Our wedding experience at the Spokane Club was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the exceptional service provided by their staff. Their team's attentiveness and responsiveness made us feel like the most important couple and left our guests extremely impressed. I had a substantial number of guests that needed gluten-free meals and the catering team was very accommodating, making every guest comfortable.
We cannot thank Jackie Kiley, the Catering Director, enough for her outstanding support and expertise. From the early planning stages to the final moments of our reception, she was a constant source of guidance and reassurance. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and creative suggestions were invaluable in creating such a magical day for us. The Spokane Club's exceptional service and genuine care sets them apart as a truly remarkable wedding venue. Not to mention, the beautiful columns and historic charm made us feel very fancy. If you're seeking a venue that combines gorgeous architecture, outstanding service, and a team that will go above and beyond, the Spokane Club is the perfect choice. -

I had no idea what to do when it came to my wedding, but everyone at the Spokane Club knew what to do so that I didn’t have to. I had so many questions, and Jackie was always fast, professional, and helpful with her responses. It’s been almost 6 months since my wedding, and I’m still getting compliments about the food! Everyone had a great experience because the Spokane Club did a great job! -

The perfect wedding
This was the most wonderful wedding. The Bride and Groom ready rooms were convenient and beautiful, and our guests appreciated being able to stay at the same location as the reception. Jackie, the coordinator, is polished to perfection and made our day shine. We are so glad we celebrated at the Spokane Club. *the food was exceptionally delicious, we received many complements and were touched that someone made us up extra plates for the evening, and put them in the honeymoon room for us. -

Word of the night: "Magical"
This venue is so beautiful and very reasonably priced. The staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly and made planning a breeze. My wedding was on 1/29/22 and to this day, people are still talking about how beautiful it was....I've heard the word "magical" from so many guests. One guest, in particular, said that she felt like she stepped onto the Titanic (without the tragic sinking). If I had to do it all over again, I would choose this venue over and over again. Highly recommend! -

Perfect Venue and Coordinator
Trying to plan a wedding during COVID was challenging, but Spokane Club made it SO EASY! Having the food, bar and venue all tied together saved so much stress for us. From the first meeting Jackie the coordinator (who I LITERALLY cannot say enough good things about) was so welcoming and knowledgeable during the tour we just knew this was the perfect place for us. We even lost our photographer about 5 months before the wedding and Jackie was able to send us a list of recommendations. The venue is so beautiful in architecture you really don't need much decoration, we did centerpieces and greenery on the fireplaces and that was it. They also include an overnight stay at their hotel and I cannot even describe how nice it was just to go up the stairs after everything and the getting ready rooms they provide were large and clean. We had some food allergies to accommodate at the chef made it so easy to do and we got a ton of compliments on the food. They do have a service charge (includes gratuity for the bartenders) at around 20% which gets added to your final bill but it is 100% worth it for the service we received (it also is very easy to calculate out ahead of time for budgeting purposes). The location is also great because photos taken around the area are gorgeous, we had a ton of different landscape options. I cannot recommend this venue enough. -

Jackie was so helpful, especially when needing to move wedding due to Covid. So accommodating. Beautiful venue, great food, great service, great price for everything! -

Absolutely would recommend!
I met Jackie at the bridal fair in Spokane a year before my wedding date. From there I set up an appointment to look at the venue and Jackie responded quickly and professionally. After seeing both rooms, I fell in love! I quickly decided this was going to be my venue and I'm so glad I did! Over the next year Jackie kept in touch making sure all my question were answered. When the big day neared closer we had more appointments to make sure everything was just how we wanted it. The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious! I loved every single thing about the venue and I hope we can plan an anniversary stay there next year! -

