execution on the day of our wedding couldn’t have been better. We met with Rebecca in person twice before the wedding, and another member of her company (Jeffrey) came to the venue on another occasion for a walkthrough to ensure that everything proceeded smoothly (and took our preferences into account) on our wedding day. And her food was absolutely delicious. The tasting we had at Paris Catering was by far the best we had during the catering selection process, and it was so comforting to know that our guests would enjoy the food at the event. (We received so many compliments!) We settled on the final tablecloth and dish combination close to our wedding date, and Rebecca worked hard on our behalf to make sure that our vision became a reality. As for the reception, Rebecca, Jeffrey, and the rest of the Paris Catering staff couldn’t have been more professional or helpful throughout the evening—thank you to everyone who was involved. We can’t recommend Paris Catering highly enough.

  Paris Caterers is simply the best that there is. I have worked with Rebecca and William in the past on my corporate events, and they were the very first call I made after I got engaged. My fiance and I never entertained hiring anyone else. The level of personal attention that we received was incredible - creating a custom menu, a beautiful tasting for our entire family, selection of special linens and china and working to make everything exactly as I envisioned within the space. I will be forever grateful to Rebecca for creating the best day for us.
  Paris offers both high quality of food and drink, and high quality of customer service. They are simply the best there is.

  We hosted an outdoor ceremony, cocktail reception and seated, formal dinner for over 200 guests. Paris Caterer's food was beautiful and delicious and the service was flawless. Owner Rebecca de Paris was unfailingly gracious and accomodating as was her wonderful staff. Our venue was a difficult one - a private home not designed for outdoor entertaining of this magnitude and formality - but Paris Caterers coped with every challenge and produced a lovely, and truly memorable event. We have hosted numerous events in the past, but we have never had a better experience.

  Paris Caterers is first in class -- I knew there was no one else to cater our wedding. Rebecca and her staff are creative, thoughtful, warm and truly care about excellence in customer service. I brought Rebecca a shell or basic outline for what we wanted in terms of food for the evening, and she took it and ran and made it a meal to remember, start to finish. Our guests are still raving about the uniqueness of the menu and the quality of the food.

  We could not have been happier with the service that Paris Caterer's provided us for our wedding. My husband's family is Iranian, and we had decided to have a Persian buffet at our reception. The food was INCREDIBLE!! All the Iranian guests kept asking us who the chef was, and were all shocked when they found out that the chefs were not Iranian since the food was SO good! Rebecca and her staff were very responsive to the feedback of my husband and his mother during our tasting before the wedding, so all the food was exactly how we wanted it.
  
  Paris Caterers also provided all the tables, linens, plates, etc. Everything was beautiful and set up on time without any problems. The waitstaff during the reception were very helpful, pleasant, and professional. Additionally, Rebecca was very helpful leading up to the wedding, answering all my random questions about wedding planning, even questions not directly related to catering. She was unfailingly nice and listened to all of our concerns. Things could not have gone better. I would recommend Paris Caterers to anyone, but especially couples looking to have ethnic food at their wedding.

  Paris Caterers catered my wedding as well as my brothers wedding. Both times the food and the service were exceptional! The food went above and beyond our expectations. We had hors oeuvres passed around during the cocktail hour and everyone was going crazy, our guests would follow the waiters around for more. The prices were very reasonable, and the quality of the food was that of a five star restaurant. THe presentation of the food was memorable and we still get compliments months later from our guests. DON"T GO WITH ANY OTHER CATERER... PARIS CATERERS IS THE BEST!!

  I would highly recommend Paris Caterers to anyone looking for a caterer for an upcoming event. I used them for my wedding in April 2009 and they paid attention to every last detail to ensure the bridal party and guests were completely comfortable. During the planning process, they were very responsive to any and all questions I had. I appreciated their focus on details and willingness to accomodate all my requests, as it made the planning process very easy! The food and service were great. I got many compliments on how good everything was, and my husband and I certainly enjoyed eating the leftovers!
  
  They were reasonably priced, and were very accomodating and responsive during the planning process up to the wedding day. I give them 5 stars across the board!

  Everyone at Paris Caterers was so easy to work with. Rebecca and Meghan always responded quickly and helped us make a lot of decisions when it came to our menu and decor. It's hard to decide what to do, so we let them guide us since they're the experts.
  
  The service was impeccable, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the food was EXCELLENT! Our guests are still talking about the food and how it was the best food they've ever had! We had shrimp for the cocktail hour and they were huge! During the cocktail hour our guests kept coming up to us and commenting on how good the food was, how authentic some of the items tasted (like the hummus) and how impressed they were with the food presentation. Our guests had a choice of grilled mahi-mahi or filet mignon. Both entrees were delicious- we really can't say which ones was better.
  
  If you are looking for a REAL gourmet caterer at a decent price, we definitely recommend Paris Caterers. We've been to friends weddings catered by other caterers that we also visited and they were disappointed with the quality of food. We're so happy that we went with Paris Caterers...they really made our day extra special!

  A Beautiful Wedding Reception

  Paris Caterers catered my wedding reception in 2000 in Washington, DC. While I maybe a bit late in making this review, all I can say is that William and Rebecca de Paris were professional, personable and gracious. From our initial meeting, to the tasting, planning and execution on the wedding day, we were pleased with everything. They went out of their way to see that we had the joyous and memorable wedding reception. Our guests were absolutely pleased with the cocktail hour and sit down dinner. We still look at our pictures, 22 years later and praise Paris Caterers.

  Paris Caterers are so fantastic, everyone said that our wedding had the best food they ever had at a wedding. Truly. We gave them a concept, and let them get creative. They did an amazing job. And all the other details--tablecloth, decor, service, attention to detail, they get an A+. Working with Meghan de Paris is also a special treat. She is enthusiastic and a perfectionist--just what you want for your wedding.

  Overall we had a very good experience with Paris Caterers for our wedding featuring an upscale Mexican menu. We talked to 3 caterers and Rebecca's menu was by far the most inspired! People are still complimenting our food and one colleague says he wants to eat Paris Caterers' food every day! I feel like catering is way too expensive in DC but apparently Paris is a better deal than many. Also their set-up and coordination of the rentals all went very smoothly. My 3 small complaints: 1) they don't like to do tastings until you've signed the contract and paid the deposit, 2) they make you commit to a minimum # of guests in the contract and 3) the food was a little slow to come out - I think more of your $ goes into the food that the # of staff which is not necessarily bad.

  Paris Caterers was professional from the very beginning. At our tasting they made sure the food was exactly what we wanted and it was presented so lovely. We chose this catering company because of the high quality of food and reputation of excellent service. Needless to say we were not disappointed. The servers at the wedding were attentive and professional. Our guests were complimenting the food all night! A lot of the guests were saying how well organized the caterer was! The food was just delicious and we are so thankful we picked you all to cater our wedding.

  Paris provided delicious and beautifully presented food! Our guests raved about the passed hors d'oeurves and their dinners. They also came up with some creative additions and passed around gelato in mini cones during the dancing. It was perfect. The only hiccup was that while we added extra servers, dinner still took a long time to get out to all of our guests and some plates were not served to the right individuals (i.e. the bride got the wrong meal - oh well!). Overall, I would highly recommend them for catering.
