    Best Sushi Caterer

    Best sushi caterer! Highly Recommend! Big thank you to Chef Gen San and Carlose. We hired Party and SushI for a work event for about 25 people. PAS showed up early, provided quality fish and a superb presentation. Absolutely would hire them again!

    Vince and his staff are wonderful! They showed up on time, were prepared in plenty of time and the quality of food was excellent! Will use them again and again!

    I'm so pleased with this caterer! The sushi was so fresh and delicious. The presentation was amazing. My friends are still talking about it!! Working with Vincent was a breeze. He was very responsive and professional. I will definitely book this caterer again.

    My husband and I have known Vince for YEARS!  We used to follow him at whichever sushi restaurant he worked at because he makes THE BEST sushi no matter where he works.  Now that he runs this catering business, his sushi tastes even BETTER than before because he has more control of the quality of fish.  He has always been very clean and professional.  Not only are his sushi creations beautiful, the quality and taste have been unmeasurable.  I've highly recommended friends who can afford to throw a sushi party to hire Vince and they were not disappointed.  

    Not only is he a great sushi chef, he is a great person overall.  I have been to a lot of sushi restaurants and nothing compares to this guy's work!  Book this guy and you will get a MASTER SUSHI CHEF who will offer quality, taste, cleanliness, creativity, and definitely entertainment!  He has a very entertaining personality, especially when you make him laugh. :)

    If you are trying to host a delicious, impressive catered event, you'd be very hard-pressed to top Vince's sushi and presentation. We've had them cater two of our parties and our guests and I were delighted with Vince and his fellow sushi chef. My wife selected a different caterer for our 10th wedding anniversary because one of her guests didn't eat sushi and that turned out to be a big mistake.

    Vince and his staff are incredible. I've used them for a 50 person birthday party and a 40 person New Year's Eve party. All my friends were blown away. The presentation and quality are outstanding.