(All photos by Looyenga Photography!) I cannot begin to express how much we loved having our wedding at the Spokane Club. We were dreaming of a black tie wedding, but being from North Idaho there were not many venues that weren’t rustic. When we walked into the ballroom of the Spokane Club that all changed. It was so beautiful, every single guest at our wedding was blown away. We didn’t even need mush decor or extra touches which made planning that much easier. Not to mention - you get Jackie!! Jackie helped us every single step of the way. She was knowledgeable, kind, and so considerate of everything we were hoping for. She truly made the experience go from great to amazing. Lastly, location. So close to downtown, our guests has plenty of options for staying and exploring Spokane. But it’s not right downtown where it’s overly busy or loud. Perfect spot. I can’t recommend this venue enough. Thank you Jackie and the entire team at the Spokane Club, we will remember our experience with you forever! -

Words cannot describe how happy my husband and I are that we had our wedding reception at the Spokane Club. Jackie Kiley was attentive, professional, and the best event coordinator I could have imagined working with. Our wedding reception was so fun our guests had an amazing time and the Spokane Club is beautiful. We could not imagine a better venue for our wedding. I would recommend the Spokane Club to anyone getting married in the Spokane area. Thank you Spokane Club for a truly remarkable evening! -

We are so glad we chose the Spokane Club for our wedding reception! From the very beginning Jackie and the rest of the staff were so accommodating! We planned our wedding from across the country and were in Spokane a grand total of about 3 days in the year leading up to our big day. Despite that, Jackie made sure we got to have our menu tasting and whatever else we asked for in that limited amount of time. On the day of, the entire staff made us feel so welcome and special. Having the getting ready rooms for the bridesmaids and groomsmen was so convenient and gave everyone a place to just drop their stuff and not worry about it for the entire day. The reception space itself is gorgeous and laid out beautifully so that everyone, no matter where they sit, has a good view of the bride/groom and the dance floor. We got an insane amount of compliments on the food (most people said the best wedding food they ever had) and the waitstaff did a wonderful job. Overall, they take care of so many of the small details for you and it makes the day so much less stressful and just gives you time to ENJOY! We were absolutely thrilled by our entire experience and will cherish the memories always! -

Shelby Sent on 07/07/2018We had the BEST experience with The Spokane Club as our reception venue. We initially had chosen this venue because of its all inclusiveness and great customer service, and boy was that a great decision. From beginning to end, the club treats you as a VIP customer that is in constant need of accommodating. We found that other venues were seriously lacking this quality, and we often felt like we were trying to accommodate the venues we were interested in when it should have been the other way around. Quite literally, the only thing you’re responsible for is paying for the food (tax and service fees) and the center pieces. That’s it. We owe a huge thanks to Jackie, the catering coordinator, who constantly went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She is an exceptional communicator and knows what excellent customer service should look like. She is quick to respond to emails, and will let you know when she’s out of the office. She never rescheduled our meetings and always made us a priority. Wedding planning can be daunting (especially because most of the time it’s your first one), but Jackie guided me along and helped me with deadlines. Since I did not have a “wedding coordinator”, this was a huge help. Not once did I ever feel pressured or unhappy with the venue! They were also extremely flexible and willing to accommodate our simple requests. For example, we procrastinated on our food selection, and missed the opportunity for a tasting months before the wedding. I brought this concern up at our meeting with Jackie just a month and a half before the big day, and she made time for us (a whole hour out of her day) to come in and taste our selections to give us peace of mind. I do not believe other venues would go above and beyond like this. Also, side note, I kept getting compliments from our guests over how delicious the dinner was! Thank you for making our big day simple and easy so that we could enjoy the day with our loved ones.

The Spokane Club was the perfect choice for our wedding. We were originally planning the wedding from 2,000 miles away and we knew we needed a location that would make things easy on us. Jackie is the perfect coordinator, so knowledgeable, easy to get a hold of, and so kind. Having everything from the tables and linens to the catering be handled by one person made for an extremely smooth planning process. And of course the night itself was unforgettable. Everyone commented on the quality of the food, the attentiveness of the staff, and overall how wonderful the Spokane Club was. Highly recommend. -
