  Wedding Hair

  Sara was available for a last minute hire! We planned our wedding during the pandemic in 2021 in 3 months. My makeup artist gathered together a team and I was lucky enough to have Sara in charge of my hair! Sara did my hair for 2 different wedding ceremonies as well as the rehearsal dinner. All 3 styles were uniquely different from the rest and were done beautifully! She also was able to assist in setting my Indian jewelry for the first ceremony into my hair style and the hair piece and veil for the second ceremony. She also understood that I would be changing out of the wedding gown and would need to remove my hairpiece for the Reception and accommodated the hair style so it would stay in place for the outfit change. She was also so
  sweet and personable! I would definitely recommend her and I would hire her again in a second for any future events! Thank you, Sara, for making me a beautiful bride!

  Wedding day hair and make up

  Sara is amazing at what she does and she’s also just an all around great person! She made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day! She’s very easy to work with and comes to you for the trial and day of hair and/or make up. She made sure to do touch ups on everyone before she left and she even helped set up some decorations for the wedding, which was super unexpected but very sweet and appreciated! You want Sara for your event!

  Sarah and her "glam squad" were fantastic. We had 5 people total getting hair and makeup done... the girls were on time, efficient, and everyone looked great when they were done. Beyond that the girls were easy-going, they made the morning fun and relaxed. The wedding was on a hot day and even at the end of the night everyone's make up looked great!!

  Sara was extremely professional and personable throughout the entire process of my wedding planning. I couldn't have loved my hair or makeup any more. She made sure I liked every little detail and made it perfect. Sara is such an easy person to get along with and her and her time were very much on time and had everyone done on time. My bridesmaids loved their hair and makeup done by the glammies I recommend Sara and her glammies very highly. She made the process totally stress free!

  Sara and her Glam Squad were amazing on my wedding day. They came to us, did hair and makeup for 11 people (not including me!) and were prompt, professional and just fantastic at what they do. Three Glammies on an too-warm November day managed to keep their cool even as the room got far too overheated. Sara did my hair and makeup and I could not have been happier with the results. She is extremely talented, fun and kept everything relaxed while I was beginning to stress out just a bit. My makeup looked stunning even at 2am when I got back to the room after all the partying. She had finished me 12 hours earlier! My hair stayed up and in the few pictures I've seen, her handiwork shows through. Worth every penny.

  Glammies were just at my best friends wedding and we all looked amazing!! They showed up on time with matching glammie shirts (adorable and professional!!) and gave us the best beauty services. I was the communicator and organizer mostly for my bestie Katie's wedding. The glammies were super easy to communicate with and get everything situated for the day I was even on a text message basis with the owner Sara who was super sweet . I changed the number of services a couple times and they were always super accommodating leading up to the day:) I have booked them for my wedding next year June 14 2014 and cannot wait!!!!!! My makeup looked amazing, I had them do hd creams and airbrush and I absolutely loved it also they do individual lashes which again I loved because they didn't look super fake or plastic like lol.

  I cannot say enough about Sara Faella and the Glammies! Sara was the very first vendor I booked for my wedding. I am very particular with my makeup and I knew that I needed to have the very best in my wedding day, not just a hairdresser that does makeup on the side. I think I got more compliments on my hair and makeup on my wedding day than the dress itself! She certainly exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From giving me her personal cell phone number to contact her, doing my hair and makeup trial on a Sunday to work with my very busy schedule, and even lacing up the corset on my wedding dress when my bridesmaids struggled to do so! Your wedding photos and/or video are something that will be cherished for a lifetime and having HD makeup applied by a pro really does make a HUGE difference. My photos are amazing and my photographer, who is a friend, said that very little retouching needed to be done. My bridesmaids were also very pleased with their airbrush makeup and updo's done by Brianna, be of the Glammies. If you want to look amazing on your wedding day, book Sara!

  I can not put into words the talent & competition for other vendors that Sara & her Glammies bring to the table. I was engaged 20 months before my wedding & she was the first vendor I booked. Between the bridal awards & phenomenal reviews, I knew I NEEDED to book Sara for my wedding. Both her assistant and Sara were always easy to contact and get in touch with, always answered my questions, & when I had a change in the # of services they were always accommodating. I had my hair&make-up trial with Sara which went extremely well. She is so sweet & patient! She knows her stuff and is one of the most professional people in the industry. She wrote down the make-up shades & everything that was used at my trial. Having this trial totally put me at ease for my wedding day. I knew I had nothing to worry about with her! On the day of the wedding, I had an extremely large bridal party where we needed 11 hair-dos & 9 make-ups and eyelashes completed. Sara & 3 of her glammies had everyone done within 2 hours. It was unbelievable!! Everyone looked gorgeous! I hate to say it but even my husband had his make-up done and he looked STUNNING! He had airbrush & HD make-up applied since our wedding video was in HD. It looked natural & he looked perfect! All the groomsmen were saying how they wished they had had the make-up service done too!! And honestly, Sara made me look like a supermodel and movie star with my make-up and hair!! I couldn't believe my eyes when I looked in the mirror!!! It further confirmed that booking her was the best decision I made! If you're a bride and you're reading this I promise you that you will absolutely regret it if you do not book Sara & her Glammies for your wedding day!! If she's not available for your wedding day, I would change your wedding date lol. I have recommended her to everyone & I will continue to do that for every newly engaged girl I meet! She was beyond accommodating as I live in AZ and she was in RI. A team traveling for my wedding day was a HUGE concern of mine but she alleviated all worries with her professionalism. She assured me they would deliver and they definitely did.
  
