  Beautiful!

  Great experience and beautiful quality! Our wedding planner suggested working with Party Rentals, and I'm glad we did. The selection process was fun and informative, and the linens we chose really enhanced the vibe of the wedding.

  Simply the best

  Having used Party Rental Ltd during our time working in luxury hotels in NYC, my wife and I knew there is no comparison for quality, product selection, and professionalism. We used them for a our wedding and the whole process couldn't have been easier and resulted in a stress free delivery and pickup that was exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend them to any couple looking to work with an A+ team.

  Beautiful merchandise and professionalism

  Party Rental Ltd. was great! We used them to bring in everything for a Brooklyn loft wedding and it was perfect! Brigitte was responsive and professional and the delivery/setup/breakdown was done in a timely and organized manner. All of their products are lovely and good quality. Highly recommend!

  Had a great experience going to Party Rentals LTD NYC showroom and picking all our rentals, from gorgeous farm tables and chairs, to beautiful linens and cushions--huge selection of colors--vintage china, glassware and silverware in a mix-and-match style. Everything looked absolutely gorgeous at the wedding. Huge range of choices. Highly recommend!

  Kayla was our coordinator and she was knowledgeable and patient. Party Rental has great selections of almost everything we needed for the wedding. The table coordinate came out very nice and the quality was great.

  Fall wedding in DC

  I recommend using Party Rental Ltd for your wedding rentals. I rented tables, chairs, benches, bar tables, and linens. I was able to visit the showroom and met with Loren, who was very helpful with suggestions. I appreciate the ease of using their online catalog and ordering process. It was easy to make changes to my order as needed.

  Jim at Party Rental is simply the BEST! He provides soooo much more than party supplies, tables, chairs, etc. He provides years of experience and incredible taste and style that he uses to help you make your wedding all you want it to be. I never thought that going to the party rental store to pick out linens etc would be the thing that would make my wedding but it was! Jim pulled out just the right things and showed me how we could put them together. In the months after of planning my wedding, whenever I was stressed, I would pull out pictures from my time with Jim and be delighted again by how perfect the wedding would look. Jim also gave us great advice about what NOT to spend money on. He would tell us where we could really get the best value for our dollar and where it would not matter. He was incredible to work with, so easy and accommodating. He turned my back yard in to one of the most beautiful reception locations I have ever seen. When I think back about my wedding, I think about the terrific job Party Rentals did and I know my dream would not have come true without them!

  I rented linens from Party Rental for my wedding and was very pleased! I went to their DC showroom with some ideas of what I wanted but definitely in need of help. They walked me through the various options and price points and provided great recommendations. Within about an hour, they helped me pull together my vision and I had selected some beautiful linens. I highly recommend them!

  Party Rental LTD. Was great to work with. I worked with Frances mostly from start to finish. Initially they were a bit pricey on their chairs but due to my concern upgraded me to the chairs I really wanted with the cushion color of my choice included. The tables and chairs were for my wedding at Sparkling Pointe Winery, while I was out of my office during the delivery to Sparkling Pointe, (I guess my office number was the only one on file) They had contacted my sales assistant to make me aware that one cushion was delivered dirty and they will be delivering a replacement. I thought that was something to mention as not many establishments would put that much effort into anything. I am a tough critic due to being in the wedding/hospitality industry myself, so going above and beyond is something I will always notice and give high praises to!

  We got our linens from Party Rental Ltd-they were great! The tablecloths especially were great-we got a heavy, textured linen that went perfectly with our barn setting-it was so heavy we didn't need a table pad. Great selection and quality.

  We used Party Rental Ltd for our linens for our wedding reception and loved how they came out! We rented purple shimmer tablecloths and silver napkins. Both were beautiful and tied together our theme perfectly! The staff was excellent. We met at their Philadelphia showroom and picked our linens within moments of being there. Thank you!!

  We used party rental ltd through our wedding venue. All the plates, china, chairs etc- were supplied through their company. While I did not personally deal with them - we always were easily able to change color/plates. All details looked gorgeous on our wedding day!

  My caterers only use Party Rental Ltd for their events, and now I see why. I had a pretty specific idea of the table linens and plates, and Party Rental Ltd. had exactly what I wanted, and then some. The white wood folding chairs were more comfortable than I thought they would be! Their website was easy to use; everything is shown in a photo, which helped in the planning process. I would definitely use Party Rental Ltd. again.
