  Blown away

  I was BLOWN AWAY by not only how beautiful and stunning this venue is but also by Melanie's customer service. She is as genuine as it gets and you can tell she truly cares and loves the work she does. My fiancé and I had a long list of venues to choose from for our wedding, but once we saw this venue and met Melanie, we ended up canceling all of our other tours. This venue checks all the boxes for us and we can't wait to get married here next year. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

  Sweet Meadow Wedding Review

  There aren't enough words I could type to do Sweet Meadow justice. My husband and I got married there in June, and choosing it as our venue was the BEST DECISION EVER. As soon as I drove down the path to the venue, I truly was stunned. Sweet Meadow is breathtaking. The lake, the swaying grass, the flowers, the horses in the distance, the rolling hills- all make it one of the most peaceful places I will ever go to in my life. Not to mention, the Farmhouse & the barn are cozy & perfectly decorated. I left my first visit with a beautiful little marigold plant that they gave me...the decision of which venue to choose was the easiest decision of the whole wedding. Through planning, Melanie and Don are extremely thoughtful, helpful, and are happy to answer any questions or concerns promptly. The portal they use for communication is also extremely easy to use. Melanie and Don are happy to give recommendations about vendors, but overall they truly do give you the freedom to plan your dream day the way you envision it. Also, they assign you a day of coordinator to meet with you about a month before the wedding to go over all of the details. Rosemary was my day of coordinator and she truly is the best EVER. She called every single one of my vendors the week before the wedding, was there during our rehersal, & our wedding day making sure everything was flowing flawlessly. She did more "behind the scenes" work than I can even imagine & we could not have had the perfect day that we had without her. Me (being the bride) and the groom didn't have a worry in the world on the day of the wedding because we knew that Rosemary, Melanie, Don & the rest of the staff were making sure everything was in place. An example of this is when it was a torential downpour right before our ceremony. I walked out (covered by an adorable umbrella) to get to the ceremony...thats when I see Melanie drenched from the rain as she is drying off the golfcart for me to sit on. It just made me realize in that moment how appreciative I was because they truly all worked so hard they were working to make sure that my husband & I would get the most special day no matter what. Sweet Meadow also went above & beyond to set up the reception space in the most dreamy way possible- some of my favorite pictures to look back on are just the ones of Sweet Meadow itself. I highly recommend Sweet Meadow for your wedding- there is no doubt that you will make memories there with those you love that you will cherish for a lifetime!!!

  An Absolutely Beautiful Venue for our Special Day!

  My wife and I had our wedding and reception at Sweet Meadow Farm and Homeplace, and it couldn't have turned out more wonderful! The venue is stunning and incredibly well decorated. We received so many comments from our guests throughout the night on how beautiful the venue looked. Rosemary was fantastic in her role as our venue coordinator. Her and her team did an outstanding job taking care of all the details and keeping things running smoothly throughout the night. We could not be more happy with our choice of where to have our wedding and highly recommend Sweet Meadow Farm to be your magical place of saying I do.

  This venue is utterly breathtaking and the service is above and beyond. All my guest were in awe of the uniqueness and beauty of the entire property. We had the best experience here!

  Easy to work with.

  The whole staff is very pleasant to work with. The venue is breathtaking. Most decorating is done for you and you can add in your personal touches. We had the best time.

  Sweet Meadow Farms - Where our dream wedding became true

  I am truly lost for words at how our wedding day went at Sweet Meadow Farm and Homeplace.
  I should probably start from the beginning to give a good overview about our experience.
  We visited Sweet Meadow Farm and both immediately knew that this is the place where we want to get married. This place is just magical and we fell in love with the serene peace, the barn, the lake and the spots for where you can get married.
  The planning process was really easy. Melanie and her team kept on checking in on our progress, answered all our numerous questions and helped with some decision making.
  Our sweet day of coordinator Rosemary was just beyond words. We had a spontaneous rain forecast for the afternoon (after weeks and weeks of only sun and sunny forecast for the day of). So we had to decide and move the reception into the barn. And this was where the true brilliance from Sweet Meadow, Melanie, Rosemary and all the other people helping came through. They knew what to do. I never felt lost with the fast decisions I had to make. It was a stressful wedding day morning but everyone made sure that it went well. Tables and decorations got moved and when I was checking in, everything looked perfect and you had no idea that this had to be our spontaneous backup-rainy-day-plan.
  We made it dry through the ceremony but had heavy rain during our reception.
  Melanie's husband Don was going above and beyond to help us getting dry from the barn to the farm house by driving people back and forth.
  Overall, (despite the rain) our wedding day was perfect and it was such a great experience.
  We are so glad to have chosen Sweet Meadow Farms as our venue!