  My hair & makeup the day of the wedding looked even better than the trial. She is a true professional and will not leave until the hair & makeup looks perfect! Sara brought Shayla with her to help. Shayla not only helped with other bridesmaids but also stayed with me after the ceremony for pictures to make sure my hair & makeup looked perfect for the photographers. They both made not only getting ready fun, but also a total breeze and made my day that much more perfect. Everyone in the bridal party loved their hair. I could not have been happier on the day of my wedding. Thank you Sara & Shayla!

  Words cannot even express the gratitude I feel toward Sara and her Glammies. From the beginning of the planning process, it was smooth, professional, and a pleasure. I need to mention Erin - Sara's AMAZING asisstant. She answered every small question and corrected any minor detail I e-mailed to her promptly and efficiently. After our trials, my Mom and I had some changes we wanted to make. Erin passed the information along to Sara - along with pictures I attached to the e-mail. My Mom's hair and make-up and my own hair and make-up far surpassed anything I could have possibly imagined. It was such a relief to know that I had NOTHING to worry about. Sara and her Glam Squad girls were so quick, too! We originally had all but one of my girls getting their hair done and three getting make-up done. They got everyone done so quickly, they were able to do everyone's hair AND everyone's make-up (once they saw how nice the make-up appointments were coming out, they wanted to get their own done, too!). At the Glen Manor House, I had Sara stay to do touch ups. I cried during the ceremony, and she had me covered - not to mention ALL of my girls. My husband described her as a "little pixie" running around helping everyone! I just cannot say enough good things....They were sweet, fun, and GLAMOROUS! Thank you to Sara and the Glam Squad girls!

  AMAZING!!!! Fair prices, fair travel fee, amazing work! Ariana was the stylist who did my hair & make-up, as well as that of my Mom and my brother's girlfriend (I had no bridesmaids). She was super sweet and uber-helpful, as was all of Sara's Glam Squad. The trial went great - she was able to show me exactly what I thought I wanted, and then helped turn it into exactly what looked best (since the style I thought I liked would not work as well on my short hair).
  
  On my wedding day, Ariana was like an old friend coming to visit. It was so relaxing and easy-going. She made my brother's girlfriend look amazing, and she felt beautiful - she never wears makeup or does her hair, so it was great that Ariana was able to do just enough to make it special without taking away from the natural beauty this girl normally rocks.   And having my Mom look and feel her best meant so much to me. Ariana gave her a patch-test when I did my trial with the airbrush makeup to make sure it didn't affect her sensitive skin. My Mom has very short hair and had no idea how she wanted her hair done. Ariana made her absolutely glow, and even covered up the scars on her shoulder from previous battles with skin cancer. I will cherish the photos of me and my Mom.
  
  And of course, my makeup and hair! Ariana made me glow. I have never looked or felt better, and it held up all night long. Thank you to all of Sara’s Glammies!

  AMAZING!!!! Fair prices, fair travel fee, amazing work! Ariana was the stylist who did my hair & make-up, as well as that of my Mom and my brother's girlfriend (I had no bridesmaids). She was super sweet and uber-helpful, as was all of Sara's Glam Squad. The trial went great - she was able to show me exactly what I thought I wanted, and then helped turn it into exactly what looked best (since the style I thought I liked would not work as well on my short hair).
  
  On my wedding day, Ariana was like an old friend coming to visit. It was so relaxing and easy-going. She made my brother's girlfriend look amazing, and she felt beautiful - she never wears makeup or does her hair, so it was great that Ariana was able to do just enough to make it special without taking away from the natural beauty this girl normally rocks.   Absolutely Incredible! Sara was amazing to work with and I have never felt more beautiful in my entire life than on my wedding day! She and her glammies were awesome, and I wish I could hire them to do my hair and make up every day! Sara and her team were professional, responsive, and soo much fun to work with. I would reccommend her a million times over!

