  serene natural environment in the beautiful city of cerritos. Karoline, Kathalyn and the front desk personnel were very helpful. whenever we needed karoline, she was readily available to answer our questions and accommodated what we had to do in a very short time. 3 cheers for them. we look forward to seeing them in future events. Thank you very much.

  We held our 20th HS Reunion at the Cerritos Sheraton. Karoline was our awesome corrdinator and made me feel welcomed from the start. She made the scheduling of our event smooth and made me feel special as a customer!

  Sandy is amazing.. I can't say enough good things about her. The venue is the first thing i booked. I wanted a venue that served very tasty foods. We loved the location, it is very convenient for all the out of town guests and the ballroom is beautiful. Sandy is very professional, and she responds quickly to any concerns or requests you may have. I usually contact her through email and she will always respond within 24 hours if not sooner, but you can call her anytime. She is so helpful, and is willing to work around you. Our wedding turned out beautifully. She worked with us the whole way through. There are no hidden charges. Sandy is very organized and easy to work with. If you want to have your wedding at Sheraton Cerritos hotel , ask for Sandy!!!!

  We had a 50th Anniversary party at the Sheraton. Karoline and her staff were amazing. They were on top of every detail. The venue looked amazing. Everything was planned down to the last detail and the occasion went off without a hitch. Felipe the event manager was very helpful. He made sure the event stayed on schedule and everything flowed smoothly. I would highly recommend this venue and working with the people at the Sheraton. They are amazing!

  I can't thank Sheraton and especially Veronica enough, for helping me plan this wedding in 5 weeks. They were so patient with me when I asked tons of questions. The hotel was clean and the staff members were always friendly and courteous. They tried to accommodate all my family friends on the 4th and 5th floor, which made it fun and easier to communicate with others. Thank you!!

  First time to plan this kind of event and glad to do it again with the help of Karoline Movagharian, Kathleen Laurin, Brenda Harris & Manuel Alberto who made our high school reunion a successful one. A big shout out to Karoline for being patience with me, quick to respond with all the changes I made and making sure everything we need was met.

  Karoline and her staff were amazing! From beginning to end, Karoline provided excellent customer service and on top of it, provided amazing pricing. The entire event was a hit and people were shocked when they heard the price I paid. If I have another large event, I will most definitely be in touch again to have it at the Sheraton in Cerritos.

  The quality of service Karoline and every single employee of the Sheraton Cerritos involved in our event, was above and beyond our expectations. Prior to calling Karoline; we had considered other hotels, but upon meeting her for the first time, we knew we had found a venue for our special event. And from that first meeting to the moment we checked out the day after our event, Karoline and staff we friendly, courteous and professional.
  
  Our guests commented on how nice the hotel was and thoroughly enjoyed the dinner. I would definitely return to the Cerritos Sheraton and recommend their services to my friends and family.

  I was very pleased and happy that we booked our Corporate event at Sheraton Cerritos. Everyone in the catering and banquet services were very professional in dealing with their clients, especially Ms. Veronica Carreon, one of the Catering Manager, she was there until the event started. She made sure that all our needs was taken care and we never had a problem. Our event was very successful and even our guests gave us a compliment. Even the price they offered was really reasonable. I would highly recommend you book your next event to Sheraton Cerritos. I already have recommended this place to two of my friends and one of them who had their event before us was also extremely satisfied, and my other friend who is having her daughter's engagement in the next few months I am sure they will never regret it.

I can't believe the superior service that they have given us. It was my daughters 18th birthdAY celebration and I was reluctant at first to book my event at this hotel but when I met Sandy Lee, all my fears were gone. She was just so friendly and accommodating. I have never seen a director like that. Hyatt hotel director of sales and events won't even entertain me unless I was sure to book their hotel. Barbra, also was awesome. She was on top of everything. She anticipated all my needs, I did not even have to ask her for anything, she was always there for whatever we need during the event. Staff were all so respectful to all the people in the event. They did their job without disturbing the program. They were always available when you need them. I have stayed in so many hotels all over the country and I don't really participate on reviews or surveys, but I cant let this kind of service that was given to us just pass by without being given the proper recognition. SHERATON CERRITOS EVENT AND CATERING STAFF - YOU GUYS ROCK. 10 stars for you.