  Sweet Meadow - picture perfect venue

  I cannot say enough about how wonderful this venue is for a barn wedding. The setting is gorgeous with multiple outdoor ceremony sites from which to choose. They even have a lovely "chapel" in the barn loft available, if needed, in the case of rain. The barn (reception site) is filled with tasteful decor everywhere you look and even the restrooms at the barn are thoughtfully outfitted. The farmhouse, which houses the bride's room and the groom's room, is also beautiful with every need of the bridal party anticipated and provided.
  The owners (Don and Melanie) as well as every member of their staff are customer focused and wonderful to work with from start to finish.
  I highly recommend this venue to any bride who wants a beautiful barn wedding.

  The Place that Dreams Come True!!

  As parents of the bride planning a long distance wedding words cannot express how wonderful the entire experience has been. It was wonderful working with every person at Sweet Meadows to begin with, however as soon as we arrived for the wedding weekend we were even more amazed! This venue is a first class act with the owners working side by side all weekend with us. The staff, Debbie, Rosemary, Judy, and others made us all feel so welcome! Our daughter and son in law are thrilled and wish they could do it all over again the exact way. Thank you Sweet Meadows from the bottom of out hearts!!!

  The most perfect venue

  The minute we visited Sweet Meadows, I knew it would where I wanted to have my wedding. The atmosphere is so calming it called to me. The beautiful house with a gorgeous bridal suite, to the barn which is decorated perfectly and southern, to the many ceremony spots... I cannot express how easy it was to work with the crew at Sweet Meadows. They took care of me and my husband and our families. Rosemary was our day of coordinator and we all loved her to pieces. Thank you again Sweet Meadows for making our day so memorable. Our friends and family could not stop raving over how gorgeous the venue was!

  Sweet Meadow was the second venue I visited and I knew immediately it was where I wanted to get married. Not only is it beautiful but the staff made the day so easy for me as the bride (me). They remembered all of the little details I overlooked. Melanie and her team have created the most unique space. You honestly don't need to spend any money on decor because Sweet Meadow has it all. I cannot thank Melanie, Holly, and Jessica enough working with me for the past year. They took the time to care about making my day perfect for me and Joe! I strongly recommend having your wedding here!!!!

  I had an absolutely amazing experience at Sweet Meadow and with the entire staff! The "slow wedding movement" that Sweet Meadow advertises could not be more accurate! I felt completely stress-free the day of my wedding. The staff was so amazing and helpful the day of - I didn't ever have to worry about a thing. You get so much out of your contract with Sweet Meadow, and every penny that you spend is 100% worth it! It was so easy to communicate with Melanie, the day-of coordinator, and the rest of the Sweet Meadow team through their online portal. I was able to get feedback and responses to my questions very quickly - day or night, pretty much! I felt very much taken care of, which was a huge support because my mother and bridesmaids all live in a different states. Even though weddings happen at Sweet Meadow all the time, the day was made to feel SO special. I never once felt like I was going through a "wedding mill" or like my wedding was just like every other person's that has been there before.   My daughters wedding was this past November and all I can say is that the wedding was fabulous. Sweet Meadow Farm did a fantastic job with helping my daughter plan her dream wedding. I want to let everyone know what a great job sweet Meadow Farms did and when your daughters are wanting to get married you should go check them out.. Thank you for everything.

  Sweet Meadow was the perfect setting for our June wedding. Mrs. Melanie, Ms. Janie, Mr. Don, and the rest of the staff were so helpful and answered all of my many questions. They worked so hard to place everything where I wanted. I was so pleased with the venue and staff-- they truly outdid themselves & made our wedding day absolutely perfect!

