Tara from Scheme Events was absolutely incredible! She helped with everything! We live in Boston (I grew up in Las Vegas) and more than 95% of our guests were either traveling from the East Coast or from outside of the Vegas area, so we needed full-service wedding design and planning. Outside of the entertainment we wanted to have and the venues where we wanted to hold our church ceremony and reception, we felt lost initially. Tara shepherded us through the entire experience with grace and ease in less than 10 months!
Tara more than exceeded our expectations! So much so that we ended up giving her more of a "bonus" vs. a "tip." What really sets Tara apart is her kindness, compassion, flexibility, expertise, calm composure, creative problem-solving skills, and all-around five star service. Our wedding was a dream. Our guests said that it was the best wedding they'd ever been to and that they had so much fun.
Thanks to Tara, I was able to maintain a very low amount of stress headed into the wedding and throughout our wedding week. I would recommend Scheme Events to anyone, but especially to busy professionals who are looking for a high-class and fun wedding experience delivered by top-notch and exceptionally kind professionals! -

Grace, calm, and creativity, Tara embodies everything we were hoping to find in a wedding planner. We would 100% recommend her and the Scheme Events team to other couples. Our wedding was truly the best day of our lives, surpassing our expectations and filling us with joy, love, and laughter. We will always be grateful to Tara for giving us the wedding of our dreams. Drawing inspiration from our story and that of our families, Tara transformed our ideas and wishes into a cohesive, beautiful event that felt authentic to us as a couple. Along with placing my husband’s grandmother’s origami on the cocktail tables, she thought of placing playing cards matching our stationary design and spoons at the tables as a nod to how my husband and I met. Other highlights include her ceremony design, which featured a spring garden-inspired floral arch that could be repurposed for our reception, helping us be efficient with our floral budget and fulfilling my wish for all the color. Going with Scheme’s full service planning package with Tara gave us 15 months of stress-free fun, a creative outlet through which my husband and I grew closer as a couple, discovering our mutual tastes and planning ways to care for and delight our family and friends so they could enjoy the night with us after traveling cross-country and internationally for our destination wedding in Las Vegas. Our number one priority was guest experience, so we were overjoyed to receive heartfelt praise and thanks from many guests, some of whom said it was the highlight of their year so far and in the top 5 weddings they’d been to (the latter compliment from the longest married couple present). We even inspired some of our friends to plan for their own wedding someday, one friend expressing the hope that hers will be similar to ours in terms of overall feeling and vibe.
If Tara is available for your date, I would encourage you to meet with her! Don’t hold back on sharing your hopes and vision–as other reviews describe, you can count on Tara to provide you with choices that feel fresh and true to you and your partner’s spirit and style. Our wedding planner (Francesca) from Scheme Events was an absolute dream to work with. She takes the lead on partial planning, which is what we had and we could not have had a better experience from beginning to end. She was easy and enjoyable to work with and she kept me and my husband on track with everything. The entire Scheme Team made our wedding day the most memorable ever! -

I was fortunate enough to have Francesca and the Scheme Events team as my "month-of" planner. Francesca took my vision for my wedding and perfected it. From the minute I met with Francesca she was calm, cool and collected...she listened intently to my concerns and requests and delivered perfectly. Francesca assured me that everything would be as I envisioned it, and it was. On the day of my wedding, Francesca and her team worked to make sure that all vendors set up correctly, were on time, everything was in place and everything looked the best it possibly could look, with smiles on their faces the entire day. The whole team was calming, complimentary, assuring, kind, hard-working, professional and positive...with great personalities!! I would recommend Francesca to anyone with an upcoming wedding, you will not be disappointed. -

Where do I begin! Tara and her team are absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make our wedding dream come true.
I interviewed/met with tons of wedding planners but when I met Tara it was different. I could tell she had a passion for her work and she genuinely loved what she did.
I loved the fact that I was able to work directly work with her. Some of my girl friends that got married said they were mostly in communication with the wedding planner’s assistant. This was not the case with Tara. Even though I knew she was planning other weddings she never made us feel like our wedding was not important or too far down the road to worry about. We always felt like her main priority. I also loved the fact that I could email Tara at 9:30PM and when I would wake up the next day I would have an email from her answering all my million questions.
Tara also did an amazing job recommending vendors to use. From DJ Shai Peri to Mike at Pure Light Creative. They were all amazing.
Some other things we loved about Tara:

She is an amazing wedding planner and has an amazing team. You will not be disappointed. We're so grateful we had her as our planner.

Our experience with Scheme events was outstanding. Tara met with us and we instantly connected. The attention to detail and professionalism was immediately prominent. What set her apart was the passion she had towards bringing our vision to life. She didn't only listen and take notes but truly got to know us as a couple. After the first meeting she delivered a wonderfully detailed plan of action for our big day. From then on it was as if we could do nothing but enjoy the entire process. Those cliche feelings of being nervous or anxious about finding a common ground to create a day that appeases each person was washed away. Scheme events truly delivers on the attention to detail you want while also providing creative vision that sets them apart from the rest. Which in turn sets your wedding apart from the rest. We always felt special and that we were getting our own custom designed wedding. When the big day was finally here Tara and her team had everything handled. Scheme events took a dream and made it a reality. It was the greatest day of our lives! We cannot thank Tara enough and it was the best decision. -

Laura Sent on 04/22/2017Tara is not only the best wedding coordinator out there, but truly an amazing person inside and out. This means so much when planning a wedding because it should be personalized and unique down to the tiniest of details and Tara was able to do that for us because of her genuine interest for us as a couple. We started planning over 2 years out and Tara was organized, timely, thoughtful and creative throughout the entire planning process. She was straight forward with ideas and costs and after a while she was reading my mind when it came down to the design plan. She will spend the time to research, plan and then present you with multiple courses of action and was a life savor when choosing vendors since we were not living in the area. The day of the wedding, I learned of a couple things that went wrong, but it wasn't until after the fact because Tara had it totally under control and was a superstar at putting out the fires. I am beyond grateful that Tara was our wedding coordinator and turned into an amazing friend along the way. She can turn your dream wedding into reality. Throughout the entire coordination process from beginning to end, these ladies were attentive, responsive, professional, maintained fun-loving attitudes and were an absolute joy to work with - allowing me to have no worries and truly be a stress-free bride on our Wynn-ing wedding day. We can't thank y'all enough for making our day absolutely perfect!
