Yesterday I officiated at my niece’s wedding held at The Sheraton Needham.
It was a fabulous celebration.
I can’t say enough good things about the all staff at the Sheraton Needham. (front desk, hospitality, management, maintenance, housekeeping etc.) Everyone was so helpful and accommodating.
The outside courtyard was power washed and swept. The food was delicious and abundant. Everything went on as planned.
My niece was sooooo happy.

Words can't express how awesome Rosa and Nadine were at the Sheraton Needham. Rosa especially went above and beyond in helping make my night very special. They covered every avenue that I myself didn't even consider. They were so accommodating, professional and just down to earth. I don't think I would have pulled my wedding night off without them. I highly recommend Sheraton Needham and working with Rosa because she makes things happen.

We had our reception in the ballroom at the Needham Sheraton. Closet to 200 people, a Saturday night party. Ashley Patterson, our banquet manager, was completely awesome, from initial planning all the way to the night of the event, making sure that every detail was in place. All of our guests commented that the food was awesome. The room looked great (we used Sheraton linen and Sheraton glowbar). Very strong recommendation for the Needham Sheraton.

When we found out that, due to construction, we couldn't host our son's bar mitzvah at our synagogue, my husband and I called the Sheraton Needham. I'm so glad we did. From the first call with Ashley, we felt like we were taken care of. Our family is complex and large, with lots of food allergies. We had tons of vendors... Ashley managed the process smoothly and professionally. The food was fantastic as well, and all our family's allergies were accommodated in the most convenient and sensitive way. Ashley and the amazing staff also handed a last minute DJ change with ease. I would definitely host another event with them!

Ashley was absolutely amazing! She was very professional and had awesome recommendations when I was lost. When reviewing menu options, she was very open to my concerns (my wife is super picky) and allowed me to make a menu that worked perfect for our needs. Ashley was super friendly and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Sheraton Needham to anyone looking to have an event. I can say with confidence that they will have an easy time planning their event with Ashley and the staff will do a great job carrying out your wishes.

Ashley Patterson was a pleasure to work with while planning our 40th high school reunion. She was efficient, warm, answered our every whim, email, phone call and text in a timely manner and could not do enough to help make our event a success! And a great success it was!

I just hosted our 2nd family event at this hotel (receptions for Bat Mitzvahs). I could not have been happier. Food and service were great. The planning process was wonderful. The catering personnel were excellent, and the chef was attentive to our needs and had great advice. Our out of town family and friends enjoyed staying at the hotel. I would recommend this venue without any reservations at all.

Couldn't have asked for a better venue or group of people to work with! Everything was handled in such a timely and professional manner! Every single one of my questions was answered right away! I would definitely have another event here! Ashley Patterson could not have been better to work with!

I had the pleasure of working with Ashley while planning my step daughter's wedding. We had looked at numerous venues in the area and chose the Sheraton mostly because of the genuine care and enthusiasm we received from Ashley. From the very start she was warm, welcoming and professional. She answered all our questions, helped us with finding outside vendors and was very quick to respond to any emails or phone calls. We also had a few family members with some serious food allergies and she worked very closely with the chef to insure that all our needs were met. On the day of the event she was there from start to finish making sure that the whole day was perfect. The food, even the special order food (which according to the person who has to eat it is usually bland) was delicious and more importantly served promptly and hot.
We had a lot of guests coming in from out of town and Nancy, on reservations, was also great to work with.
The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was professional, friendly and very welcoming. The banquet staff made the day seem effortless and everything went perfectly.
I would not hesitate to recommend the Sheraton in Needham, and especially Ashley for anyone looking to plan any social event.

My fiancé and I couldn’t be happier that we ended up choosing the Sheraton Needham for our wedding reception and room block. We considered places closer to downtown Boston that would give our guests more of the city experience, but ultimately, we didn’t want our guests to worry about finding/paying for parking and we wanted the hotel rooms to be affordable enough that people would want to stay over and keep partying after the reception – the Sheraton checked both of those boxes!

The Sheraton was very accommodating and flexible throughout all of our dealings with them, and they agreed to waive the overnight parking charges for all of our guests due to my concern over this issue. Nancy, who handled our room block, was fantastic and always responsive and helpful – despite my never-ending emails!

Also, their wedding package included a lot more for the money than similar packages at hotels downtown. We were thrilled with everything that was included, and it made the process easier than having to deal with and pay for everything separately. Ashley, who was our event coordinator, was absolutely amazing! At the outset of planning our wedding, we didn’t know how important the event coordinator was – but Ashley surpassed any expectations that we could ever have. She was always friendly and patient and willing to go above and beyond for us. We had a lot of special requests and changed our minds on things several times, and Ashley was always organized and more than willing to make things work for us despite extra effort and hassles on her end. If I tried to count all the emails I sent her, it would easily be over 100, and she was always very responsive, professional, and friendly. I look forward to staying in touch with her in the future!

