  Comprehensive events services that saved my wedding day!

  I am so thankful that we hired A Amore Events & Entertainment (aka SeattleDJ.com) to help us with our wedding--in our case, we truly might not have been able to have our wedding day without them! I hired them to provide the following services for my wedding: do-it-yourself wedding planner (Mari) and officiant/DJ (Carlos). Since my wedding was on the smaller side (less than 60 people), a DIY planner worked out great--Mari offered virtual and in person consultations on various topics (e.g., wedding invitations, venue site visits, vendor suggestions, etc.) and it was easy to schedule appointments via her online portal. Mari's advice was very useful and practical, and she created a wedding timeline and coordinated with my other vendors to help organize the day. I also found A Amore Events & Entertainment's comprehensive wedding package to very reasonably priced.
  
  However, what made their service exceptional was what occurred 7 days before my wedding: Mari had found out from her event planner contacts that my venue had been closed down by the City of Seattle and canceled all its weddings! She texted to let me know, and I tried to get a hold of the venue owner without success (note: what happened to couples like me with that venue was described in articles on KOMO News and The Seattle Times). So I had 7 days to scramble and find a new venue and caterer, while also wondering about whether I would get a refund from the previous venue! Very fortunately, Mari was there for me--through her contacts, we arranged for a new venue/caterer with 4 days to spare and she was right there at the meeting with me and our new venue to discuss logistics, food choices, etc. Mari essentially helped save my wedding, and it was a wonderful and lovely day!
  
  In regards to my officiant/DJ from A Amore Events, Carlos rolled with the punches with the change in venue/timeline. We used one of the suggested vows he provided to us and found them to be moving and profound. He was a very friendly, charming, and amusing emcee for the day and helped keep the wedding on track regarding timeline. He also was game for the changes in music requests he received from our guests.
  
  Overall, I enthusiastically recommend A Amore Events & Entertainment!

  Best DJ you could ask for

  Mari and her team are one in a million. Every attention to detail and really takes on more than I would expect a DJ to do. We included karaoke and excellent MC skills plus she was amazing at keeping the wedding on track. She will work with you to stay on budget and is just a doll.

  Best Vendor I've worked with. Mari is well organized and detail oriented. She was VERY helpful! She makes sure everything goes the way you want. Everything was perfect. I couldn't asked for anybody else. I would book with Mari again in the future. Definitely will recommend her to everyone.

  The Photo Booth was great...such a great addition to our reception. Everyone had fun with this...family, friends, old, young. So much fun for us to have everyone's pictures they took uploaded to our app so we could share the digital images!

  Mari and Amore Entertainment/Seattle DJ.com are the best! Mari has loads of experience in nearly every venue in the Seattle area. She has real insight into lighting and is never flustered and always flexible.

  A photo booth was new for our corporate party, and Mari made sure I understood everything that would be involved. Photo booths sure have come a long way! There were so many options, and it was definitely a high point of our party - everyone had a great time with the props and backgrounds. Being able to give staff access to the photos online (after the event) was a definite plus too. Thanks Mari!

  Mari is a wealth of knowledge. This was my first client appreciation party and she went above and beyond to make it a success! She helped me plan, prepare, shop and setup as well as keeping the event interactive and fun. I will be using her for all my events!

  We hired the Photo Booth for mine and my bff's birthday celebration at a local bar. At first we weren't sure if there would be enough room to have it but Mari visited the bar with us to choose the best spot for it. Everyone had a blast and the custom prints and the custom mobile app that our digital pics were uploaded into was amazing!

  I have attended 3 events that Seattle Sillie Selfies Photo Booth put on in the past 13 months. One of the events was my event. They do an awesome memorable job. They do more than expected, and make the even better. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They bring great props, and get lots of great photos, and are also really nice people.

  A Amore' Events was a fabulous company for all of our wedding day needs.   Mari totally took care of us on our wedding day! She created a timeline of events and helped us feel less stress about the organization of the actually ceremony and reception. Mari is incredibly reliable, knowledgable and offers terrific advice on how to make your day that much more special! We are the second members in our family to use her wedding services.   Mari (DJ and owner) was the DJ for our wedding ceremony and reception. I can honestly say, our wedding would not have been the same with out her! She was so quick and prompt, answered any questions I had whether they were regarding music, recommended restaurants for our rehearsal dinner or how I should arrange walking down the aisle with my father and grandfather.
  
  Mari's energy and passion for her work really made me decide she was the perfect one for my wedding. She really focused on the day being ALL ABOUT US, and she did everything she could to ensure that. Mari kept the party going, our guests energy up, and the dance floor was packed from the beginning to the end of the night.
  
  All of our guests ranted and raved about how much fun our wedding was, and most of all how great our DJ was. Everyone knew exactly what to expect, where to go, and what was happening next, which was wonderful. We didnt have any confused, undirected guests.
  
  I would definitely recommend Mari to all future bride and grooms! She was a pleasure to work with, and so sweet!

  Mari was super helpful in the planning process of our wedding. She is extremely organized and very experienced. It was really easy to contact her with questions and she was very responsive. Only 2 complaints: During the ceremony the mic that we were using kept cutting out, which was kind of distracting and made it difficult for all of our guests to hear us. Also, there was a lack of communication between her and the venue staff (so, this may not be her fault) about when we were starting dinner and when we were going to cut the cake. In both cases the venue staff were not ready yet. Other than that, we really enjoyed having her as our DJ and highly recommend her.

  We had a typical wedding nightmare leading up to the big day when we realized we had made the wrong choice in hiring a DJ for our wedding who was not an MC. 4 weeks prior to our wedding I had a dream that in order to keep the party going that my husband and I actually had to be on the mic. Not exactly what I had pictured! In order to make sure we didn't find ourselves in that situation I switched to A Amore. While they normally like to start planning earlier, they worked with us to try and meet as many of our needs as they could. Mari is great, and while I had hoped she'd be available she ended up having Michael DJ/MC for us. The week prior to I had some difficulty getting in touchw ith Michael, so the day of we had a few details to still iron out. Overall I was pretty pleased!
