I cannot say enough about my experience at Radley Run Country Club! At the time of my wedding I worked directly with the General Manager on all of my arrangements -- he was extremely responsive, considerate, thoughtful and VERY honest. He kept me calm throughout my entire planning process and never let me feel overwhelmed by the decisions ahead. The rest of the RR staff were very attentive to my needs as well as my guests. Now, let's talk about the food... I always say that the best part of a wedding is the music, the bar, and the food -- RR exceeded our expectations. My guests (almost a year later) are still talking about how delicious the food was, from the hors d'oeuvres to the main course. RR has a classic historic look, it's extremely unique to some other venues in Chester County. They offer the option to be indoors or outdoors... or even a combination of both (which is what we did). We had the most amazing experience at Radley Run and would highly recommend this venue to others.

We could not have been happier with our wedding reception at Radley Run Country Club. The actual venue itself is stunning with rustic elegance- exactly the style we were looking for!! We had our cocktail hour in the terrace, the reception in the main dining room, and used the beautiful grounds for our pictures. Planning for the wedding could not have been a more pleasant experience, as Caitlin was extremely attentive to all of our needs. She paid attention to each detail we had wanted to include, and was able to offer wonderful suggestions along the way. The day of the wedding she was helpful with everything from coordinating our vendors and bridal party for pictures, to making sure I had drinks and appetizers while my gown was being bustled. The food prepared at Radley Run is truly restaurant quality, not the typical food prepared by a catering hall at a wedding. Our guests were incredibly impressed by the food as well as the service from all employees throughout the night. By far the best part of this venue is the willingness to customize the wedding to match your vision. There were so many specific details we had requested, and Radley Run was always willing to go out of their way to make our dreams a reality. We had the most amazing experience at Radley Run and hope to visit again for events in the future !

We could not have picked a better venue. Radley Run is such a beautiful place and it very much matched our style and who we were as bride and groom. We really liked how the reception area and ceremony/dance floor was laid out because it let some of the older folks sit and relax while people were on the dance floor getting their groove on. I wish I could hire Caitlin for my everyday life. She made everything go so smoothly and I honestly didn't need to worry about a thing. When the flowers, cake, photographers, and videographers came in, she handled it all and it allowed me to just sit back and get ready. She was with us through the whole thing and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied. It actually rained during the ceremony, but Caitlin monitored the weather thoroughly and saw a gap in the weather so she let us know and we were able to get some wonderful shots on the course and the stone buildings. I really thought it was going to be a stressful day, but it turned out to be quite the opposite and if I had to, I'd do it again at Radley Run.

We held our Unionville Girls Volleyball Banquet at Radley Run and it was awesome. The girls loved the amazing buffet for $19.95++, the venue and the slide show. Dan. Jane and Steven were very accommodating with the food, drinks, room layout and audio visuals. It was a special night for sure!

I just wanted to thank you again for another outstanding meal that Kevin and I had at Radley Run!

Our anniversary dinner was perfect! We did not feel rushed- Jane and Talia took excellent care of us and we honestly felt like it was our wedding night all over again!

We stopped by Kevin's parents yesterday and both his parents said they never felt more appreciated and taken care of a year ago at our wedding reception. Our reception is still talked about among our family and friends.

Kev and I reminisced all night about our wedding and thought about our next reception in 9 years at Radley Run! Of course there may be baby showers mixed in between now and the next wedding reception! We will definitely keep you posted!

Radley Run Country Club was absolutely amazing. Dan (our coordinator) was incredibly easy to work with. He was very prompt, flexible, and professional. He made me feel at ease when figuring out all the fine details of our wedding reception. The Radley Run staff were extremely accommodating to us and our guests on our wedding day -- we couldn't have asked for anything better. The venue itself is beautiful and unique -- which is what really caught our attention when deciding to book our reception. I absolutely recommend Radley Run Country Club without a doubt. They made our experience there memorable more than words can describe. We thank you Radley Run!

The creme de la creme! Best of the Best! Joe Mendez and his staff were amazing on our wedding day and through the whole process. As a wedding planner it was great to not have to worry about anything! The team of professionals worked perfect with my wedding planners and made our day the most magical milestone in our lives! We will definitely be coming back for many other occasions! Thank You!!! Thank you from the bottom of mine and Kevin's heart!!! We could not have imagined our wedding any place else!!!

Radley Run provided a perfect venue for my rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and wedding reception. The staff was amazing. They did everything possible to make me feel like a princess. They were professional and accomodating to my guests. They made sure that everything ran smoothly and stayed on time. The venue itself is beautiful. The Fall setting on the golf course was simply lovely. I had a lot of people travel from out of the country so we did all of our events at Radley. They made sure that the rehearsal was different from the wedding so guests would be surprised on the big day. My guests still say my wedding was the best they have been to, to date! The food was amazing Chef Rob is wonderful. The decor vendor made the tent breathtaking. The dance floor was large enough to party the night away with my DJ. I must say my wedding day was the best day of my life. My friends and family felt welcome and at home. Radley did an amazing job. My husband and I return every year to celebrate our anniversary and Radley still make a fuss over us. I highly recommend this venue for any and all wedding events. I wasn't privy to the cost as my parents were kind enough to pay for everything but I know they said that it was a wonderful value for everything! When we first booked with Radley in 2019 everything was great and I was very confident in my decision. The event planner was amazing, very accommodating, enthusiastic and detail oriented. The staff changed and then covid hit. We had to postpone 3 times and the staff continued to change. The communication was no where near where it was in the beginning. I had to call people to get answers to my week old emails. The staff stated they lost the details I had planned with the previous event coordinator. I will say things could have gone much smoother on the day of my wedding. I don’t consider myself to be a picky person and I think I’m really laid back so for my complain says a lot. It seemed as though no one really knew what was going on. I was stressed. No one asked me how I wanted my tables set up so I had to carry all my boxes up the morning of, set up the first table with candles and centerpieces and let them replicate. Honestly, reading these reviews saddens me because my day was not like the previous reviews. I didn’t even see anyone from the staff until I went looking. The staff was asking me questions to things that they should have known, which was super stressful. My DJ sent a day of script over and it seems like no one got it. The room was extremely hot at 1, we expressed concerns and was told it would cool down in time. It was SO HOT during the reception my MIL left immediately after dinner was served and they informed me they finally called HVAC out to reset the system. It did cool down eventually but I’m talking around 7pm. There were 2 servers for 50 people and my parents were served last, (their whole table stated the food was cold) which is inexcusable. People were finishing up dinner and they were just beginning. One of the waitress gave me an AWFUL attitude, she did come over later and apologize but cmon. There’s no reason to be rude and roll your eyes because I was frustrated with the lack of communication. They stated they would supply us with golf carts for our pictures and there were none- and it rained, they would have been extremely helpful instead of walking to locations with a huge gown in wet conditions. No coordinator was around, it was like we were on our own and had no idea where to go or who to ask for anything. Even small things like when we finally cut our cake there were no forks around to fed it to each other, no trash cans anywhere during cocktail hour. I would have loved to have some apps but no one offered us any like I read in previous reviews. My friend was married at a nearby country club and stated their onsite coordinator was around every 15 minutes guiding them. I will say the photo locations are nice, the bar tender was great, but all in all- I wish I went elsewhere. I was so excited for my day to finally be here and was very let down. I’m hoping they can honestly use this to improve and if you’re thinking about using them, hire an on-site planner to be there all day to keep everyone on task. I think for a smaller luncheon things would be better but for an all day wedding they need more practice.
