When it comes to planning big events (or even small ones) there is one thing that matters more to me than anything else. My wife might think it's money, but that's not it. What matters most is Peace of Mind.
The stress of planning something as big as a family vacation overwhelms me, and takes away from the overall experience. Did I pick the right hotel? Are the activities good for everyone? Will they enjoy themselves? And can we even afford to make the trip?! I tend to be consumed with worry when I should be feeling an abundance of joy!
I need a vacation from my vacation planning...and that's where Seven Hills comes in!
While you won't find it listed on any menu of their services, Seven Hills provides peace of mind. I trusted Seven Hills with our latest family vacation (a surprise birthday trip to Disney!!) and I have to say that they eliminated the stress for me! From the beginning, they took on the challenge of planning our trip as if it were their own family vacation. They are thoughtful, insightful, and focused on us. They just seem to understand exactly what I (we) needed.
If Seven Hills can make planning a Disney vacation magical, I am certain they can do the same for any trip, anywhere. Thank You Seven Hills!!

Joanna is amazing and goes above and beyond to create your exact vision of a honeymoon all in your price range. Our honeymoon in Thailand was even better than we could have imagined because of all the small details she took care of with respect to transportation, tours and itineraries. Joanna is amazing! We experienced Italy in a way we never would have been able to without her guidance. I was exhausted after planning the wedding, so my husband decided that he was going to plan the entire honeymoon. Thank goodness he called Seven Hills because planning is not his thing... at all.
Every day of the trip was filled with an exciting new adventure. We stayed at amazing hotels and every restaurant recommendation was excellent. We saw things we never would have found on our own, and everything far exceeded my expectations. Honestly, it was the most amazing trip I've ever taken.
Everything was perfect - it was a truly sensational honeymoon and we can't thank Seven Hills enough for all he did to help us!Joanna is amazing! Seven Hills did a wonderful job assisting us on a multi-city trip throughout Asia. She found some great hotels and seamlessly adjusted our schedule due to a last minute change in plans.
She also gave us great insider tips and valuable info on the places we were visiting that allowed me to make the most of our stay.

Our wedding planner referred us to Seven Hills to plan our honeymoon, and we couldn't have been happier with the results! We started out not really sure where we wanted to go on our honeymoon.
We worked with Jessica and she displayed great levels of attention to detail, customer service, and patience throughout this planning process. We ended up deciding on a 12 night trip to Australia and New Zealand, and it was the perfect honeymoon! Seven Hills booked all hotels, tours, and transfers for us. They also provided us with a list of excursions, and we ended up booking a few in advance. They placed us on a private boat to tour around the Great Barrier Reef for the day. It was one of the best days of our whole trip.
Additionally upon arrival we had a bottle of wine waiting for us! Seven Hills planned a vacation for my husband and I and now forever will!! They took care every detail and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Our flight was delayed on our return flight home and we knew about it immediately because seven hills sent us an email...since we knew early we decided to get a bite to eat instead of sitting at the gate...that was awesome!! I would recommend Seven Hills to anyone that is looking to have a trip planned and not have to worry about a detail!!! This travel company is outstanding! Each staff member is extremely friendly and accessible. We had a fairly complicated trip to book and it was reassuring to go through the process with this very organized and knowledgable company.
They made our trip to Europe that much better and went above and beyond every step of the way. First, we received a thank you note upon booking, second we got a travel journal for us to write down our experiences, and upon arrival we had a note welcoming us to the hotel with a bottle of wine.

I booked my destination wedding with Seven Hills and they did a great job. We had 35 people for our wedding in Florence, Italy.
We worked with Joanna and she was very patient with us and answered all the questions we had. She recommended great places in several price ranges as we really weren't sure where we were going to net out. She helped us make our own decision by giving us as much information as possible.
The best part about the wedding is that she helped us create a wedding destination website. We wanted to help our guests with activities in the area and Seven Hills set everything up and made it VERY easy for our guests. Prior to their departure each guest got their very own welcome packet which included information about the hotel, local area, maps, activities, itinerary, and even a Seven Hills contact number for guests to reach out while overseas.

Joanna helped us plan a trip to South America. We went to three different places and she booked our hotels and rental car. She was very nice and prompt with all communication and picked out great hotels+got us good pricing.
She earns the fifth star for helping us out when my boyfriend left behind his jacket at one of our hotels. She was very quick when responding, she contacted the hotel for us and the jacket was back home in San Francisco before we knew it! Thanks Seven Hills!!!Using a travel agent is the way to go!
