  I use Silvio's whenever I host an event! The food is always a crowd pleaser and the presentation is great. They are have high quality service and food at a reasonable price. I've hired Silvio's several times for Holiday parties, my kids parties, school events and my own birthday parties. I highly recommend Silvio's Brazilian BBQ!!!

  We have used Silvio's for five events and have not once been disappointed with either the service or the menus that we have selected. On two occasions we needed to devise menus aimed at "children and dads" and the flexibility offered by Doug in creating these menus was most helpful. And as for the food, how can you go wrong with the chicken in the "secret marinade"!! YUMM!!

  Silvio's was a joy to work with! They helped me create the perfect catering menu for our guests. The food was delivered on time and was super hot. It was delicious and the highlight for our guests.

  Silvio's provided amazing service and delicious food. All of my guests were extremely impressed and spoke to me for days afterwards about how good the food was. Josh also went out of his way and stayed for the first part of the party to help serve the meat. He always makes sure that the meat will be hot and fresh for the start of the event. You can't go wrong if you order from Silvios!!

  Silvio's brings the best of Brazilian Cuisine to the South Bay. They are famous for hosting huge events all over Southern California. You can expect top quality service at affordable prices. Just tell them what you want and relax! You're in good hands.

  Don't let the word 'BBQ' fool you when you read Silvio's name. This is not your sloppy, messy, greasy BBQ place!
  
  Silvio's nailed it above and beyond our expectations when it came to our dinner at the wedding. Josh was our go to guy for our big day and the catering along with Nicole and Doug.
  
  The trip-tip, and chicken served at dinner was ridiculous! So so good! We were off taking photo's but we heard from several of our guests that the pre dinner appetizers were phenomenal, which was a ceviche, caprese (sp?) and a mini brat.
  
  In the meetings leading up to the wedding day we were VERY impressed with the guidance and direction Josh and his team gave us when it came to areas we were unsure of or the actual menu planning. They didn't expect us to know everything and offered great suggestions! Like beans, DON'T have them at your wedding, they make a big mess. Glad we listened to their resistance on no beans :)

  We used Silvio's for an employee recognition dinner. The food was very good and plentiful. The servers were all very nice as well.

  We had the most amazing wedding food! Honestly, I have not seen one person since our wedding that hasn't commented on how fantastic the food was!
  
  They grilled onsite (this is an option) and the trip-tip was fall of the fork tender and filled with flavor. The bbq chicken is the best we had ever had and so said everyone that tried it. People actually had seconds! At a wedding! Unheard of!!!
  
  Josh was our main contact for the months before and was always reachable by phone and email. They were on time, professional and completely friendly with everyone. They sliced the tri tip per person right there! We paid for the extra layer of "fat"on top of the trip tip called Picanha and it was so totally worth it. Grilled with rock salt and beer. YUMMY!
  
  You can set up a time with them to visit there shop on the Hermosa Pier and taste their food. I highly recommend going there for dinner or lunch before and you will be sold! Lots of sides options. We even had them an hour before to pass out come caprese appetizers.

  I'm so glad I went with Silvio's Brazilian BBQ for my daughter's birthday. The food was amazingly delicious. What I love was that it stayed warm throughout the whole party for hours!!! Couldn't complain. The service from start to finish was great. Very responsive and answered all of my questions. The setup was effortless; they, of course, did everything. Couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend.
