Amaia planned our destination wedding in Hawaii this past July. Her and I live in different states so all of our communication was via email, phone calls and a shared Pinterest board. Amaia responded promptly and was always prepared with an answer to all my questions. She was huge on giving us what we wanted and was willing to do whatever it took to make our vision come true for our wedding day (including going to a farmers market the day before our wedding, picking out our flowers and than staying up until midnight creating the gorgeous flower arrangements). One of the best things about Amaia is that she does not rely on you to tell her what to do. She listens to what you want and makes it happen without anymore being said on the topic. It allowed me to actually relax and enjoy my wedding day . Amaia was to the point and got things done quickly and within our budget. She was very easy to get along with and had a positive professional attitude throughout the entire wedding weekend. She made my wedding trip into an the perfect most unforgettable experience I will probably ever have. I would highly recommend Amaia and will be using her services again in the future.
Our wedding day was perfect and we owe a great deal of thanks to Amaia for making it that way!! Amaia was our day-of-coordinator, but she also worked with us in the weeks leading up to the event to make sure we hadn't dropped the ball on anything! Amaia was great at communicating with us and wanted to make sure our wedding day looked exactly as we had envisioned. On the day of the wedding she was organized, calm, patient, and on top of everything--exactly everything you need in a day-of-coordinator!! The ceremony and reception space looked better than we had imagined and we stuck to the timeline (what wedding actually sticks to the timeline?!). There were some snafus with the caterer, but Amaia handled them effortlessly--no stress for us! She even made sure all of our leftovers, gifts, and cards were waiting in our house when we returned. Look no further--I HIGHLY recommend her services!!
