    They were amazing and the driver was nice and courteous. Plan to use them again in the future.

    I am so happy that my husband and I used Royal Express limos as the limo service for our wedding! We received phenomenal service, and had the BEST driver! Will called a few days before to confirm the itinerary, and even showed up the day before to test drive the route. On the day of, he treated me and the bridal party like complete royalty (red carpet, champagne, and all!), and he even helped with carrying the train on my dress. Not only was he on time, but arrived early, and was prepared and ready to go. I would not only recommend Secrets to others, but plan on using them for any future limo service I might need. Top notch

    STAY AWAY!

    I reserved an 8-10 person limousine through Royal Express for my best friend's bachelorette party this weekend. Customer service leading up to the event was deceptively fine (although my credit card company initially flagged the charge as fraud. That should have been a sign). The day of the party, the limo was supposed to pick us up from our hotel at 3:30pm. The driver went to the wrong hotel (even though he had all the addresses of our stops for the day written down). He was 30 minutes late picking us up. Once we all piled into the limo, the driver opened the door again and told us he had a flat tire. 10 minutes later, a second driver came to pick us up - who arrived in an SUV, not a limo like we had paid for. We were already very late for our first appointment, but we took the SUV anyway. There weren't enough seats, and one of my friends was forced to sit on the floor. (Already Illegal.)

    The limo was supposed to pick us up again at 7pm to take us to dinner. The driver was not responding to my phone calls or the company's phone calls. Another 30 minutes later, the SUV rolled up again. By this time, we were 4 hours into our reservation and still had not gotten what we paid for.

    The limo finally picked us up after dinner at 9pm and said he would extend our reservation all night. We had paid for 6 hours of service, so that's what we were expecting. At midnight, he told us our time was up. So he took us back to our hotel and we were forced to cut our evening short, completely ruining my friend's one and only bachelorette party.

    After all this, the company REFUSES to offer me any kind of refund! They actually had the nerve to offer me $100 off a future service - like I would ever use them or recommend them to anyone again...

    Client reservation was canceled due to the credit card was keep decline. Customer call the morning give us the different card information to keep the reservation. Driver was only 10 minutes late due to traffic in Washington DC area. Limousine had a flat tire we sent to new SUV to accommodate them. As soon limousine got fakes we send the limousine back to them and give them four hours extra service. My client want to get 100 percent money back. Our driver work hard and go extra mile to provide the best customer service. This client looking for reason get money back.