  Sweet Meadow was the perfect setting for our June wedding. Mrs. Melanie, Ms. Janie, Mr. Don, and the rest of the staff were so helpful and answered all of my many questions. They worked so hard to place everything where I wanted. I was so pleased with the venue and staff-- they truly outdid themselves & made our wedding day absolutely perfect!

  STUNNING, southern, county and classic wedding venue!!
  
  We got married at Sweet Meadow in April of 2017 and could not have been happier with our choice! This place is truly gorgeous. Melanie, Jessica, and crew were the absolute best. They include day-of coordination, lunch for the bridal party, decor items you can pick yourself, tables and chairs for up to 150 guests, adorable bride and groom suites, etc. They have a stunning original barn (that is absolutely gorgeous inside), a lovely always decorated loft for an indoor ceremony, several beautiful places for an outdoor ceremony (we chose out by the pond). For the reception you can do inside the barn, a tent, or under the stars in the courtyard under their pretty cafe lights (which we did). I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you go for an appointment you won't be disappointed!!

  Melanie and her team were absolutely amazing from the start! Sweet Meadow Farms was the second venue we saw in person and knew right then that we wanted to book it. Their property is absolutely beautiful, and they go above and beyond with the decorating and services they offer such as coordination and parking attendants. They also offer the ability to transport guests around, such as my grandparents who has trouble walking on uneven surfaces. Throughout the whole planning process they offered great advice in regards to how the reception layout would work best, and how the cocktail location and the buffet line should function. With it being close to Christmas time, Melanie asked if we would mind if they added Christmas garland throughout the barn. It was absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t imagine not having it! Jessica, our coordinator, was seriously the best and kept things moving along throughout our entire day. Thank you Sweet Meadow for all you guys did!!

  Melanie and her staff are so accommodating! My mom, and I attended a bridal show at Sweet Meadow, and everyone was very helpful! I know they go above and beyond to make sure each and every bride's day is magical!

I was helping my daughter plan her wedding from Florida and Melanie was prompt in responding when we had questions The venue was beautiful and exactly what my daughter envisioned for her special day Every detail was handled on the day of the wedding by our coordinator Jamie We actually could relax and enjoy the day Our family and friends were blown away by the whole place and how well everything ran The staff really made you feel like they were taking care of their own family There was nothing they could have done to make that day better It was absolutely perfect! If you are looking for a beautiful country setting with an elegant touch give Sweet Meadows a look You will not be disappointed

  Sweet meadow was the first venue I've visited and I instantly fell in love with the beautiful scenary, barn and the seclusive/quiet feel. Unfortunately the dates I was looking for was not available. Melanie, the owner, knew how disappointed I was and how much I loved the venue. She emailed me couple weeks later notifying me of a postponement of a booked date and asked if I was still interested. Since my fiance was in a different state, and i wanted him to see the venue before making the final decision, Melanie held the date for me until he was able to see the place. I'm so thankful she did because he loved the venue and we got the perfect date!
  The morning of the wedding was so peaceful. We got ready in our adorable bridal suite and had amazing home cooked meal served to us! Definitely came in handy because that was my only meal that whole day! Throughout the day Janie, my coordinator and Melanie worked so hard to make sure everything went smoothly. After the ceremony, during the photoshoot I had around the farm, Melanie came by in the golf cart and served us hors d'oeuvres and brought us our favorite beers.
  Everything about the night was magical and definitely a dream come true!

Sweet Meadow made us lunch and we were able to eat together on their little patio by the greenhouse (the lighting in there for photos were so pretty). The groom & bridal suite were stunning (i never wanted to leave)! While we were relaxing and getting ready - the owner, Melanie and my coordinator, Jessica, were handling everything flawlessly - I was so impressed with how organized and professional everyone was and how on-top of everything they were. I was completely stress-free the whole day and was really able to enjoy the day with my friends and family.
  
  It was hard to choose one of their multiple ceremony locations since they are all so pretty, but we were married under the huge oak tree across the pond and used their handmade pews. After, we took some sunset photos around their farm.
  
  We used the historic barn for the reception and had their farm tables and dance floor right outside the entrance under the lights. Every guest could not stop talking about how beautiful the entire property was and how every detail was so well thought-out.
  
  When we made our exit I really didn't want the day to end - loved every part of it!
