  Beautiful dress

  I had a good experience here and am glad i chose the dress that i did. I got so many compliments. I wish I had waited only because I was told it was a one of a kind and i don't actually think it was. I ended up getting extensive alterations to customize it more. Still very happy with my dress though.

  Best experience I could have ever wished for

  From the moment I walked into K&B, I thought - WOW I wished I had come there sooner. Emma took care of myself and my girls while we were there. When I got to go “shopping” I wasn’t exactly seeing what I thought I wanted but I found a few gowns that were stunning. There was one called “Poppy Nicole” that I had in my hand that I could not let go of. This ended up being a private label gown and once I tried it on, I knew. I had told myself I would not get a gown with tulle, period the end…but this…was the softest tulle I had ever felt and so incredibly comfortable. It had this mocha underlining which just made the dress look golden. It was everything I could have ever dreamed about. Emma made sure our whole party was well taken care of and then upon picking up my dress, manager Kristina was a wealth of knowledge and guidance in caring for my gown and also giving me alteration tips. I would recommend this bridal shop to anyone and would come back if I ever needed a special event gown in the future.

  The dress of my dreams!

  K&B Bridal in Hagerstown is the only shop I went too when I went dress shopping. I tried around 10 dresses and narrowed it down to 2, but this one ultimately won over myself and my entourage (mom, mother in law, sister, and my 2 bridesmaids/friends). The stylist listened to what I wanted as well as my entourages opinions throughout the entire process to help me find my perfect dress.

  The best!!

  The girls in this shop are just amazing!! Kaylee is a sweetheart and even helped me pretend to find my dress with my family there even though I had already seen it. The price is great and these dresses are one of a kind!!

  Yes to the Dress!

  Potomac Bridal was a great location to find my dress! They were conscientious of my price limits and design requests when pulling dresses for me to try on. I did not feel pressured into trying on dresses or in buying a dress. I like to take my time with making big decisions and they offered to allow me to leave the store to think on a dress I was considering and let them know by closing if I decided to buy. I went back to the store on the same day, they allowed me to try on the dress a second time, and I realized it was the dress for me! Their patience was appreciated and I'm sure it is consistent with all their customers!

  The wonderful ladies at Potomac Bridal were excellent when I went to search for the perfect dress for my wedding. I cannot say enough praises!   This was the only bridal store I went to. Loved the dress options and customer service. They made sure I was thoroughly happy with my choice before I left the store. My Mom even got her dress from there! Loved working with Jodi.

  After spending an entire morning with David's Bridal and not enjoying it at all (tried on 14 dresses with almost no interaction with the saleswoman who was also helping two other brides), Potomac Bridals was amazing. Our saleswoman spend 10 minutes talking to me and then pulled 3 dresses for me to try on and I loved them all. I purchased the first one she showed me. I had her full attention. She really understood how the dress is one of the most important decisions a bride will make when it comes to her wedding. I would recommend Potomac Bridal to anyone in the area! They were fantastic.

  Potomac Bridals was my #1 choice to book an appointment. I've gotten 2 bridesmaids dresses and have seen my best friend get her wedding dress and fell in love with their wedding dresses so it was on the top of my list. Not only do they have gorgeous gowns but a wonderful staff. Jodi could not have been more knowledgable and attentive, listening to my wants and helping me unpack my preferences. She was so kind and pulled dresses that met all the criteria. She helped me by asking the right questions and had helpful input while being a guiding hand. She was appropriately helpful. And wouldn't you know, I found my dress! Make them your first stop!

I'm a horrible shopper and wasn't really excited to look for a dress, let alone several bridesmaid dresses, and tux ideas for the guys, but Jodi makes it soooo easy and great.   I recently went with my mother and grandmother to go to purchase my dress. Jodi at Potomac was amazing and very attentive to what I wanted, and what would fit my personality.   Wedding gown, mothervof the bride, matron of honor and bridesmaid s. Took recommendation for tux's to use at mens warehouse since since groomsmen in many different states. We were so pleased with Jodi on our first visit we knew it was worth the hour drive to come to Hagerstown. We live in OLNEY, bridesmaid lives in Laurel Maryland

If I had to do my wedding dress search all over again, I would have looked no further than Potomac Bridals. Jodi and her team go to great lengths to make the wedding dress experience as special and stress-free as it should be, and no other establishment will offer a higher level of sophistication and service than Potomac Bridals.

  I would first like to start off by commending your employee, Jodi Colombo. She is absolutely Amazing!! She helped me find dresses to try on and got my style spot on! With that being said, I would definitely come back to Potomac Bridals for any future dresses I may need and will be sue to recommend Potomac Bridals to anyone I know that is looking for a wedding, bridesmaids, homecoming, prom or formal dress!   I would first like to start off by commending your employee, Jodi Colombo. She is absolutely Amazing!! She helped me find dresses to try on and got my style spot on! With that being said, I would definitely come back to Potomac Bridals for any future dresses I may need and will be sue to recommend Potomac Bridals to anyone I know that is looking for a wedding, bridesmaids, homecoming, prom or formal dress!   My daughter got her dress from Potomac Bridals; our experience was very personalized. She was not able to decide on our visit and there was no pressure. She returned 2 weeks later to try on her top 2 gowns, and the sales consultants were terrific. I got my mother of the bride dress, all the bridesmaids and tuxedo's came from Potomac Bridals. We had so many compliments on the wedding party. They offer a discount for the bridal party once the bride has purchased. A lovely experience!

  I recently got married in Florida and got my dress from Potomac Bridals-I could not have been happier! EVERYONE said my dress was AMAZING and it truly was the dress I had been dreaming of. Potomac Bridals knew exactly which Allure dress I described and made that dream a reality for me. They packed my dress so carefully for shipping, that when I received it I didn't even need to steam it before my wedding day! They really are amazing and I would definitely recommend Potomac Bridals to everyone : )

My dress was reasonably priced (I bought off the rack), and the ladies were very kind and helpful. I'd never seen my dress in any other stores or online before shopping at Potomac, and I fell in love with it almost immediately. I definitely recommend shopping here!
  
  If you buy your dress from Potomac Bridals (and they have gorgeous gowns!), though, please think twice about using Alterations by Dawn, who often does alterations for shop customers. Other brides may be satisfied with her work, but I had a terrible experience with Dawn's work and with her responses when I contacted her about the problems and when I asked her to issue a refund for the poor-quality workmanship (I'm having to replace a sash and sleeves she ruined, plus personally re-do almost all the alterations I paid her for). Dawn is not employed by Potomac Bridals, but is often in the shop to do alterations for Potomac Bridal customers.
