The best production team in the biz!!
As a bride who also happens to work in the wedding industry, I know first hand all the invisible work that goes into making a wedding day look and feel effortless. So when it came to my own wedding, I had a very short list of planners I knew I could trust to run production day of, and Round Town Events were at the top of that list. Carley & Lindsay took every BIG idea I had (and believe me, there were a LOT of those) and made them all a reality, all while showering me with endless positivity and support. For a while I was on the fence about hiring a day-of production team, but looking back now I know I couldn't have enjoyed my wedding without them. They orchestrated everything FLAWLESSLY and exactly to my vision — honestly, they exceeded ALL of my expectations! — and the icing not he cake is that they are just so fun to hang out with as human beings. To any bride or groom planning now, you will be in very good hands with RTE at the helm! Their expertise, support, and vision are worth every penny. RTE allowed me to be fully present, enjoy every moment, and gave me the wedding of my dreams — it is the greatest gift I could have ever received. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, ladies. Still glowing from our incredible wedding experience last weekend. Carley and Lindsay made the whole process fun and low stress. They organized top notch vendors, navigated Covid guidelines, accommodated a huge guest count, saved us when a vendor fell through at the last minute, and turned a "blank slate" venue into a gorgeous and unique event that our friends and family absolutely loved. There's really nothing quite like that feeling that you're in good hands with something as important as a wedding. -

Carley and Lindsay are amazing! Our weekend was an absolutely surreal dream that every single guest told us was wildly fun, meaningful, and felt so genuinely like us. People kept saying a lot of weddings feel generic or like they're forced out of obligation but ours felt like it was an explosion of our souls and entities all over the walls and was so hugely joyous as a result. It was so fun and wonderful to realize our dreams with C & L and have them turn my partner and my vague (and often useless and/or contradictory) thoughts for what we wanted
into something REAL and better than we could even imagine. Everything was magic because THEY'RE magic, and we're so grateful that they could get us through a pandemic date change and a truly rough couple years for them/the whole wedding industry. And on top of that, they're just the best energy! Fun and lovely and chill but get shit done, the best combination. Take them to all your tastings and hang out with them! We were so unbelievably thrilled by every part of our experience with RoundTownEvents. Lindsay was excellent at guiding us through what we needed to do to realize our wedding vision. We threw all kinds of curveballs at her - like asking her to source carnival tents and carnival games - and she delivered at every step of the way. She was incredibly organized, and did a fantastic job of coordinating the day of as well - and was really helpful in recommending good vendors, getting quotes, and coordinating with them. On top of that she was easy to work with, never getting stressed, instead always projecting confidence that everything is under control. And it was!
Virtually everybody who went to our wedding told us it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to, and Lindsay played a huge role in that. -

There are so many things we could say about working with RTE and the genius team that they are because they truly created our dream wedding. When the pandemic hit, we chose to delay our wedding because we had a vision of the weekend and that vision would have never come to life without Carley and Lindsay. To boot, they also helped us remain calm in the crazy covid world, where we had no idea what surprises would be around the corner for us. They may be based in CA, but RTE is a bicoastal business as they found us the best vendors within our budget here in NYC. Having so many options to choose from with designing our wedding, they made decision making easy by having an open mind, offering insights and helpful opinions, and knowing what we wanted before we even did! Two days before our wedding a hurricane hit the east coast which affected the postal service but we were stress free as Lindsay and Carley handled everything with grace. The day of was insanely seamless. Their timeline kept the day moving, but didn't feel rushed, gave us downtime and just what we wanted -- moments to soak every detail and guest in. There's nothing these girls can't do -- from top notch planning, to an amazing eye for design, to crawling inside my ripped up dress to fix it so I could keep dancing the night away, to keeping us laughing every step of the way -- and we cannot recommend them enough. We're so beyond thrilled they were our wedding planners -- they created utter perfection. -

Pandemic Planning At Its Best
My husband and I were finally able to throw the most incredible party of our lives thanks to Carley & Lindsay! Planning a wedding in the midst of a worldwide pandemic is not ideal, but we could not be more grateful of Round Town Events for their professional handling of all the postponements and uncertainties. They remained calm throughout the entire process (14 month postponed wedding to be specific), and kept us apprised of any contractual changes from our vendors in the most organized way possible. They were diligent about sending us wedding vendor referrals while also respecting our personal choices if we chose vendors outside of their suggestions. Lastly, Carley was amazing at listening to our concerns and delegating any issues we had with our third party vendors. These ladies have the patience, smarts, and hard work ethic it takes to run a large event smoothly and successfully. Would strongly recommend Round Town Events to anyone who is looking for down-to-earth wedding coordinators who you can rely on to get the job done! -

Emily Sent on 06/20/2018Hiring Round Town Events (Carley & Lindsay) was the first thing we did after deciding our venue and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. It was actually our venue, The Ace Hotel in Palm Springs, that recommended Carley and Lindsay as coordinators. Without them, everything else would have been impossible. We live in San Francisco and all of our family and closest friends live on the East Coast, which means that we had all of the challenges that usually arise when organizing a destination wedding. Having coordinators that knew the space so well and that were able to refer us to local vendors was invaluable! We felt like they really understood us and our priorities: 1) We have an amazing experience, with as little stress as possible 2) Guests have an fabulous FUN time 3) Good music / Good vibes.

Planning a wedding can be ROUGH. We thought we could get through the entire process without any help. About five minutes into our planning, we realized that we needed direction and serious guidance.
Round Town Events was recommended to us through a friend. The first time I talked with Carley, we quickly connected and I loved her willingness to work with Hunter and I. She helped us with vision, logistics, and everything in between. I would come to Carley with a fragment of an idea, and she would not only complete the idea, but find a way to bring it to fruition perfectly.
Essentially, all our wedding dreams became a reality thanks to the Round Town Events team. Day of, Carley and Lindsay kept stress levels lows and everything running seamlessly. They allowed us to enjoy each part of our day alongside our guests; from pre-ceremony to a killer dance party, we had tons fun and were able to relax with our people. Our friends and family cannot stop telling us how perfect our wedding was- I am convinced this would not be the case if not for Carley and the RTE team. -

The professionalism and dedication to making our wedding everything we dreamed it could be was truly extraordinary. They were able to take our big (sometimes fanciful) ideas and turn them into reality.
Within the year of planning our Big Sur wedding, they proved to have the connections and design aptitude to pull off our big day. Even when our venue canceled our event just five weeks before our wedding, Carley and Lindsey truly shined. In four weeks, they put together a wedding that was nothing we originally expected, but everything we had ever hoped for! They somehow planned a whole new wedding, made it even better than the original, and stayed on budget. How they were able to pull this off, we couldn't tell you.
For RoundTown to pay attention to who we are and create such a personalized day for us, we are truly grateful. Our wedding felt like it came right out of a magazine.