  Amazing service! Super responsive and I got exactly what I wanted. I was able to go to the venue several times and able to meet with someone to work out the plan for the event. On the day of the event, their team was super supportive and made everything run smoothly.

  Our wedding was planned on very short notice. We set a date and had 2 months to get everything ready. It was quite tough to find a venue to our liking on such short notice, but Sheraton Cerritos was a wonderful surprise. We could not believe our luck when this venue was available on our desired dates. We had two ceremonies (Mehendi and the Wedding) on April 24th and 25th respectively. The hotel gave us an excellent deal on the venue and allowed us to use the same Crystal Ballroom for the smaller event on 4/24 (100 people), even though it is usually used for events involving more than 150 people. They permit out side vendors for catering, which was something I really wanted.
  From the start, Veronica Carreon, who was in charge of this event at the hotel, was extremely helpful. I do not live in LA and Veronica helped plan the details of my wedding via facetime. She was extremely thorough and detailed. She was not available during the actual dates of the ceremony (as she was on vacation), and left Barbara in charge and who was just as wonderful to work with. She was also very involved and took personal care to make the event run smoothly and look after my family's requests. The wedding ran beyond the permitted time, but the hotel was very professional in handling this and did not rush us out and instead gave us the extra half hour we needed to concluded our event.
  Our guest, many of who flew in from else where, enjoyed their stay in the hotel. The staff through out the event was very hospitable and accommodating. I am extremely delighted with this venue and could not be happier. The Crystal ballroom looked stunning in the pictures of our wedding.

  The whole experience was wonderful, from the start everything was managed well. Sandy Lee handled all the details expertly and our wedding and reception came off beautifully and our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

  Cathy Cheng and her amazing crew really are one in a million. Of all the venues you could select for your wedding, the Sheraton of Cerritos may seem like a modest choice for the glitz and glamour you've always dreamt of on your big day. But I assure you, the glitz, glamour, and overall impressiveness lies in the amazing quality of work provided by the event staff. From the moment we began our journey with Cathy, we knew we were in the best hands possible. She truly cared about every detail of our event. And she was always available!!! If I ever had any questions or anything, I could email or call her and I would get a response right away! Our entire event was kept on time, flowing smoothly and seamlessly. The catering staff was attentive and always there to make sure you had everything you needed. Right before our reception grand entrance, Cathy gave my new husband and I a huge hug, congratulating us and we felt so cared for. At the end of the reception, the catering staff made sure we were fully satisfied. When asking if I needed anything as our guests began to clear out I said "you know, I would LOVE a huge glass of ICE cold water to take to my room!" Moments later, not only did I get ice cold water, I got 2 huge bottles of VOSS water, cold as they could be! She even had snuck a piece of cake for me in a to-go container before it was all served because she knew I would want to have some in my room to really enjoy! I was so incredibly pleased! When my husband and I finally got up to our room that night, we were greeted by a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and a warm note from Cathy. It really made us feel special. I can't suggest this hotel and staff enough. The venue is beautiful and calming, the accommodations are superb and the staff...well you already know...WE LOVE THEM!

  Sheraton Cerritos was our 1st choice for our wedding reception & it exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated their patience & flexibility in working with us to accommodate our requests. The Garden Terrace was beautifully set up, the service was second to none, & the food was cooked to PERFECTION!!! Our combination of guests savored the ever-so-moist Champagne Chicken or their absolutely delicious Vegan Meal. Rossmoor Pastries provided an exquisite cake that was a slice of heaven!!! We couldn't wait for our 1st anniversary to enjoy the top tier; it lasted but days!

  Veronica was our coordinator for the Sheraton, and was extremely responsive and sensitive to our needs. Although both my husband and I were coordinating the wedding from out of town (New York, actually), she provided us with enough information and flexibility so it could happen! The Sheraton had a direct contract with Furiwa, who was our caterer, and it worked out perfectly. We used the Crystal Ballroom for our 170 guests, and it was beautiful! The lighting, dance-floor, and table arrangements were very easily done and Veronica accommodated to our requests (which changed quite a bit in the last few weeks!)