  For someone known to be verbose, I think my difficulty in finding the appropriate words to provide a glowing review for Sara Faella speaks volumes. It is obvious from Sara's portfolios and achievements that she is as talented an artist as anyone could ever hope to work with, yet she still exceeds any expectations a client could have of a vendor.
  
  Though I was not surprised to find that that was the case for my wedding, being beyond pleased with the amazing hair and makeup that have become synonymous with Sara and her Glam Squad, it was the overall experience that stands out most in my mind.
  
  Sara travelled with my friends and family and I to the Bahamas for my destination wedding. During the week, Sara went above and beyond, making sure that all members of the trip looked and felt beautiful, meanwhile becoming an adopted member of our very closely-knit group.
  
  Sara transcends the expected role of makeup artist, ready and willing to help out with any odds and ends that may come up during the event. For instance, one of my favorite images from my wedding is actually of adorable Sara, running down the isle, extra copy of the vows in hand, when my minister was fumbling to find his!
  
  Sara attends everyone who sits in front of her with the attention due to a legendary model, while making each feel like a longtime friend.   For my wedding on 3-25-12, choosing Sara and her Glam Squad to do hair and makeup for myself and my wedding party was a no brainer. Between the reviews and personal references, I knew I needed to have her. Let me just say that the entire team did an amazing job!! All of the girls were at my mom's house setting up even before I was! They worked like a well-oiled machine, which couldn't have been easy since they had less than 3 hours to do hair AND makeup on myself, my mom, and 7 bridesmaids. They pulled it off with ease (and time to spare), and everyone looked absolutely beautiful by the time the bus came to pick us all up. It was raining on and off that day, and several of us had down-do's that could have easily dropped due to the moisture.   I have known Sara for years and was thrilled to have her as my wedding artist/designer/stylist :) Sara and Glammies, Ariana and Angelina, were absolutely fabulous for my St. Patrick's Day wedding. All three ladies were super professional, and arrived early and ready to work (Sara actually beat me to my cousins house, aka prep station). They were very accommodating to the requests from both myself and all 4 of my bridesmaids. Our hair and makeup were flawless (one of my bridesmaids has actually never had curls last through the night.. until my wedding). Sara also made a couture hair accessory and birdcage veil which really completed my look. All the guests were complimenting us throughout the night about how perfect the hair and makeup turned out.. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day, and I know that Sara played a great role in that. I knew when I got engaged, and after looking at her work and knowing her talents, that she would be in high demand.. so I booked her almost 2 years in advance. Great decision on my part :) Many brides go back and forth, second guess, and after trials rethink their decisions. This was not at all the case for me. Sara and crew definitely delivered for me and my bridal party. We were all extremely satisfied with our services and would (and already have) recommend her to future brides. After my experience with Sara and her Glammies, I can finally say, for the first time ever, that I will go back to her salon(s) for regular haircuts and other services. And I would also rock a Team Sara shirt any day, fo sho. Love you ladies, keep up the great work <3

  Sara and her Glam Squad are AMAZING!! She deserves way more than 5 stars!! If she is available on your wedding date BOOK HER NOW!! I don’t know where I should start to discuss how truly amazing she is!! First when I met her for the trial I clicked with her right away. She has a very easy personality and you can be very direct with her about what you like and don’t like etc.. Before I selected her I read through all the reviews from other brides. Almost all of her reviews are positive which is absolutely unheard of in the wedding industry. Some brides can be a little unrealistic on how everything should be “perfect.”
  
  Sara and her Glammies arrived early to set up. Sara brought several people with her including a male to work on any guys that needed him. Sara and the Glam Squad starting working on everyone right away accept me. Unfortunately I got the stomach bug and was up vomiting the entire night before the wedding. I only slept about 2-3 hours and looked like hell and the same thing happened to my Mom. I went and talked to Sara about what to do. She suggested I take a nap with a cold cloth on my face and she would do my hair and makeup as late as possible. Sara and her Glammies finished my 8 bridesmaids, 2 junior bridesmaids, my Mother, Grandmother, and Mother in law all on time. Everyone looked amazing!!
  
  Sara is VERY talented and got my silky no texture hair to stay curled until the next day! My makeup looked fantastic and you couldn’t see any swelling near my eyes (I looked so bad that morning my MIL was crying). More importantly Sara is an amazing person that cares about each person she works on. It is clear this is her LOVE and not just a paycheck. There are very few people that care as much as she does about people. She did not have another wedding booked after mine and stayed late for touch ups during the pictures. There was a snow storm that day and things ran pretty behind schedule. Sara stayed several hours with two Glammies to make sure I looked great after I removed my veil! (It was a slow time of year and she had nothing else booked after). She knew how much it meant to me that I had a great hair day even though I didn’t feel well. Sara: Thank you again for making my wedding day easy and making us all beautiful! I will never forget your kindness! You are truly one in a billion.