In the end, the hotel was the perfect setting for our guests, the ballroom was beautiful, and the guests loved the food and had an absolute blast! Everyone keeps saying they wish we could do it all over again! :) Thank you!!

Excellent service and staff. Terrific location and wonderful food and services. The staff paid close attention to every detail of our event and worked hard to make it a truly memorable occasion for all of our guests. VERY PLEASED!!!

Everyone was wonderful! The staff could not have been nicer! They made the evening from the start of cocktail hour to the end of the evening. The kids and the adults are still talking about the food and the how it was set up. Ashley and Catherine knocked it out of the park!

Sheraton was very flexible and accommodating, e.g. they set up a thing of tea and plenty of tea cups at the 2nd floor common area for us for the Chinese tea ceremony and provided the Cabot room to us for picture taking before and after the wedding ceremony. Food was delicious. Food was the #1 reason why we chose to go with Sheraton Needham and easy access to hotel rooms was our #2 reason. Guest hotel rooms are very nice. Guests loved their stay at the hotel. Table settings and bars were very nice. Although we were surprised when we were notified about 2 hours before the wedding ceremony that a stage was placed in the wedding ceremony for us, we were actually glad to have the stage because the guests were able to see us much better.

The team at the Sheraton was outstanding. Ashley and Katherine were beyond accommodating and worked with us on our budget and the event was perfect! They showed such patience as well. Being a mother of 4, my head was spinning at times while planning my fourth's christening and the team was so understanding! Highly recommend!!!

We had a Friday night dinner party at the hotel just before my daughters Bat Mitzvah. This is our 3rd event at the Sheraton Needham. Our family commented a number of times how excellent the service was, the improved quality of the rooms and lobby and how much they enjoyed the Friday night dinner event. It appeared that the new property also made the front desk staff much happier. We very much enjoyed our event and would do it again. I also wanted to send our personal thanks to Jennifer Pfeiffer who arranged our event and worked with my wife on the dinner and rooms. She was excellent, professional, and anyone who can work with my wife should be appreciated. We were under a lot of stress and she did a very good job with us.

Richard was terrific. He helped us every step of the way and everything was excellent.

I had the time of my life! From the moment we walked in to look at the hotel to the day we packed up our "stuff" the day after the wedding, I loved working with every person that was involved in making my day AMAZING! Everyone was so kind and patient and cooperative, and of course, so friendly!

This was our second Bar/Bat Mitzvah that we held at the Sheraton in three years. The space was great, food tasty and the staff a pleasure to deal with. Will continue to highly recommend to others.

The Sheraton Needham provided a wonderful setting for my wedding reception! Their recently renovated ballroom is huge and very elegant looking inside, and we were able to use the outside patio for our cocktail reception, as well. The combination of the patio, ballroom, and hallways surrounding the ballroom (that were also used during the cocktail hour for bartenders and food displays) made for a TON of space- way more than was offered at any of the other venues we visited. Since we had full use of the ballroom, it also pretty much assured us that we would be the only wedding at the hotel that night which was a big plus.

Richard, the wedding coordinator, was fantastic to work with. He was always very timely and responsive and very enthusiastic. He did his best to make sure everything was just as we wanted it, even smoothly working in some last minute decorations we added the week of the wedding. He kept in close contact with our vendors, so that all of the timing of deliveries, etc. was out of my hands, and he made sure that I had little to worry about leading up to the wedding.

The night itself was great, and Richard and his staff checked in with us often making sure everything was going as we had wanted. We also received MANY comments about how great the food was! Overall, everything was fantastic.

My 4.5 stars for flexibility was related mostly to the fact that the hotel was not overly flexible with allowing our out of town relatives to check in early, and sometimes booking hotel rooms in our reserved block was not easy, but I think this was mostly an issue with Sheraton and not with this specific hotel.

The Sheraton Needham was a great choice for our event. We were overwhelmed by the quality of service we received and the flexibility of all hotel staff to make our event special and successful!

I would highly recommend the Sheraton in Needham. The facility was attractive and clean, and the staff were friendly and responsive. They gladly communicated with other vendors to make sure the event went smoothly.

Where do I begin to tell of the wonderful an affair we had at the Sheraton Needham for my son's Bar Mitzvah ?From the first meeting with Blake Alleyn with Jennifer Pfeiffer taking over, the entire experience was easy, special, and very accomodating,Being greeted each visit to plan with a big smile and hello from Charlie at the front desk, to out of town guest arrangement made smooth by Nancy Hurley the sheraton was the perfect choice for us.
The service at the evening cocktail hour and dinner til the end was smooth and magical. The entire staff were well coordinated in their service and gracious helpfulness. I would work with this hotel for any large event I have in the future and recommend them very highly as a destination for a special event.
