  My husband an I had a Spectacular wedding at the Radisson. The customer service was what sold us to this venue. The staff were very professional, pleasant and responsive to our needs. The Event coordinator was GREAT she was professional, caring and responsive she went above and beyond to ensure our wedding plans went smoothly and we had all the necessary accomodations and services we needed for our day. She worked well with us and our wedding planner. The chef was Awesome my Nick name for him was "smiley" he always had a wonderful smile on his face at our food tasting, he was extremely pleasant, professional and courteous to us. The food was Excellent my guest really enjoyed the food. My Beautiful wedding decor came to life in this space. Every couples dream is to have a Beautiful amd joyous wedding day and we had exactly that on March 25th 2018.

  Working with the Radisson team, in particular Lindsey was amazing. She always answered my millions of questions and was extremely accommodating and worked to be understanding of cultural nuances. She started working with us about 3 months before the wedding and would meet with us on a schedule that worked with us, even if it was well beyond COB. On the days leading up to the wedding, Lindsey was very organized and on the day of extremely accommodating and flexible. The staff working the wedding made me feel so special and helped. Everything was negotiable. The day of the wedding, they set up a "holding room" for us off the side of the ballroom. They sent up cider and chocolate covered strawberries to the bridal suite where we were getting ready-it was such a nice touch. Overall, the staff was accommodating, understanding, personable, and easy to get along with. Lindsey was so friendly and made our wedding experience 100%.

  Not the best experience

  The venue was very problematic from the moment with booked with them before COVID and after we had postponed our date we never heard from anyone again for a while. AC wasn’t working until the night before our wedding and customer service was so poor and I wouldn’t recommend this venue to anyone.
