We had a year to plan our daughters wedding so you can imagine how many times we added and deleted items we wanted to rent. I had a corrected invoice with minuets of my request EVERY TIME!! When I called to ask questions the staff was polite, helpful, professional and just NICE!!!!! Set up and take down was done so smoothly we didn't even notice - GREAT JOB!!

Sammy's Rental provided the additional tables we needed for our wedding day and made the entire process extremely simple. It was so simple, in fact, that I almost didn't even realize they they'd dropped off or picked up the tables.

They were very easy to work with, quick and informative in their responses, and helped to ensure that we got everything that we needed with as little headache as possible.

I don't even know where to start with this review. Sammy's was absolutely amazing. They were accommodating to the literally ~ 7-8 times I changed/added to our order for the wedding. We rented chairs, high chairs, tables, and a dance floor from them for our big day and we could not have been more pleased with the quality of service from communication, value, flexibility, and professionalism. Drop off and pick up of the rental items was easy and timely. Sammy's is HIGHLY recommended.

We rented a tent, tables, a dance floor, and lights from Sammy's for our cocktail-style wedding reception at my parents house and we were so happy with the professionalism, responsiveness, and speed of Sammy's staff! In addition, the tent and all the extras looked amazing for our event! Would use the company's service again!

Where to begin... We went with Sammy's because of reviews on Wedding Wire. In setting up our rentals, we were happy with the women who followed up with us and made sure we had everything we needed. About 3 weeks before the wedding, I called and set up the delivery time with one of the women who works there. We decided that they would come between 12 and 2 the day before the wedding, as I live 3 hours away from where the wedding was being held and I wouldn't be able to arrive sooner than 12. A week before the wedding we received a call from one of the women who works there asking if they could move the delivery time to 2 days before the wedding because they were overbooked. I went through my reasoning for my delivery time again and it was decided we would stay with the time frame I had already picked. I was driving up to my grandfathers house the day before the wedding, which is where we were getting married, with my husband and matron of honor. It was about 10:15am when I received a phone call from Sammy. He told me the guys were at my grandfathers house, ready to set up, and wanted to know where they could put the tent. I explained to him that I had chosen my delivery time to be between 12 and 2 because I would not be there that early and that my husband and I were the only ones who knew exactly where to put the tent. I told him I wouldn't be able to explain it over the phone. I should also mention, my 90 year old Grandfather was home alone, confused as to what to tell them, and becoming very upset. Sammy gave me two options, I could either let them set up now and they would move it when I got there at 12 if they needed to or he would have his guys go to there next site and he didn't know how long that would take them. I chose the first, but when I got there the poor guys didn't want to move it because it was so heavy. They did move it which I very much appreciated, but they shouldn't have been put in that situation by their boss. Very unhappy.
